I'll bet you 100K there's no bankruptcy and I'm not joking. Cytodyn will succeed with a partnership. The 13D crew will make that happen, wait and see
Harassed or questioned?
Big difference in my world. Look at the press release, totally clear that it was done as a hit on Cytodyn. Cytodyn ( leronlimab) is not the only drug that the public has questioned the FDA about through the years.
The damaging hit piece that was written does not have an authors name attached to it, that indicates that it may have been a renegade move by some lone desk chair jockey at the FDA who has some inside ties to either BP or a hedge fund. Anyone who followed the trials and understands them knows that the results did not warrant that type of reaction. Remember, warrants for IP's, electronic communication and emails are very easily obtained these days, in fact, to easily. IMO, heads will roll at the FDA once it all unfolds and the rats come out who want to save their jobs and pension plans, they'll be singing so loudly, they'll be making gold records, wait and see.
Federal agencies are held accountable by the public for their actions and so far not one bit of information regarding the article that they published has surfaced or been talked about by the FDA. What's that tell you?
Its not my request but a reporters request along with an OPRA. They legally have to answer it or it will lead to an investigation.
When the request is granted, it will trigger investigations in every direction including BP.
There's some strong speculation of certain individuals involved that will be brought to light but not until every stone is left unturned. There's many individuals working this that have a lot of experience and are well known in the investigative world. It may involve certain individuals we're all familiar with as well.
For the doubters about the press I spoke of:
I have submitted the following request to FDA as part of the Freedom of Information Act. Also, requested expedited processing and selected the ‘Demonstrated urgency to inform public’ category as part of the request:
Hi,
FDA issued a statement on Leronlimab dated May 17, 2021. I would like to get the following information regarding this statement:
1. Name of the person(s) who decided and approved the publication of this statement along with the date when this decision was taken.
2. Name of the author(s), their titles, and the date this was drafted.
3. Name of the reviewer(s), their titles, and the date this was reviewed.
4. Name of the persons(s) who decided to not include the following points: CD-10 mild to moderate meeting the NEWS2 endpoint, 14-day mortality pre-established secondary endpoints of the CD12.
5. Name of the Approver(s), their titles, and the date this was approved for publication.
6. As FDA shared confidential information regarding ongoing trials, did it take any kind of approvals from Cytodyn before publishing the statement? If yes, then when this approval was taken and if not, then why no approval was taken from the company?
7. Did FDA share this statement with Cytodyn before publishing it? If yes, then when was it shared, and if not why was this not shared?
Disclaimer: The requestor has absolutely no connection with Cytodyn or its management. The request is being made on behalf of the public as we feel that the statement was biased, incomplete, and was based on selected data to demonstrate negative aspects of Leronlimab and ignoring all the positives.
Please feel to contact me for any additional information.
Thanks for your help in the matter.
No doubt- no one dumps that kind of money into a company unless there's action coming. The returns for this crew is going to be astronomical as the SP rips up. Going to be an exciting new few weeks!
Follow the big money everyone- this filing is simply smart money coming in for the big bang return. I believe there's no coup, nothing. It's simply a bunch of smart investors who are going to make a ton of money. The SP will react accordingly tomorrow, up up and away
Huh, looks like the lawsuits are going the other way. I called it a few weeks ago, looks like U.S. SEC chair Gary Gensler is going after MM's and naked shorting- I wonder who put the bug in his ear about CYDY?
OIG is involved too. There's going to be alot of news breaking soon. Believe that!
Leronlimab will get the EUA in the Philippines without a doubt. Cytodyns latest hires ( from Merck) are not just hires- they are there for a reason- to help Cytodyn along with the US FDA EUA- this is why Manhoob left, if you don't see the signs of the partnership or buyout, you don't have what it takes to understand business. I'll bet the Merck hires are 1099'd or still on Mercks payroll to some extent. Here comes the triple digits Nader promised. All in my opinion.
Paulson is into Cytodyn with some deep pockets, good stuff.

That news clip now puts this to rest- Leronlimab will be used in the Philippines- shame on the USFDA. Open should be huge on Monday!
So, there is a " conditional EUA after all? Wow, I guess due diligence does work and everything is NOT listed on google, there's a fact.
Nader and the Cytodyn team were right " conditional EUA"
Maybe his three figure stock prediction will be right too!
I'll use my one a day post to translate for you through google translate
An experimental drug appears to be saving lives and reducing the hospital stay of critically ill patients with COVID-19. It is 'leronlimab', an immunoregulatory antibody that blocks cell receptors called 'CCR5', quenching the cytokine storm seen in severe cases. Clinical trials in patients connected to mechanical ventilation showed that the administration of two doses (1 per week) of 'leronlimab', compared with standard therapy (dexamethasone and / or tocilizumab), rescued 82% of the cases in the first 14 days. The pharmaceutical company that produces the antibody (CytoDyn, Vancouver) established an access program to it, when the country's health authority granted a special permit for compassionate use in critical cases. For example, in the Philippines, the first case to be authorized received a single dose of ‘leronlimab’; at 35 hours he no longer required mechanical ventilation; On the third day, he was leaving the hospital. This week, 28 critically ill patients will receive compassionate treatment in that country. In covid-19, there are patients who remain connected to a ventilator for several weeks. In this context, it seems prudent to expedite a mechanism to access the compassionate use of ‘leronlimab’ in cases that do not respond to conventional treatment. Evidence suggests that this drug can save lives, shorten stays, and release critical beds.

The other way around, they are not looking at Cytodyn but looking at others, this play is going to be textbook, not only will LE take down the manipulators but they'll be others. Cytodyn will make front page news with this one. Not only wow the world with Leronlimab but will stun the wall st world with what's about to go down.
Worked, studied, and did undercover work there, ya think i don't know government officials there? Plus, it is online, find it.
Leronlimab is making quite a name for itself in the Philippines
every CSP in the Philippines to date has gotten approvals within 30 days, amazing huh? Do your due diligence people. So, I
d say within 30 days, Leronlimab will be approved
Proof of CSP in Philippines, things are moving right along-

Yep. sure it is, if it was so positive, the studies on Lenz would be winding down and not expanding. Leronlimab is way ahead and 100 times better than Lenz, but good luck to Lenz, Lenz will need a lot of it
LOL...study Lenzil then get back to me, I'd bet by midweek Lenz is finished and the study? Wait for it...failure announcing soon ( IMO)
Leronlimab on the other hand is doing just what it's formulated to do, save lives in COVID, Cancer and HIV patients.
I'm hearing rumors from my sources that Bamlanivimab by Eli is done as of today, EUA revoked, another MAB which is like Lenzil ( the next to fail) is done and will be announced shortly. This leaves Cytodyn and the miracle Leronlimab as the front runner !
Cytodyn will have an EUA SOON
LOL..debunked? You've been saying the same thing over and over about Cytodyn forever, any of it come true? Nope. What has come true is that Leronlimab is saving lives, and soon to have an EUA world wide.
Just curious, you've been saying bankruptcy soon for like 3 years, so what does soon mean? Cytodyn is not going anywhere, financials are looking great, EUA is almost here and huge buyout coming soon no doubt. So I guess now we know why Nader sold shares huh? That inventory he paid Samsung for is going to make a lot of people rich overnight, don't blink.
That article points to the ol saying and reinforces the ol don't blink. Shirts, looks like the game is over, it's breakout time for Cytodyn
Appear to be on that path to approval? That's lauhbale, the FDA is going to have a field day with that rejection letter, in the meantime, Leronlimab is making outstanding strides regardless of your opinion of management.
Thats a pre covid print, rules have changed, its obvious that Cytodyn will get EUA from the Philippines
Maybe nothing that you know about! Leronlimab is in with a lot of big players, it'll play out soon, HUGE
Funny you should ask, became good friends with the Congressman, ends up we have crossed paths before in my work and have many many common friends. And, yes, the Leronlimab saved this mans life, not rememedeath or anything else, just watch for the news story coming soon with Leronlimab all up in it.
So, if you look at Je Estradas facebook page, the one with like 92K followers which is his official page, he posted it himself. Leronlimab was given. It's game over, Cytodyn will get whatever they want and need from The Filipino Gov't, Cytodyn just saved one of their own. Business is done in a different manner in the Philippines, a few phone calls and it's a done deal. I'm sure a purchase order is being generated as we speak.
Nader waited to get more dirt on Citron and AF. Time is now to hit them and many others HARD. Criminal charges to follow.
Been reviewed and quite the opposite. If you have anything please elaborate. Cytodyn would appreciate it.
There's no names, no evidence and staying silent is not a crime.
Let's get back to AF, he's finished. Cytodyn will take him down, this has been in the works since June 30th. More names will be dropped, you never know who, stay tuned
Once AF finds out what NP has on him, AF will fold like a piece of notebook paper, it'll settle and AF will be writing novels as to how well Leronlimab works. AF's game is over. Cytodyn will do whatever they need to do to stop the manipulation. There's going to be more names not just AF. Stay tuned
Dr. Rahman was a hired gun that got Cytodyn to where it is today, look at his past employment records. He executed and delivered for Cytodyn. This makes me think we're closer to an EUA than Nader is leading on.
Nice try? Better go back and listen to the Q and A part of the call. Nader clearly said he intends to pursue a lawsuit against AF. Clear as day
Posturing to sue AF is sour grapes of a failed company and management. I really hope CYDY does file that lawsuit...discovery requests alone by AF could potentially get CYDY insiders charged with felonies.
There's a lot of work that goes into investigations BEFORE a lawsuit is initiated like liability and where it may lead to. AF's articles are enough to really hurt him. Another thing is there's always the left hook that's held low through the initial jabs that Cytodyn may have that could come up at anytime like:
AF may be posting on certain boards and Cytodyn now has the proof.
Video of AF speaking to a UC or informant about how to hurt and short Cytodyn, possibly admitting to manipulation for financial gain, how his minions operate, You never know what kind of ammo that Cytodyn has to really make AF want to change careers after this all comes to the surface, and, speaking of felonies, you may just be surprised as to who gets charged with a few felonies, well, maybe like 11 of them. Stay tuned
It was stated loud and clear by Nader on the CC
And there you have it, Lawsuit against AF!!! And, yes, it probably will be class action, get your screenshots and documentation ready!! Did anyone honestly think that Cytodyn was going to let this slide?
LO>..really? So, even after the financing, the outstanding trial results, the current update on the Philippines, thats your opinion? Wow, unbelievable. How about the possible huge buyout?
