Investments usually have surprises - soemthing comes out of the woodwork that changes the picture, and usually those surprises are not for the better. CCWW keeps surprising us with even better news -- very glad I am in deep here.

I also found the tax losses available to 2027 very interesting...that means we have quite a bit of time during which any profits made in CCWW will be tax free (until the tax losses are used up) - another bonus!
The Company has net operating loss carryforwards of approximately $1,800,000 available to offset taxable income through the year 2027.
The Company recorded a deferred income tax asset for the tax effect of net operating loss carryforwards and temporary differences, aggregating approximately $610,000. In recognition of the uncertainty regarding the ultimate amount of income tax benefits to be derived, the Company has recorded a valuation allowance of $610,000 at December 31, 2007.

Morning Fisherman..... (is that what the F stands for in FBS?)
Thanks for being here everyday.

Hey Chevy!
ROAR!
NorthLion
Yes, Berge, heard of that place too, but I haven't tried it out - seems like a little more than I can eat at one time. LOL
Snow isn't too bad here this year - piles are lower than yours Chevy, but then so are the temps - -35F at times with windchills over -50F. Today is not to bad -11C so that's about +12F

ditto, Chevy
No specific goal, Chevy....but every day when I wake up and look at the markets I ask myself, "Which is the best place to put any cash I may have free?" I keep coming back to CCWW. And there is enough volume there to keep me getting filled most days. I have tried picking up some cheapies in a few other places and end the day with a few measly shares and a commission charge that skews my buying cost.
The longer I am in CCWW and the more that I read up on it, the more satisfied I am that it is about the best prospect I have. JMHO.
Lion
It's a beaut!...and I appreciate the good company in this play - I am a little bit quieter in the background, but I'm fully in this one with you'all.
Lion
Not sure about the control part, but I love the CCWW play - not sure if there is any better one around right now, so yes, I have lots and am glad that I do. Anticipating positive outcomes soon.

When they were available that cheaply, how could I not buy some more? LOL. Let's do it - up the ante!
I'm with you Soldier and Chevy...added a few more this week. I couldn't resist! :<)
Basser,
When the company started issuing a series of regular news releases starting in November, the share price jumped up quickly in response to the acquisitions and other news given. Had the impact of what the news represented been fully appreciated by the market and had the share price held higher, I think we might still be trying to go directly to the AMEX.
However, things didn't work out that way, and the share price dropped back down considerably. This was very unwarranted, in my opinion, as the value represented by the acquisitions should be reflected in a much higher share price. One of the reasons the price did not hold was that we did not have our own MM (that has now been rectified). The net result was that AMEX became unreachable in the short term.
I, therefore, applaud the company for taking the intermediate step of uplisting to the OTCBB where we can build some more credibility and where there will be time for the share price to appreciate as regular quarterly financials are filed showing the profitability of the company that has resulted from its acquisitions. In my opinion, we will not be on the OTCBB for long (unless the rules for AMEX change with the merger of it and the NYSE announced last week).

Hi Cat!
Nice to see your post! Hope you are doing well. I'm still here as well with all my shares intact. We have been through some tough times waiting and waiting, but I am still believing that it will be all worthwhile, not too much longer down the road. The float here is very small and a few good things could propell this upward very strongly, IMHO.
NorthLion
Thanks, Chevy!
Level II update, please?
thanks dancy....I got a bunch at .0015 already...looking for more
my level II isn't working well can you post Bid/Ask once in awhile...I am trying to pick up some more today
NorthLion
Big...that would be nice, but why are you so sure that it will be happening this month?
NorthLion
Good to hear from you, Chevy....I'm with you...still holding every share and waiting for the story to unfold.

Mokyo Toe,
I, for one, don't care to read discussions on how great John Winston is. Thanks.

Best wishes for a blessed Christmas season to all....wishing you safety in travels, happiness with family, and joy in your heart as you reflect on the true significance of Christmas!
And for 2008, may all of our wildest dreams come true, especially at Nashville Records! I would say that $.25 per share would make for a very Happy New Year!
Cheers!

I was glad to pick up another 50,000 this week at .007. My bids often do not show up, but they usually get filled none-the-less. (I had another bid in for .0075 this week that did not get filled.)
I have a long view on this company. They are still at work behind the scenes and I expect to see revenues reported in early 2008. Then, with some additional news releases, I expect we will be seeing much better days for this stock.
Long and holding!
NorthLion
PS Sorry, Chevy, trumped you again this week!
I have a hankering to add some more NSHV to my portfolio, and at these "sale prices", I am thinking it may be time to do just that!
NorthLion
Chevy,
Nice to see that CCWW held its ground today....a nice indication of people appreciating its real value and not dumping shares below their worth.
NorthLion
I ordered 4 CD's from Amazon...should be on their way to me now - Christmas presents for 3 other people and one for myself!

I'm with you Chevy.
The more I see and hear about this company and the way that they are conducting themselves, the more my confidence has grown. I also have a substantial position, as you know, and I am glad for it. Whatever the MM's, and others who are in and out do, it does not change the fundamentals of the company itself and their business plan. It will take a bit of time for the full impact of the company's solid plan and performance to be reflected in the share price, but that day will come and the rewards, I believe, will be great.
JMHO.

I don't think the reverse split has been effected....I had the same number of shares yesterday as I did 6 months ago, so when I sold what I did yesterday, it was on the same basis as which I bought in - and my account shows that.
If the reverse split had been effected, my # of shares would have been 10% of my previous holding.

Here is an excerpt from the CEO letter in the AGM Package (emphasis mine):
Since this annual report is occurring well into the 2007 fiscal year, there is much to report subsequent to 2006.
The underground diamond drilling has continued in the deep levels of the Rice lake mine and the Company has encountered impressive gold intersections as described in our press releases during 2006 and 2007. The D shaft and the Mechanized Zone ore zones continue to be explored and developed for mining during 2008 at grades that are expected to be higher than grades that have been historically encountered at the Rice Lake mine. The three-drill underground exploration program is being maintained to fully outline these important new zones.
Interestingly, and significantly, the results of the D Shaft zone underground drilling have generated a new geological model for the Rice Lake Mine. Past operators of the mine interpreted that the gold-rich veins predominantly occurred on the hanging wall portion of the 200 metre thick "gabbro" host unit. It was assumed that the deposits degraded chemically as the veins moved into the footwall portion. Results from recent drilling indicate that the veins continue structurally across to the footwall portion of the "gabbro" unit and along the entire known strike lengths of the vein system.
The significance of this new geological model is that:
1. Some or all of the known veins may extend from the mine's deepest levels all the way to the surface "under" the previously mined zones that dip at 70 degrees. This means additional tonnages and ounces could be added to the existing resources, both downward and upward to the surface.
2. Access to these new veins is relatively inexpensive since they are located immediately adjacent to existing haulage tunnels.
3. Initial drilling results indicate that the new veins carry higher gold grades than the historical mine grades at the Rice Lake Mine (0.26 opt for 1.4 million ounces produced to date).
Prices,
I certainly don't feel that way at all. I think this company is progressing slowly and surely to where it wants to go. There have been problems and issues, but that is life. I am encouraged by the fact that revenues are starting and there are things happening to build for the future (e.g. the signing of Jason). Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will Nashville Records. You are welcome to your opinion, but don't assume that everyone feels negatively towards this stock. And I do hold a substantial position.
NorthLion
Besides the fact that the SP is going up beautifully, we are also seeing a new, higher cost base being established by those who are buying in at these new levels each day. Add regular news release to the picture, and it is a winning formula!
Lion
good for you, Chevy...glad it worked well on CSBR...I had wondered how you were doing after the fallback....
you seem to have a very good read on the pulse of these companies and the share price movements...thanks for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us...
Best wishes to all with CCWW.

I had orders in to sell a part of my holdings soon to recover my initial investment in CCWW -- I have canceled those orders and have decided to wait awhile before doing that - I have a feeling this stock is about to take off beyond normal expectations!
NorthLion
FBS....I think the demand will be coming in a while when the company gets new initiatives underway. That might be in 3 months or 6 months. Being that this is a pink stock, there may be some for whom that is just much too long to wait and they will try to exit and move on to greener pastures. For me, I expect that this stock will multiply nicely in a year or so and that will make it worth the wait. Of course, that depends on what the company will put together, but I am still believing things will come through. JMHO

I am sure there will be a temptation to sell out once the price takes a pop up since it has been tough sledding here for awhile. And to each his own - we all have our ideas and different approaches to stock trading. But I will not be too hasty to sell as there are still a few unanswered questions that affect the value of my shares:
1. 504 issue - if there is a forced buy-back, the shares I might be tempted to sell at .03 could suddenly be trading at much higher levels
2. Warrants - those of us who had shares on July 15th and then will hold them for one year were told that there would be a warrant entitling us to buy shares at .01 next year. Right now that doesn't seem like such a big deal since we have been able to buy shares very recently at that price level. However, if things do progress and the company sees a growing revenue stream so that the share price is in a higher range next summer, then buying able to buy .01 shares at that time might be a very nice bonus.
Therefore, I am inclined to not sell my shares very soon.
As well, someone has suggested that there is a 100,000,000 float; I think that is overstating the matter - I believe it was more like 45-60 million, depending on how you factor in the 15 million restricted shares that were supposed to come free next month. Considering that there are MANY shares in the hands of shareholders who could be called "company friendly, longer-term investors," there may not actually be that many shares available for trade. A low float (or in this case a low % of shares in the float that is actually available to trade) could also affect the speed at which NSHV share prices go up.
JMHO.

An excellent exposition on the status of this company - thanks Chevy.

Good post uptickrick....I hold quite a bit of SLON now, and just like most of us, am in the red (it would hard to not be in the red right now since the price is down). But I remain optimistic that this one will turn around in the not too distant future. The company is actively trying to move itself ahead and making excellent moves, in my opinion. As a small business owner, I am well aware of the huge efforts required and the length of time it can take to move things forward. I applaud Steve for his efforts, and appreciate you uptickrick and BA for being supportive of him (along with others, many of whom I suspect do not post).
In our fast-paced world, where everything is supposed to be instant, the investors in pinks and pennies have adopted the same attitude - if the stock doesn't do a quick double or triple, something must be wrong! (In fact SLON did that, and I believe it will do it again). But in general, things just take longer than expected, and longer than we would like....patience wins the day.
I, for one, am holding and waiting and I am very sure that the rewards will make my having waited well worth it. JMHO.

There is another SGR forum going now on at Agoracom.com and I would like to invite investors and interested parties to come on over and have a look. Agoracom has a unique set-up to self-govern to hopefully eliminate or restrict bashing and other board nuisances. With changes in the set-up of Stockhouse, many former Stockhouse posters are looking for a better alternative, so here is one!

I'm with you FBS...still holding on to all my NSHV shares and have added more. I think we will see much brighter days ahead. There was a reason for the period of no news and waiting, whether we agree with it or not. I think we are about to see that all change for the better now, and this play could still be one of the best to come around. Much will depend on management doing a better job of execution than previously - the next two or three months will show us whether things will be carried out in an improved manner.
As for me, still holding long, and expecting great results. JMHO.
