Very accurate post. I had a previous discussion with Tina on this issue. The moderator in question is undoubtedly a pump and dumper. You can tell when the Target rumor surfaces that he is looking for a spike so that he can sell.

Several weeks ago he hinted that there was some sort of quiet period regarding the Target news. Although this was disturbing to me I did get a chuckle out of it.

Isn't Xanadu the ex-moderator at the GZFX board? Wasn't he/she booted for deleting most posts that had a negative view of GZFX?

As you know that's why I stopped my subscription to IHUB. The management at IHUB allows the moderators too much latitude when it comes to censorship. I found this to be very disturbing.

Most people don't know that back in 1912 Hellmann's Mayonnaise was
manufactured in England. In fact, the Titanic was carrying 12,000 jars of
the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which was to be
the next port of call for the great ship after its stop in New York.

This would have been the largest single shipment of mayonnaise ever
delivered to Mexico. But as we know, the great ship did not even make it to
New York. The ship hit an iceberg and sank, and the cargo was forever lost.

The people of Mexico, who were crazy about mayonnaise and eagerly awaiting
its delivery, were disconsolate at the loss. Their anguish was so great that
they declared a National Day of Mourning, which they still observe to this
day.

The National Day of Mourning occurs each year on May 5th and is known, of
course, as:

Sinko de Mayo.

I'm waiting to see if he takes me up on my question. I've yet to see language whereby the Investor is told that he/she cannot short the stock.

I will take you up on that. Please show me one example of a company that restricts short-selling on their debenture. I've yet to see one.

Berlin exchange is insignificant IMO. They could short sell in the US through a Canadian broker. Why deal with the illiquidity on the Berlin exchange?

Are you for real? This is standard legal jargon which is included in all SEC filings regarding PIPE's which contain a bottomless debenture clause.

Is anybody following this stock? It's made quite a run the past several days. I'm holding (hopefully) for $38.50.
