Thanks for the reply doc. Regarding docs signed by end of Q'2 June. That is one week from now. At present, I am only aware of 3 doctors who are signed (Wachs for Orange County, Freedman for Las Vegas and Gershman). There are plenty of placeholders to be filled, but with one week left until end of Q, my expectation is it will be about 10.
If I am wrong and it's more, I will be pleasantly surprised and plan to buy you a drink when the longs meet for the bash at some point!
Regarding PPS and what will happen, I'll defer to your judgement and be excited with anything above my projections.
Enjoy the evening.

It's great that everyone is enthusiastic; however, just getting a contract executed takes time (anywhere from 1-4 weeks). There are 11,000 Urologists in the US and 40%+ are either in a sole proprietorship or a medical group.
Each doctor who is considering signing an exclusive with CaverStem will have their attorney(s) review the document. They are accomplished, wealthy individuals who will not put their practices at risk until they've had the contract fully vetted. In 80%+ cases, the doctors attorney will want to make some adjustments after consulting with the doctor they represent. That means redlines going back to CMTH attorney and leadership to review. Then the contract is either adjusted or not but conversations take place. That takes more time as these Urologists are busy so they only have X amount of time to work through the details.
Then once a contract is fully executed, equipment needs to be ordered/shipped to each doctor. Training needs to be set up and a training representative sent to each doctors office to train the necessary personnel. That takes a lot of time to get completed (a month or two).
So from the time a doctor says he/she are interested to CMTH/CELZ leadership to be a CaverStem provider, it can be 2-3 months before they are actually able to start performing procedures. CMTH leadership will adjust so they can become more efficient; however, right now, it's a slow process.
If we have 10 doctors signed at the end of Q'2 June, that will be a big accomplishment for CMTH/CELZ considering the AUA ended 4 weeks ago. If there is $150K+ in revenue for Q'2, that is a big success compared to $9K in Q'1.
Where we will see big progress is Q'3 where we have 90 days to get contracts/equipment/training completed for more Urologists, but will have the benefit of much more awareness through CMTH/CELZ advertising/marketing efforts. My expectation is Q'3 10Q in November will be at least $1M+. Q'4 ending December (released Feb '19) will have revenue at many millions as you will have procedures and kits reordered, a lot more doctors signed domestically and internationally and awareness at a very high level.
That's why it's smart to hold all your shares for 1 year from now as CMTH/CELZ will be fully rolling down the tracks at that point and be either bought out or on the Nasdaq. Either way, at that point the share price will be above $.50 from $.03 today and everyone who had the fortitude to hold for 1 year will be wealthy.
I read a lot of posts from today and just want to make sure that CELZ FORCE is keeping the same perspective as CMTH/CELZ leadership exhibits. They do not over promise and under deliver. We need to do the same and tamper expectations a bit as we don't want new investors thinking we are going to $1 in two months. We have 650M shares outstanding, soon to be 700M as there are bills to pay ($400k in trials alone)+ attorneys+ salaries+ marketing.
Many of us invested heavily as we believe what CMTH/CELZ is going to accomplish. I'm just trying to bring some perspective that this is going to take time to fully develop. Therefore, we need to be positive but pragmatic.
If we shoot to the moon and get to $1 by EOY, I will be ecstatic. But I didn't buy my shares expecting that. I will be ecstatic if we are at $.30 at EOY as it's a lot of money being made.
Enjoy the evening.
CF
Thanks for the words ES! She is an amazing woman and provided me with an even more amazing daughter. Life is strange and divorce is brutal (especially after sharing so much life together) but you gotta keep movin' forward.
I look forward to meeting you in person in the near future. Enjoy the weekend!
Love it when you talk dirty! LOL
Exactly ES. I bought another 200k this morning. Why not with the price still low. That's for the ex-wife who put up with me for 22 years!
Load up all. Get the word out. I've got plenty. Just waiting for action to move the needle.
Congratulations Dave! Enjoy the Corona's and your new role. CF
Excellent Doc! You'll be a very good MOD.
Thank you M4Life. CMTH/CELZ leadership has been systematically building the company over many years to now be where we are today, commercialization of CaverStem.
Just looking at their own estimates from 2016, provide a conservative revenue of $480M alone from kits to perform procedures. That's US alone and does not include the cost of Magellan cell separator machines. It also does not include international which really has the capacity to double those figures and beyond as there is a significantly greater population base.
There is a reason CMTH/CELZ leadership is targeting countries like Russia first. They have one of the highest ED rates in the developed world. Not sure if it's too much vodka or long winters, but it's a huge market opportunity.
What's interesting is the Russian Minister of Health for Urology was pictured at the recent AUA conference in San Francisco talking with Dr. Alex Gershman, who is also of Russian decent. CMTH/CELZ leadership knows which countries can provide the greatest opportunity for market penetration and revenues and will go after them first.
Once this train gets really moving, it's going to move quick. At that point, CMTH/CELZ will have revenue flowing which will give them flexibility to uplist the company to a big board like Nasdaq in conjunction with commercializing the other patents. AmnioStem and SpineStem should have market $$ potential that will surpass CaverStem.
All we need to do is be patient for 6 months and let things take their course. This company has a strong leadership team that know exactly what they are doing and how to get it done. There are many opportunities to invest in OTC; however, this is the only one I see whose actions and track record all point to success long term.
I don't hate traders. Not at all. I admire that people have that skill and do it well.
What I was pointing out is you have a habit of announcing frequently you're in, then you're out, then you're back in. Why need to announce to the board? It seems disingenuous..
I apologize if I misconstrued your intentions. Hopefully you stay in one of these days and ride with the longs beyond some ups and downs on the train to it's destination. Enjoy the weekend! CF
Mclaxer-Do all of us a favor and don't post anymore. You have this habit almost everyday of "I'm in. I'm out. I'm In. I'm out". You're like a little child playing games and they are old and boring after watching the same game over and over.
If you want to flip, that's your right. But don't come on the board day after day acting like you're really a supporter of CMTH/CELZ to then sell and say I'm out, but I may come back. Then you repeat the same pattern. It's old.
Just buy back and stay quiet or stay out. You garner zero respect!
Preach! Can I get an Amen.
You my friend are the CELZ Nostradamus! I've spent too much time on this board the past 45 days and remember that day and prediction. You have been spot on so many times. Thanks for all the insight you provide. Peace!
I think I'll buy another 300K shares tomorrow and give them to my ex wife as next years child support and alimony payment. She won't understand at first, but 6 months from now, it will make more sense. Plus it's cheaper than paying as a lump sum at end of year!
SFT1, what are you doing posting? Aren't you supposed to be getting your birthday freak on now! You miss your CELZ family don't you!
And to your point, everyone lock up those shares. Between CMTH/CELZ insiders/leadership and the folks on this board, we have close to 200M shares. The MM's want them. Don't give them access to them.
Morning ES! Happy BDay SFT1 #42 from beautiful, sunny California! We have quite a few new or returning folks on the board that appear to have rejoined CELZ FORCE!
ES, you have been on point with CMTH/CELZ since early May. We have 60M+ shares from my calculations locked up between the top 10 longs on this board. I doubt one of those 10 will plan to sell at $.04 or $.05 when we reach those goals in the near term.
For those who have studied this company and are intimately aware of it's potential, we are only at the starting line today as Fly has well stated. Warren Buffet (the greatest investor of our generation) does not flip stocks. He doesn't follow charts. He buys on fundamentals, market opportunity, cash flow realized and potential. When he moves, he holds that position and let's it realize it's potential.
If the longs on this board can hold off any urge to sell and ride out the next 9 months together, we will see a share price that dwarfs what it is today. My hope is with this many shares locked, we can stay together as a team and watch the company develop, grow, increase revenues each Q and then uplist to Nasdaq in Q'1 2019.
All we need to do is wait, ride out the ups and downs that will come, knowing with each Q, CMTH/CELZ share price will be higher and higher. My guess is 9 months from today, we are at least $.20/share based on how everything will transpire. I'd be interested as you have the best read into the company, what you think a realistic share price will be in 9 months. That may help folks not be enticed to sell at $.04 or $.05 and get on the CELZ train for the journey ahead.
Becoming a millionaire takes patience and discipline. Some people get lucky and stumble across money. For most it's a lot of work/effort and time allowing things to develop. For those willing to have patience and discipline, this company is the best opportunity I've seen to bring that financial goal to reality.
We ride this train all the way to it's destination together and have an epic celebration at that time. CF
Well played Swaddim!
Happy B-Day in advance SFT1! You are one of the good guys. Glad to be in CELZ with you and look forward to meeting in person down the road. CF
Spot on Seaheck! You bring wisdom and common sense to the team and add value. Thank you.
Hit the nail on the head Fly! For Dr. Gershman to take the lead in international business development of CaverStem and sacrifice time from a successful Urology practice, he understands the unique opportunity before him.
He realizes just 1-2 years of solid effort from now and he will make a ton of money, while increasing his reputation worldwide.
You have been one of the longest shareholders to stay the course when you could have very easily sold your shares for a very nice profit. That is very telling indeed.
The old adage, you can lead a horse to water applies with CMTH/CELZ. Doesn't matter if you got in at $.002 or $.02 or soon $.04 because 9 months from now, when the revenue is truly rolling in and the pieces on the chessboard are all aligned properly, this company's share price will be significantly higher.
Thank you for all your DD and efforts keeping the team focused and understanding the big picture.
CF
9 months from now, we are going to go build you the track car of your dreams Sorc!
They've operated since day 1 as a large cap company, just on a much smaller scale. Leadership, BOD and Scientific Counsel are accomplished qualified professionals with strong track records of success. All PR's are very professional. Never over promising and under delivering. Working their strategic plan and executing step by step to revenue self-sustaining.
All folks need to do is be patient, buy as much as you can afford, wait 9 months from today and this will be trading substantially higher and at that time either uplisted to Nasdaq or preparing for such a move.
CMTH/CELZ leadership is building a company to be best in class in their chosen discipline. It will take time to get the train to it's destination, but I have no doubt it will be there next year.
This is actually bigger news than it appears. If everyone recalls, there was a Russian Urologist at AUA with Dr. Gershman. He is a Director from their ministry of health.
Russia has one of the highest ED rates in the developed world. With Dr. Gershman's international reputation and ability to speak more than one language, he is the perfect person to be leading the international development.
Granted, he has his practice. But doctors of his pedigree are used to juggling multiple priorities and stay cool in the process. CMTH/CELZ leadership (Warbington, Ichim, Dickerson) have already discussed and worked through the operational pieces with Dr. Gershman as that would be normal before offering and accepting this new expanded role.
Personally, I am very happy with this news. If I'm correct, there are over 50M shares now locked up with longs on this board. If we can work as a team, not sell (even when tempted), add when appropriate and just wait 9 months, our investment will look completely different than today.
CMTH/CELZ leadership has done this before with success and are incorporating learned best practices into CaverStem and the other patents to commercialize later. In 9 months from now, we will be uplisted to Nasdaq and at that point, there is no turning back.
Have you contacted Don Dickerson by phone or email? If so, what was the response? If not, I'm not sure what to tell you.
Good morning CELZ FORCE! We have been holding nicely above $.02. Regarding a PR, I would recommend reaching out to Don Dickerson at coo@creativemedicalhealth.com as he is the best person to contact regarding timing of when it will be released.
The leadership is busy behind the scenes signing doctors, getting equipment shipped, trainings set-up, contracts completed. This all takes time and to be honest, it hasn't been that many weeks since the AUA wrapped up.
One of the assets of CMTH/CELZ leadership is they don't over promise and under deliver. Therefore, they won't put out a PR until they have something meaningful to say. So we may not get one until end of June.
We need to remain patient and keep our own expectations in check. Enjoy the journey and stay united as a team through the quite period. Add to your share base when you can and keep them locked up.
Thanks for the update Askschleg.
Well said Seaheck! Thanks for all the great contributions to the team.
Thank you for sharing this information SOG. Always interested in learning from folks who spend a lot of time at their craft.
Go read his post #31938 on the board from this morning. This is the type of thing that should get someone banned as they are creating a false narrative to fulfill their own underhanded goals. That is not ethical.
I'm good with people flipping, that's their right. However, everyone should take a look at his post and then follow-up posts and judge for yourself.
Thank you for providing the CaverStem patent Rooster. Thomas Ichim is a rock star in the medical/biotech field.
These guys know exactly what they are doing and how to best do it, to create a successful company. I look forward to seeing how everything plays out over the next 6 months.
We (the longs on this board) are going to take you at your word that you will not be back posting until the next Q which will be out in 2 months. Don't break your word as that's all a person has for credibility.
It's a very simple question which you keep dodging. What is it you want here? What is your real purpose in posting? Just answer the question or move on.
What is it you want? You must work on their behalf as you don't believe in CMTH/CELZ and only point out what you perceive to be weaknesses to a board of longs with 40M+ shares whom are not selling.
Please, once and for all, tell us your objective here or move on.
Amen SFT1!
Good morning CELZ FORCE! We have a long way to go to any celebrations. One day at a time. Remember to have each others backs as we are going to get tested from outside forces.
We need to work in unison, make timely buys to counter MM's and move CMTH/CELZ from $.02 to $.03 to $.04 and so on.
Remember the longs have about 40M shares plus locked up. They don't plan to sell until we are at our destination. The train is leaving the station now so let's make today count.
Appreciate everyone's efforts. This is a good board.
CF
I would recommend addressing your question to CMTH leadership Donald Dickerson at coo@creativemedicalhealth.com. That would be the best way to get an accurate answer.
BB-Thank you for taking the time to provide all the helpful DD.
The equipment (Magellen stem cell separator and kits) are FDA approved, the CaverStem procedure would not be subject to FDA approval as it clearly states in their regulations which I've attached below.
All of this information is quickly available if you read the DD provided countless times by CMTH/CELZ shareholders via this board.
Title 21 FDA chapter I, Subchapter L--Regulations under certain other acts administered by the FDA
Part 1271--Human cells, Tissues, and Cellular and tissue-based products
Sec. 1271015 are there any exceptions from the requirements of this part?
(b) "you are not required to comply with the requirements of this part if you are an establishment that removes HCT/P's from an individual and implants such HCT/P's into the same individual during the same surgical procedure."
Hence the term "FDA friendly" is used. Please read DD provided before posting.
Doc-Good DD and post. Please send the link to Don Dickerson and Tim Warbington at coo@creativemedicalhealth.com and ask them what they plan to do to counter others using stem celz from bone marrow to treat ED. Interesting they use the same FDA language on this doctors site.
I would imagine once cash flow really begins coming in Q'3, they will look to hire a dedicated counsel to staff to handle matters such as these. But it's important all team members send these competing claims to CMTH/CELZ leadership as they may be unaware. A patent would take precedent over what this doc is claiming.

Thanks for the info Rooster. Enjoy the weekend.
Thanks Sorc. Look forward to seeing you buy the Firebird of your desires next year.
When we get to the promised land, I may need to find a '69 TransAm with the tach on the hood. Always thought that was a very unique and cool detail of that car. Although I've always had my heart set on an original '69 Z/28. To be able to have that choice is what motivates me with CMTH/CELZ.
I'm probably out posts for the day with my free account. Enjoy the weekend.
