Parscale Creative is comprised of certain assets spun out of Giles-Parscale, Inc., a San Antonio-based firm owned by Brad Parscale and Jill Giles. After closing the transaction today, Parscale Creative was renamed Parscale Digital, Inc. ("Parscale").
Mr. Parscale, will serve on the CloudCommerce Board of Directors and as a consultant to Parscale to provide strategy, vision and leadership. The technical experience required to architect, build and manage rapidly scaling websites with increasing demand for security has been their focus since their inception. Munzee got the inside scoop on download numbers, revenues, future plans and said YES. Munzee is a profitable company with a good reputation. Comparing this merger to anything you have ever seen in the OTC would be a mistake IMO.

The main reasoning behind the merger is the old saying, ātwo heads are better than oneā. Both companies have done quite a bit of work together and we both believe we are stronger together than separate. In addition to key leadership, Freeze Tag brings experience in licensing deals, having provided the contact that brought the virtual Garfield trail in Muncie Indiana, in the Munzee app.
It would be completely wrong for me not to recognize the work Aaron, Scott, Chris, and Josh did to found this game, in July 2011. Without their idea and tireless (unpaid) work from day one none of us would be playing this game we all love so much. Iām thankful for the opportunity Aaron gave me 5 years ago to start as player and business relations. I felt at home and have loved every minute as the Chief Everything Officer, but itās time for Munzee to grow beyond my individual knowledge and training.
October 4th will be 4 years since I took over as President, and Iām excited to expand that role into a larger company. I will be President of the newly merged company, and the best part is, I get to return to my passion; ideas, gameplay, community, and making a difference in the lives of our team and collective communities.

With Freeze Tag and Munzee, we have to consider that these are real companies with an exciting vision for the future of AR and advertising. We also have to consider Munzee's current revenue stream. I do believe that this merger may eventually lead to a buyout of Freeze Tag.

I agree that the new Garfield movie may come out in June of 2018, in conjunction with Garfield's Birthday on June 19th. June 22 is the Friday after Garfield's Birthday, so you may be right. I'm sure a release date will be announced months ahead of time, and by then I think Garfield GO will be ready to be used as a marketing tool. I can already imagine people playing Garfield GO so they can win tickets to see the movie :)

I expect the 10Q to be out 8/15 or 8/14 as it has in previous years. It will include revenues up until the end of June. After that there should be a 10Q in the middle of November which will include revenues up until the end of September.

My guess is in June of 2018 for Garfield's 40th Birthday, but you may be correct that they'll release it for the holidays. Movie promotions begin months ahead of time, so if they plan on using Garfield GO to promote the new Garfield movie (as the Angry Birds app was used to promote the Angry Birds movie) then I'm guessing they'll want to make sure that Garfield GO is very successful at least a few months before the movie is out. I'm being patient and $FRZT is my only long-term hold in the OTC.
