Thank you for a bit of reason and logic. And I will add that vending machines are a small fraction of POTN sales and marketing strategies.
Revenue update- last year they reported full year revs on Jan 24, maybe we will hear something next week?

DiamondCBD imports the highest quality CO2-extracted CBD for its products, which have lab test data presented on the website for each product to authenticate purity and integrity of active ingredients. Diamond brand is one of the few that provide this data. Selling a large amount of product on websites, storefronts of other companies and in vending machines allows for high profit margin as opposed to paying rental fees and salesperson salaries. It's all about the marketing of the Diamond brand to get repeat customers.
Tilray signed with Authentic Brands today for a distribution partner in the US. Will another large company sign with POTN soon?
We could see 4th Q revenues tomorrow, they seem to like Tuesdays for big news and it is mid January now, after all....
IMO it the news will generate many more buy orders and this will continue into predicted blowout 4th Q revenues.
Somebody knows and my guess is that the judge granted summary judgement- case dismissed (again, my guess).
I am hoping that upcoming quarterly reports will break out stock ownerships, preferred share lockup schedules, and debt structure. I am very positive for a big move up starting this week.

On the cover of USA Today says Charkles Vacarro on fb
POTN has sales more similar to Charlotte's Web CWBHF with 1/20 or so the market cap
Unrestricted shares are down to 347 million (and 222 million restricted)- has this gone down recently or am I just imagining it?

Not big news, POTN expected to win, meaning owe very little or nothing. Big news will be earnings IMO, possible retirement of more shares from the open market.
Current valuation is utterly ridiculous. Check back in 2 weeks tosee a huge increase (IMO).
Somebody posted that it was around mid January last year I think, hoping for next week.
Based on new product launches in 2018 including meds biotech and award-winning Medipets lines, 400 large new customer orders at the largest national trade show in August, multiple new avenues of distribution including beer distributors, store fronts and holiday season mall kiosks, I would expect at least an increase of 1 million for 4thQ 2018, and hope for 2million. Just an educated guess, but the CEO would not be talking exponential growth if there was no growth.
POTN will hit $1.25 when 2018 revenues have been revealed, debt resolution has occurred and uplist application and SEC registration have been announced. I thought this would be last fall, so now I will just say "when these have been accomplished". By March hopefully.
The data from a govt clinical trial on addictive potential of CBD has now been published-it has very low addictive potential. This will help on the safety end, but trials still need to conducted on efficacy for the various ailments that many claim are treated by CBD. Right now sellers can't make claims without supporting clinical trial data.
I believe the numbers posted on OTC web site rather than posters who speculate without any evidence. The number has gone down by over 100 million shares in 2018.
This is the REAL news- revenues
Is the SEC closed?
OTC MJ stocks on my screen are trading similarly to POTN. If you are talking about the Canadian MJ stocks like CGC, they are up because mainstream analysts have started rating them and giving them higher price targets.
In this early stage, getting to customers first is crucial, people stick to good products that they are familiar with and I absolutely agree. Convincing a satisfied customer to take a chance on a new brand is much harder. POTN has been working for 2 years to be first in this game.
24 million would be flat for the year- I anticipate 25 to 26 million minimum.
Cannabis is poised to be an $80 billion industry in the U.S. in 2030: Cowen
after all...

POTN also posted a huge increase in revenues in Jan 2018, and I expect a repeat of that in the coming days.
You have the wrong company, POTN has nothing to do with CBD biotech.
You must be assuming that not a single attendee at that huge conference has ever had insomnia, anxiety, or pain, or has any interest whatsoever in trying a free sample of a new side effect-free treatment for any of these conditions which effect 90% of the population of adults in America.
Completely agree- exposure at CES is huge and POTN is the only CBD there.
In light of the recent rumor regarding a big new partnership, also directly from the same article:
Diamond CBD, already well-established as a market leader in the CBD industry, will experience increased opportunity nationally, as sales barriers are torn down. Management is well positioned to capitalize on strategic partnerships and propel already established brands such as Chill, Chill Plus, Diamond CBD, and Chong’s Choice.
Most have realistic expectations for 4th Q earnings in mid to late January.
Worth repeating, a direct quote from the CEO:
"At this stage in the game, we firmly believe, that standing on the threshold of a revolutionized industry, that our growth potential here can still be considerably exponential."

Vaccaro was the largest early stage investor. If it wasn't for him, POTN wouldn't exist right now. He now has been paid back preferred shares of which he sold 25 million last Feb and the rest are locked up such that a very small percent are allowed to be sold quarterly. He stands to benefit the most when the share price rises.
They are supposed to roll out the first CBD vending machine that has the capability to scan a drivers license for age approval.
At the least they must be planning a press release about their booth at CES .
Everything that I have seen Vacarro post over the last year has occurred, although sometimes it took a few months or more.
CV wants his millions of shares to be worth many dollars, not pennies. He loses much more than the rest of us when the share price goes down. Have you ever heard of an early stage investor with a lot of shares selling at early stages? He sold 25 million last Feb when the price was over .50, I suspect that is enough money for him to survive a few more months until it gets back to he dollar range.
That final 160 million or so shares could be handed over (retired to preferred status) to Tilray for a huge infusion of cash for expansion of POTN operations, what a win- win for us shareholders...
Because of the rumor of a Nasdaq Co taking a stake in POTN I was looking at TLRY as an excellent partner. They are the first certified GMP manufacturer of Medical MJ and CBD, are in Canada and moving into Mexico, had recent IPO on Nasdaq and made a recent deal with a beverage co. A collaboration with them to use their high quality CBD in our products and our distribution channels across the US would take POTN to the moon.
I'm looking for unaudited 4thQrevs next week, that's good to know.
I expect to see a PR released every morning next week, just a feeling.
