Terry is owed a lot of money. They either need to raise the A/S to 10 billion or R/S. As of now they don't even have enough shares available to dilute to pay off Terry. Not like they would be able to get anyone to buy 2 billion shares.

It's not happening. That was a share selling tactic. He needed some money now he gets to R/S let it sit for awhile then do it all again once the stink has faded.

All signs point to R/S here. There is no possible way for them to lift off trip 1. What are they going to say they acquired 4 more companies in a land far far away?

Meh, no way they get $1 million out of this company. They will settle for a lower payment. The interest & penalties are always outrageous with the toxic lenders. They get the shares at fraction of the pps. They will be fine. Even a pump to trip 3s or 4s is a ton of money when you got them at .00005.

Unfortunately it looks like they will bloat this even more than be forced to R/S it. Pretty much their only option at this point.

Read the financials. They have informed us.

Yeah looks like they are on the brink of operating in the green. Need to settle that default for pennies and move on.
