he he pretty entertaining board we have here.eom
LOL. I have found that sometimes he is quite chatty and sometimes not. Maybe you have let a cat out of the bag.
Have you been able to confirm with investor relations? The addition of employees and such?
entry point? No offense, lots of sell pressure. eom
interesting find. I assumed it was already active and up, but it is not.
Looks like they have updated some things. Also is nice to see that one of the family members has stayed around.
from website:
Scot Geer - Head of Marketing and New Business Development
I am in Waco and there is a man here, Paul J. Meyer, who identifies the first step in becoming successful is have a "Yearn to Learn" attitude. I love the name of your corporation, btw. This coupled with accountability and self-discipline is a dangerous combination. I wish I had started 15 years earlier though.
I actually use to receive oil royalty checks from Geer before they moved the tracts my family has interest in to Remington Oil. If CFUL is serious about growing the company and increasing shareholder value, then Geer is a solid base to do that with. I dont want fluff PR's, but I would like some more communication as to the integration of Geer, and I would like a website that doesnt look like my 3rd grader developed it. These and other thoughts have been sent to investor relations. These things do take time to develop though, but my adult adhd impatience starts to set in. LOL
Where in Texas? If yo dont mind, if you had rather not say np.
I am too new someone else comment on that buy. Is that odd on a stock of this size or consolidation by a mm or ??????? Please tell.
No doubt. What an interesting day. I hope we have a pot brewing here. Time will tell.
They dropped the ask one minute before close to .019 after a sale of 5000 shares at .019. Has anyone had experience with that before?
look now blocks of 100,000 at .02
I think that once we see the quarterly report which shows a)revenues are flowing in and b)that the business plan is proceeding as stated in past pr's, that we will see an increase in pps. In the time leading up to that I think buying on dips is a great idea, and I have noticed that the intra day buying opportunites dont last long. I personally have a position at the .018 range and have orders in carrying on down to .0095 expecting one more surge down before revenues are released. If a pr comes sooner than the quarterly then I may miss a buying opportunity, but there will be time to buy into the company. I believe the question of integration and revenues is the only thing keeping us from running up. Lets remember that investors want revenues and assets in order to have tax write-offs. The losses acquainted with the acquisition will be nothing in investors eyes if the debt is maintaned. This is a pivotal time for the company to show the stockholders its value long term and reaffirm the plan. If they show us they can mamage the debt, then look out above. BTW thanks for all the informative banter on the board. Not many to the moon posts and hopefully it will stay that way. GLA
Jack says due 5/15.eom
That is interesting...I sold completely out of a position Friday, when I was trying to adjust the bid. I was mad at the time, but am glad now. LOL My problem is I play it too tight, therefore I had to wait for the transaction to clear and now I can use that money again. Lesson learned: Always have an emergency fund. It's tax time for goodness sakes. I bet some sales today, in good stocks, were to increase cash holdings to cover tax checks. I know most wait until the day of to pay, even though they are prepared well in advance. LOL BTW you guys have a great board to read.
Thanks for the information. I have looked at several since I made that post and it is standard language. Learning as we go here. Havent heard back from Jack yet.
That next to last paragraph isnt too hot. In saying that, they sure are throwing it on the table for all to read.
We have historically incurred recurring losses from operations. Our continuation is dependent upon a successful program of acquisitions and achieving a profitable level of operations. We will need $3 million of additional financing for ongoing operations and acquisitions. The issuance of additional equity securities by us would result in a significant dilution in the equity interests of our current stockholders. Obtaining loans, assuming those loans would be available, would increase our liabilities and future cash commitments. We cannot assure that we will be able to obtain further funds we desire for our continuing operations or, if available, that funds can be obtained on commercially reasonable terms. If we are not able to obtain additional financing on a timely basis, we would cease our operations.
Yes, it would be nice to see how the company has progressed this first quarter. I will fire off an e-mail to Jack and see if I get a response.
Well it may be optimistic, but Sheridan has warrants to buy 8500000 shares at .2465 expiring in December of 13. Thats a pretty nice increase from 2 cents a share in 5 years and thats break even.
ITS OUT READING NOW.....
I am Bob, not Rob. lol eom.
Received email from Jack Baker, will be filed today for sure. You never know about these things so I had to ask.
Agreed, A good 10-k and I feel confident the volume will increase and so will the pps. Hurry up and wait!
Thanks a million. eom
Will you explain the RSI indicator and what you mean by plenty of room to grow? I am trying to learn technical analysis after all. I know how the hype game is played, I can do solid numbers DD, but it seems charts are the more preferred method of trading these kinds of stocks. Thanks for any help in advance.
Class Act!!eom
Dude your killing me with this. I dont think your doing us any good here.
based on the 10-k? based on news? based on charts? based on your DD? Throw us a bone if your in the know, if not lets try not to turn this into a hype play. With real numbers we will all do very well in the short and long term.
Friday at that.eom
One of the great things about the last three days is that the chart is really starting to look better. Someone with more experience than myself can comment, but it seems that this should be picked up by traders scanning software soon. Also, in the grand scheme of things little volume is taking it back up. A very good sign if we can get a solid 10-k and some interest in this stock other than just the few here that seem to be optimistic. Obviously some have taken profits the last two days and we still continue to motor ahead.
I hope it is today, but I have no knowledge when it will be released. I know it has to be by the 15th of this month as the extension filed stated and is required by law. This is forming a nice base as these levels though.
If the 10-k does nothing but clear up confusion this stock will rocket up. I think investors feel that with the massive price drop that something has to be wrong. But, if you call Geer and also talk to Jack, you dont get that feeling at all. What a unique opportunity we MIGHT have here. So far so good though.
