Yes,you are correct! All the facts are in the open and the positive by far out weights the negative. Because proof is being shown for the positive DD of what they have been working towards. From 1 yrs ago it was in the plans for the waste to fuel facilities to be commissioned in 2016. GCEI
Yes, when news hits this should be a life changer.
Something may be happening with them putting out an attorney letter first of may. Starting to wish I had more shares.
Thanks, don't know if I overlooked it or had forgotten. It is strange! Maybe they are in negotiations and waiting to finish before filing.
Yes,I agree thier filings have been like clock work. And the pps was recently driven down for accumulation it seems. Maybe something is up!!!

Carbon Black is in everyday and specialty products.
Carbon Black Uses
Overview of UsesCarbon Black User's Guide
Overview of Uses
Traditionally, carbon black has been used as a reinforcing agent in tires. Today, because of its unique properties, the uses of carbon black have expanded to include pigmentation, ultraviolet (UV) stabilization and conductive agents in a variety of everyday and specialty high performance products, including:
Tires and Industrial Rubber Products: Carbon black is added to rubber as both a filler and as a strengthening or reinforcing agent. For various types of tires, it is used in innerliners, carcasses, sidewalls and treads utilizing different types based on specific performance requirements. Carbon black is also used in many molded and extruded industrial rubber products, such as belts, hoses, gaskets, diaphragms, vibration isolation devices, bushings, air springs, chassis bumpers, and multiple types of pads, boots, wiper blades, fascia, conveyor wheels, and grommets.Plastics: Carbon blacks are now widely used for conductive packaging, films, fibers, moldings, pipes and semi-conductive cable compounds in products such as refuse sacks, industrial bags, photographic containers, agriculture mulch film, stretch wrap, and thermoplastic molding applications for automotive, electrical/electronics, household appliances and blow-molded containers.Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Compounds: Carbon blacks are carefully designed to transform electrical characteristics from insulating to conductive in products such as electronics packaging, safety applications, and automotive parts.High Performance Coatings: Carbon blacks provide pigmentation, conductivity, and UV protection for a number of coating applications including automotive (primer basecoats and clearcoats), marine, aerospace, decorative, wood, and industrial coatings.Toners and Printing Inks: Carbon blacks enhance formulations and deliver broad flexibility in meeting specific color requirements.

Global Clean Energy, Inc. operates as a developer of waste to energy and platinum group metals (PGM) smelting and recovery plants across North America. The company intends to optimize commercially available technologies to recover, reclaim, and convert waste and PGM into commercially viable energy and off takes, a process that the company refers to as Reforming Environmental Salvage into Clean Usable Energy. The company is focused on the North American markets in implementing commercially proven technologies to convert and recover end-of-life plastic, tires, biomass, ASR auto shred, and PGM. The company intends to build-own-operate plants utilizing technologies worldwide in the plastic and tire waste to energy field with sites under contract in the Southeast and Midwestern U.S., which would process 30-60 tons per day of each substrate. The company is in the midst of finalizing agreements for the development of a Plasma Arch PGM recovery site in the Southern U.S. Target Clients The company would target industries, such as the automotive, chemical, plastic, paper, and tire industries. Significant Events In January 2015, Global Clean Energy, Inc. and MicroEnergies, LLC have formed a Joint Venture to develop pyrolysis projects utilizing proven technologies and feedstock agreements acquired by MicroEnergies, LLC. Additionally, MicroEnergies, LLC would oversee current and future projects in the Project Development division of GCEI. Competition The company competes with Techemet, Johnson Matthey, and BASF in the PGM recovery industry.

GCEI- waiting news on $40M bond
$40M bond ÷ OS = $.1067
Great ROI potential!!!!
WP I'm figuring that the $40M bond is to cover the acquisition and 2 waste to fuel facilities. But if you use the bond.
$40M ÷ OS = $.1067
ESTIMATED
2 waste to fuel facilities revenue $16M
PGM revenue $20M
Total estimated revenue. $36M
OS= 374,768,911
REVENUE ÷ OS = $.0960
This is why I am here. potential !!!!!
Actually WP your not stretching it a lot. If as you said it all comes to fruition it should not take long to get there.

Thank you for the kind reply. I see that are ROI with this company will be amazing. The waste to fuel facilities will have 3 products. plus the excess gas is used for heating the prylosis furnace which lowers the overhead expenses.
Then the Salvage yard acquisition. Which will not only have the PGM smelter for a high ROI but will already be set up with catalytic converter feedstock. And already set up selling other scrap metals.
Yes, he has been studying the company and thier process for a long time looks like. And he knows what he has. His DD is EXCELLENT!!!
