I've instructed my son to contact you once our attorneys receive a formal response from FCD, if you want to accept the contact
What if it can be proven ISBG doesn't own or control Besado. What if FCD has notified Pierce about contact to sell Tequila Besado Houston Texas and control of Besado that would tie into a new production deal with FCD.
Did Passion ship your Besado?
That doesn't say being shipped from Passion. It appears to imply coming from another source. Let me know if my interpretation is not correct
Coming directly from Passion, are you sure?
I'm sure Alonzo is aware of the contact by now. Hopefully Alonzo's response was, Oh Shit. I've been waiting for his email
What if I tell you I was in contact with Jose Rivera General Manager of FCD today. Guess what I know.
In your opinion, will it be FCD sending the juice out to the shipper? Does the shipper require some sort of license? Who collects the taxes and submit to government agencies?
Thank you for the update. Can you tell me who is actually doing the shipping: Is it Passion or ISBG or Park Street or RND or another third party?
I just ordered something from Amazon, whereas I know the supplier of the product is shipping with Amazon acting as agent and monies processor. Is this the same expectation with the BESADO product?
Who's doing the production?

The Distillery in Florida that makes BESADO.. Florida Caribbean Distillery... It's not imported as Alonzo claims on the Besado Website.. It's a domestic brewed juice.
Someone should call FCD and ask them if they are producing Juice. Even though I know the answer.
It's there..
I guess the problem was created when Alonzo posted a letter he had claimed originated from Caribbean Distillers dated December 12, 2016...
I'm the client..
Procopio Cory Hargreaves & Savitch LLP
I guess it really doesn't matter due to there's not being a BESADO product. It's my understanding, what has been reported to me, FCD has cancelled it's deal and or relationship with ISBG..
Then which one has trademark protection for advertising purposes?
This is why, see below: Tequila is above the BESADO name... also that label represented the Tequila was imported, which it's not. It shows clearly on the COLA controlled by FCD it's domestic produce Tequila, so a NOM is not required..
TTB F 5100.31 (07/2012) PREVIOUS EDITIONS ARE OBSOLETE
What's wrong with the below?

Today's performance of ISBG stock gives the appearance there are others who are aware of my opinion. Now, it's only my opinion.
But, we now know there's not any inventory. BESADO is being bottled for TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS. TEQUILA BESASDO HOUSTON TEXAS LLC is controlled by FCD along with the COLA. My family controls the trademark application for TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS. So, in conclusion, it would be simple for FCD to transfer ownership of TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS LLC to avoid legal action as part of a settlement agreement that can work for all concern except for Alonzo Pierce.
Here's what is going to happen in my opinion. There will be an offer to FCD to take over TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS LLC, with the trademark application controlled by my family it will all be tied in, with control of both the LLC and Trademark, my oldest son will renegotiate with FCD a new production agreement under current COLA and labeling of BESADO being produced and bottled for TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS LLC. My son will then put into place a complete new marketing program.
This will complete the goal of leaving Alonzo Pierce with nothing, it will not have any effect on ISBG, due it not owning anything.
This is my opinion how it will work out.
I have an opinion. Now, this is only an opinion.
My opinion is this, Florida Caribbean Distillers received a letter from, PROCOPIO CORY HARGREAVES & SAVITCH LLP. The content of that letter has caused FCD to end it's relationship with ISBG. Without FCD and FCD's cola for BESADO, there's not any product.
In my opinion, this is not the end of the story, more to come.
Did you notice that's the new label in the display...
You should ask the person or organization that owns the trademark:
TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS, which is the product supposedly in production with the operating COLA.
Alonzo uses these two phone numbers on govt. filings: (832) 544-1645 or (832)317-1041 and for his personal email use:
apierce713@aol.com
If you want to contact Terry Williams, the so-call CEO of ISBG: (504) 466-3350
Two new tweets at @drinkisbg
Maybe that will get the band back together..
I am, a dying one... I've have three different associates working on this. Be patient, it's coming.
I didn't know your specialty is in trademark and patent law..
My attorney says differently. There are adjustments coming for clarification purposes. It ties in with the Federal Lawsuit that's being prepared. Also, waiting for a challenge from ISBG as a way of discovery.
I'm more than a stockholder, than a noteholder. I own the trademark and labeling rights for the product being produced by Caribbean Distillery. For the record, the legal product being produced is "TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS" not the ISBG "BESADO"
Just the facts..
The statement you just posted doesn't deserve a response. Alonzo Pierce has committed fraud an/or gross incompetence. Alonzo, was given considerable opportunity to assist in his business working, but it was Alonzo, who decided to take the low road. Not the shareholders, not the note holders. And to blame the DKTS shareholders for what's happening with ISBG, is just naïve.

The pleadings play an especially important role in civil RICO fn1274 cases. Because RICO applies to a broad range of conduct, often occurring over an extended period of time and involving a large number of people or entities, the complaint will often assert numerous claims against numerous parties. Since most RICO complaints allege underlying acts of mail, wire, or securities fraud, which must be pleaded with particularity under Fed. R. Civ. P. 9(b), the complaint may be lengthy and complex.
1. Section 1962(a): Investment of income. This subsection makes it unlawful for "any person who has received any income derived . . . from a pattern of racketeering activity . . . to invest . . . any part of such income . . . in acquisition of an interest in, or the establishment or operation of, any enterprise . . . ."
Most courts have ruled that the only injury compensable under 1962(a) is that resulting from a defendant's investment of racketeering income. fn1278 Therefore, claims under 1962(a) alleging injury resulting from racketeering activity alone, rather than from the investment of income so derived, may be subject to early dismissal.
