Trade the ticker NOT the company!
Nothing foolish about that.
Hence why I would hold a few shares back on each trade = free shares for that 'fools gold' big run coming blah blah malarkey.
And don't be concerned about being a 'one tick flipper', that's how we roll, it's just that simple, you've got to take it when it's there to be had.
Best thing to do with this puppy imo?
Trade it, trade the begeezus out of it, then trade it some more.
Each time holding just a few back. If everyone that could, traded this thing just once a week, we could all make a few bucks here.
Some are so focused on that 'big pop' (which will ONLY come on a fake pump) that they cannot see the fact this is a publicly traded company with their public focus on marijuana. Trade it!
The point is they are using what is known as a death spiral model to conduct daily business.
Though we could give ERBB an 'AKA' and call it 'Debentures-R-Us'
They seem to be making some fairly good progress with such headwinds of their own making. And it's not as if there are not companies out there at this very moment with just as ugly even worse share structures than ERBB, in which are serving millions of people globally, doing the same exact thing to a good extent.
My opinion is if the company is doing something , and has something to show for what I might not completely understand, that's no reason to bail. It's not costing me a dime when there is no volatility to flip a couple coins.
I simply don't see any way out of an unlimited share structure at this point, Vs. a reverse split.
What a complete and utter joke this thing is
I check in and expect to see it on the greys, nope still dumping million after hundred's of millions, after reverse splitting, only after explaining how they were not doing it.
Then it got all scary and hot for them, so they fabricated a new company. Now, explode the share structure yet again, when they have nothing, produce nothing, sell nothing , own nothing, do nothing.
It won't be long this piece of scamming trash is on the greys for good. I certainly hope the share sellers have their goods hidden well for the coming exposure.
It's one thing to play the normal OTC rules of 'well whatever' , it's another to blatantly lie to share holders in PR's.
Please dump more 2's so we can get to the 1's
Yes, it's a great buy at 3-4
Yes, it's going to 'Da Moon'
Yes, best of OTC 2015
Yes, Huge potential
Yes, Amazing group heading this out
Yes, 'cheapies'
But not right now, maybe when they show us what they have been up to. Until then, I'm in for 1's not until.
I would not advise you or anyone as to how their portfolio should be structured.
That said, they have products on varying levels, and a great team, not leaving out the business networks they have is amazing.
Remember always, a paid employee or debtor is a happy employee or debtor. And they are all paid. Which leaves only progress to look forward to. Simply put I see no reason at all for leaving or giving up on American Green. None what so ever.
From what the paperwork claims it's more than obvious they do not have revenue to operate daily functions of the business.
Taking cash in turn for debentures with interest, repeatedly, along side of issuing more debentures for the note holders to pay their bills for them, they run in the red redundantly.
Though, there are several functioning and fluent business models that rely on this type of financial model, who's to say this is not it, the end all be all, the way ERBB is run. It's been done before, and it's being done currently.
As for shareholder value, until they really start pushing out viable residual devices, forget it. Even then, a $1.00-$3.00 range would likely be maxed out. And that's if they put something together that hundreds of thousands of people subscribe to on a regular basis.
This board has over 1800 marks, that's 1800+ people watching, and probably a few hundred that forgot and left it tagged.
From the looks of things, ERBB is going to continue it's ways to finance projects.
Everyone knows I stand up for them, and I've been in it for some time now, though I'm not about to start whimpering because of something I've known for quite a while.
I've been wrong about a few things, including the impending RS I saw in the numbers. It's almost an impossibility at this point, In fact it is impossible, for the NOT to RS.
When is the question, if I were forced to come up with a time span, I might say late 2015-early 2016 at the very latest.
here is Part of the reason why. Where will the majority of stock be, very, very soon? At what percentage, it's impossible to keep the AS at 4.7, it has to be closer to 10 Billion
Expect a 'proxy', which won't matter either way, as it will already have been voted on, so at that point, it's a either unlimited Authorized, or complete breakdown in the machine, the company machine I should say.

Agreed I mean this guy has some weak software if he's complaining to me about this.
Just scoping the realities in SWRF
Quick question then.
I have a new accountant this year, he asked why I traded in and out of SWRF so many times.
Then asked why I traded in and out of so many other tickers, and that it would take him forever to enter over 500 trades from this past year.
Iv'e never hear anything from past tax time like this. Is he pulling my leg, or does every trade need investigated and entered into taxes?
ELRA just die already it's ok we understand your very sickly, close them eye-balls and sleeeeeeep
Watching this slow death..... again
LMAO your killin' me smalls
Just toss me some 1's and I'll shut up
Five months ago this turd was wrung out used up and the doors left open, no cash, tons of debt, and a share structure that went on as far as the eye could see.
Then SoOum walked in the door. With plans in hand, they went to work.
Now we wait to get a glimpse inside that room, where the big boys (and girls) sit and discuss business, each brings to the table one part of the machine, we wait for them to assemble it and grease it up.
Coming filings should show us if nothing else, what the pace is going to be, will they/ are they/ have they been moving quickly to procure trade relations, build larger networks of like minded people looking to not only bring commodities to their countries, but to bank a little cash as well, or is it just another flop.
Hmph, if it were a flop, would we not have been witnessing hundreds of millions of shares pooped out on the open market? Yea. But not thus far. Very very little.
Haha great analogy
4x4 +^
Unless something internally happens here it's all good in SWRF land. Though filings should be coming in the next 2-5 weeks.
That's because I expect these things in the OTC
It's when you see no movement, no bid or slow bid that you get puckered.
This can only be a good thing for BTZO from what I can see. As the chances of many, if Any ending up on the floor before a few decent events come to pass are slim to none , and more than a year away, at the earliest, in my opinion just from what I see with my own eye's.
It's obvious when people buy a stock if they even know what they are buying or not. Or what the plan is.
Who knows, maybe they'll dump 5+ billion shares on the market, RS and do it again, and again, then create a spin off and do it again, then , yet again.
Hmm, maybe. But why would they, with sales on several large online shops, in stores on shelves, no, I think not, they announced some time ago that they were to buy other companies, and they have. No sense in making things up in my mind that has nothing to do with the company.
No way man, this thing is dead!
I can 'feel it' it's not going to 'da moon', it's going to the core of planet Earth
That's going to be my signature saying 'To Da Core'
Better sell now b4 momma finds out you lost the grocery money when this thing stops trading completely. Which could be at any time now, considering.
I came into the room late yesterday
Saw what went down and laughed so hard my dog started barking at me.
Unless Phillip is not at all who he claims to be, and the whole SoOum thing is a complete fakeout, <= not so much though think about it.
Suppose I should sell what I have, or at least enough that when she blows with news and fins, I can break a keyboard because it won't make any difference. LMAO
Funny, in a trip 0 play people panicking on something they don't understand.
So what, so they double the A/S .... and? Dilute? No way, not in the OTC where they almost Always do to either stay in business or make acquisitions.
Not selling any at this point, no way. This move points to as stated, acquisitions, and financing for future endeavors. No reason to sell, especially since we'll get news at some point here as to the plans.
Nothing has changed here.
Still waiting on filings. No one knows anything outside of five month old data, that the old company had, nothing to do with SoOum.
I'm sure they have thought through any issues going forward, and have planned, taken action and executed parts of the plan that are required to move forward, well before the merger itself.
Of course it could all be a joke, then again we would think they would be pumping PR's out left and right, which they have not, at all.
With that analogy I could say nothing in life is real. makes no sense, it is real.
The fact remains, the old people involved with the old company, who tried everything they did, are no longer around. We only have one question, that will be answered before too long, as to one individual and his stake in the newly formed entity.
This is a reverse merger, which meant in this case as do most, the prevailing company is indeed the company in which merged 'into' the existing registered corporation.
Therefore who can imagine the same business model that has failed to become what was announced publicly.
This occurred simply for the sake of the new entity to become a public company. Which has nothing in any sense to do with the old company.
The old 'shell' can be referenced as if said old clam which took residence in said shell, chose to eat red swimming 'things'.
Where the new resident in the 'shell', is now choosing to not eat the red swimmy things, but to help other swimmers find their way to the foodz. And take a little snack for themselves.
There are most definitively people out there that have been holding a lot of shares, for 3+ years. believe it. And the PPS was not always over a penny. So the returns at this point are monumental.
Not forgetting those that have traded this thing, I mean traded not bought, over and over again hundreds of times, until they have completely free shares. Several times over, and still hold share counts of 7-9 digit range.
Without getting into the semantics of theory, I find being less obtuse and more objective can, and does make all the difference.
We can look from a different perspective, say legalization takes a national hit, and it's stagnates for years in chambers.
What can we do with the multiples of million dollars worth of assets we've not only acquired, yet branded.
Notice the name of said machine "Zazzz" , how interesting, no?
It does not say "pot machine" or "Automated Edible Stoner Chunks" no, instead it's a rather obscure, bland in a sense term derived from urban terminology. Which explains to me either unintentionally, or more likely intentional naming conventions were tossed, in league of forward thinking, and future possibilities.
Yet the core of the idea is sound, and can be a format for any number of multitudes of applications. Pick something , anything that consumers require, for entertainment, pleasure, or simple necessity.
I have a mental image of what I believe some of the reasoning's behind why and how this company is doing what they are. And honestly follows lessons learned many times over, by many failed businesses. Which shows experienced individuals are spearheading this operation.
Creating a viable niche is much more difficult than creating a platform that can be spread over a plethora of business models.
Impossible for something to be 'done'
When it has not even started yet.
There is no reason what so ever for any other PPS than what we see here today, in fact it should be in the 1-2 channel.
Faith plays no role in reality of any business financials.
By all means the Zazzz should have a rather interesting financial footprint.
Not leaving out the fact when the machine manufacturing began, we as shareholders were informed, that there is backing "for as many machines as might be needed"
Which can only mean this will not fail. If for nothing else, the investor, has confidence he will get his return, it's a long play, by solid and stable thinkers.
The fins could look good soon
However it's doubtful they will be 'astonishing'.
None the less matters not, they're executing very well, and smooth operations are without a doubt compounding product and brand exposure.
Which will inevitably cause the cascade effect, as the brand becomes more prevalent within conversations of those that are looking to broaden their own customer / user base.
Yes it is monster news.
However how does it matter? it does not make one iota of a difference. They could have 50 million machines out and another 50 million machines on order, it would make no difference.
What will make a difference is when they start showing some return.
NOTHING will turn this thing upward until then, if so , what?
Keep averaging down all the way to .0001 so when this quarters reverse split comes, you have a sack full of .00005's
The ELRA way.
Cannot imagine news anytime soon
Not until filings come out. We've got data on a website to ponder, a website, that's it. I've been doing that myself since the mid 80's, anyone can post anything, on any website and call it a company.
Who actually thought this would sustain upward momentum?
Over what, announcing they jumped through hoops politically and fiscally to do business through the US government? Silly.
When they get contracts, post them, and prove revenue the thing will have a conniption fit as it heads north. Anything else is simple speculation.
The paint jobs on Tuesdays are ridiculous
And unnecessary, Friday or long weekends, makes the thing 'feel' better for the time off.
A few more weeks (3-6) we should be seeing filings. Should be interesting.
Things are looking up around here.
Been posting it for a while now, this drop was drastically needed, and even more so.
It appears there is more at play here than meets where any eye can see.
Just thinking about what you said, and who is involved. Strange for OTC. It appears as if not only there are a few unspoken involved, as well as a few that are assisting boost and facilitate the lead into this. We shall see.
Nice iBox edit with the images and information as of late.
Sorry guys that tried to get hold of me, life stepped in front of me lol
None the less, though I don't care for putting 'feelings' in companies, has nothing to do with success or money, SoOum is starting to feel better than it did not 30 days ago.
Lets see how far this group plans on taking it.
Timeline SWRF read this sticky Important!
Timeline of events SWRF / SoOum
Swrf seems to be getting a little volume. Interesting.
I hope the screen was wiped off after the fives printed. Laying it on a little thick there.
None the less, painting on Friday, sheeze, doesn't need it. But the psyche starts spitting positivity, so good ;)
Saw that lol
