DB, I thought better of you. You repost a hatchet job from the HYSR forum.
Night time power demand has always been the Achilles heel of Solar Power.
Not once in a variety of scenarios discussed here and elsewhere has that been proposed, hinted, or suggested. So to answer your question: No.
It sure is, thanks for reposting it. On the reread, I noticed that the agency was taken on for two reasons, a vague "on general securities matters" and (deep breath) your highlighted "and a potential uplisting to a senior exchange"!! That's the specific. I can wait!
Great story. I think we have some other Europeans on board to the South of you.
How did you hear about SLTD up there?
I don't, but I googled it! Ha ha, nice little phrase there! Hope your winter isn't too cold!
That would be my wish, to move up first. If Mr. Nelson can pull that off it will have been worth the wait, even if that wait goes into 2015.
And to you too! I'm off to do some shopping so the stock will be unwatched by me for today!
Well this is my 15th for the day, so I will sign off with the good news of the new potential market for solar panels made available today.!! Cuba. Who wants to be the point man for the new sales team from SUNWorks? Long and strong SLTD.
"Stay cool boy!, got a rocket in your pocket, stay cool" Well hopefully SLTD will be our pocket rocket soon and we will all have to stay cooly cool.
Mr. Nelson was quoted at some point, I remember a post, as to saying that he did not like R/S's. Fair enough. In Mooon's example, I would prefer a split AND an upgrade, when the split is done FOR the upgrade. Otherwise its a total waste and the motivation would be questionable. However, if Mr. Nelson is able to resist that method, and use the $50 million to grease a reverse merger with a spot on the senior markets then that to me is optimum. We keep our share count. And we get an upgrade. However, as just posted, we have outgrown this OTC. We need to move up, and I believe Mr. Nelson thinks that way too. Remember the lawyers in NYC, remember their speciality! Upgrades!!!
Just think of the songs from "West Side Story"
Tonight, tonight, etc etc
Somethings coming, something good..etc
When you're a jet, you're a jet all the... ok ok that one isn't relevant!
One speculation that I liked that avoided a R/S was the concept of a reverse merger up to the NASDAQ, and the release of manufacturing news on the senior exchange. I'd be in seventh heaven if that happened, those two whammies. Upward move and announce. Wow.
Hmmmm, what was that quote from, I don't recall it. Must have slipped by.
Welcome aboard!
As to how Mr. Nelson finally resolves his search for a manufacturing partner or partners, well he is keeping a tight lid on the process for now. Understandably so. Most, and I, seem to think one partner will be the case. He has hinted towards a US partner, but this is really an international industry so borders are not that firm.
Well yes, kinda, only if that lunar trip is by way of NYSE or NASDAQ engines! Hey I'm all for it!
Yup, there are some horror stories out there. I just don't believe this is one at all. Believe me if this was a second or subsequent after that split, I'd be outa here. And pissed off. But we are speculating as to whether or not they do ONE!! And as I said anything in the ration of ten or above to one is not a consideration. It will get to those prices just fine after an upgrade!
To be honest, after a quick perusal of the website, I don't think they are very substantial. More like something you belong to for networking than partnership. The www.bergengroupindia.com that I found with your clues however, does seem more our style to me.
I know many don't want to hear it but there might be one. But come on, 100 to 1!! To $17.50? Never going to happen. If you are going to speculate be realistic. Plus you are full of doom and gloom and inflammatory terms. Nobody is going to be "left holding a bag", nobody is 'stealing' money, as shareholders we have lent our money to them already. I know you know the value stays the same. I have experienced it happening and there is always psychological let down when your sharecount, the number you built up, goes down. But if it is to upgrade and then to have the share $ balance go up, I'm all for it. Ultimately, isn't it all about the position balance, not the share count?
Well I put your clues into Google and they were amongst the options. What gives you clues to point to them in any way though?
Well, yes, I believe its called a 3D cell isn't it? I'm a believer in it, so therefore that's the big thing in the works. As well as a structured steady growth in the business of panel installation that's a growth industry on its own. Maybe I missed your point?
Well great, let get the show on the road. One little dilemma though, the old pps! We need some work on that too.
www.bergengroupindia.com
That one?
what are you referencing?
Not necessarily, it depends on the manufacturing partner. It could be very very good news!
Well, that depends on what is in it! LOL
I remember that Markp! If only it had lasted. If that price hit now I'd be buying Greek Islands! Which, if any of you future billionaires are interested, have just been placed on the market by a strapped government. Your very own Mediterranean Island, and some are less than a million bucks! Others are a lot, lot more!! LOL
So either the MM's were setting up the stock for tomorrow opening, or one of us shareholders was nice and topped up the price with a late small purchase at the end. Thanks!
Maybe I should have checked before I wrote that. Chiink just posted one that I'm sure if fine. Would you care to share what you are going to ask him? Just curious.
its available on the Solar 3D website under "contact us"
Way to high. Rule of thumb, and its just that is around $5 a share for large funds to be able to buy in. But that's just a guideline. I don't think we need to be that high.
Sorry for the bold, it was supposed to be the "I" only.
Let me rephrase that. Driving cross country I need a motor engine. I read your link, and though electric may be the future, it ain't here yet for me. I want to explore on my way. Take state routes, visit a park, detour etc etc. I think electrics are great for shorter (under twenty miles) city commutes in populated (and therefore more charge up places) areas.
I agree with you dp. If I put panels on my roof, then my electric bill goes down along with my reliance on the grid. But I still need to power my gas engined car. I'm rural and ruling out battery cars for me at this stage, and with cheaper gasoline I will not be alone to do this and stay with gas powered. Drive cross country, you need a motor engine! I hope the market can make this differentiation soon and clearly. So Elan with all his SCTY shares is not going to be exactly broke. Poorer yes, but richer than me!
LOL, well I did say they would lose! Good find!
Jeez, you are grasping. Anyone can sue anyone else in this country for anything (just about). If, and I mean big if in my mind, IF that was to occur, well that's what lawyers are for. And they will sort it out. They wouldn't win.
And by the way, thank you to those of you who caught the falsehood and posted the correct info for those of us who are not CPA's on the side! I can judge character though. Go Mr. Nelson!
Thanks, enlightening if we read into it.
AB, I know I could Google it, but care to enlighten the uneducated masses on GAAP and IFRS?
