World Moto has no known address. No working phone number. No active licenses. Delinquent on the last 3 SEC filings. Key people who started with the company have quit. No word from them in months.
Yes Jr, World Moto has a responsibility to communicate with its shareholders. This is a business not a singles cruise.
What I'm telling you is that World Moto has a responsibility to communicate with its share holders.
I agree. That's the first I've heard of a ban. I googled for info, not much available. There are a few articles from about 6 years ago talking about how popular Moto taxis are but the link I sent is from this year.
Your comments are so off base. World Moto has a responsibility to communicate with its share holders. Period.
What's a patten?

If 800,000,000 shares traded in the last 5 months and there are 22 trading days in a month the average daily volume would be 7,200,000??
For every sell order there is also a buy. Who's buying? The silence certainly isn't bringing in any new investors.
Why do you think that Fox?
Average volume is about $1,500 per day. In the past when we've seen dilution we were seeing multi million share trade days.
If people were selling we'd see higher volume days.
Toxic financing for sure. Good luck proving fraud. These are hard money loans. I'm sure WM inked these deals thinking they would have sales by now. Terrible strategy borrowing money hoping you can pay it back.
I think he was referring to Yakov Borenstein as 'yanky'
Here's a head start Richie
And it will only cost you 167,000 shares

Speaking of nice buys.. how is your accumulation coming along? I just re-read your 1st post from last December.

Looks like you lucked out as the stock didn't, and I mean DIDN'T stay at .0018 as it's now at .0012. Your math was a little off, by about 99 million, but at these prices you should have around 1.6M shares in December. All by drinking coffee at home.
That's a lot of shares. At least you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Although you might consider switching to Chivas if this continues.
It's been 6 years since the Moto-Meter was introduced and test markets established.

'He said a test of the system in Brazil involving 200 motorcycle taxis showed drivers reporting a 15% increase in fare revenue after nine months excluding additional income gained from ads.'
That means the Meter was actually produced in 2009. Yep.. Any day now.

I can't respond to PM's.
You sent me one on 05/24/16. Please refer to it and email me at kbs2030@yahoo

Julpas Kruesopon was appointed to World Moto's board in Dec 2012.

This is pretty old news and was discussed here a few years back. One of the regular posters here reached out to him just a couple months ago about World Moto but he has never responded. There hasn't been any news about his involvement in World Moto in years. His most recent work has been with Asia Air, a major regional carrier in SE Asia.
And just an FYI, Thailand does not have a President. Thai's are ruled by a King.
Good thing tech like this never needs to be updated. What worked in 2010 seems to work just fine in 2016.
Can't wait to hear how the test market in Brazil is doing. 6 years they've had the meter. Who knew??
What do you mean?
They have been manufacturing meters and testing them in various markets since 2010. Surely it must be true..
Heck ya..
Didn't you read that article I posted from 6 years ago? Great things happening. Should be any day now.
Wow this sounds really promising!
I wonder how the testing in Brazil is going? Or what the finance options for drivers will look like?
Manufacturing is already under way!

Published 6 years ago.. should be any day now.
If an audit takes 15 weeks how does every reporting company in the world get them done in the 90 days allotted by the SEC.
Yes you're right.
Claiming World Moto is alive and well when everything points to the opposite is unbelievable.
World Moto has stated in PR's that they have shipped meters to select distributors in select countries. That is the only info they have disclosed. There is no other information available. No pics, no proof of sales, nothing.
Wish I would have sold at .12
But if I had I wouldn't have the FARE wish board. Where would I be without that?
I search news all the time. I always post what I find interesting here.
The only DD you can research is a nearly 1 year old 10Q. Relying on PR's isn't what I would call DD considering they have been putting out PR's for years now stating sales are about to happen. Putting your faith into private emails from Mark, well, to each their own.
Wow!
You Canadians built a taxi meter for a car!! :)
It was called before it even happened

Point being if we can't trust a PR about HailYes it stands to reason we can't believe any of their other PR's.
scams put out pump PR's..... Not real companies like FARE.

According to the App Store HailYes still has less than 500 downloads and the App isn't working.
You don't want to call it a pump or a scam.. Shouldn't the only legal ride hailing app in Thailand at least be working?
The FARE chart
Is so flat it could make a wall jealous. It isn't in the tape, it looks like a piece of tape. Flat and stuck to the floor.
I would hope anyone who has been here longer than a day knows World Moto has not released any filings since Nov 15th 2015 therefore that is the most current information available. No one but World Moto knows what the O/S is. If Paul or Chris sold shares they would be required to disclose it and so far there have been no disclosures.
It's stated in their SEC filings as well as on the intro to this board.
Hey Cueva, the Motorcycle Taxi Association aka the taxi mafia in Bangkok runs a cash business and is protected politically as we just saw with the ban of Uber and release of a local app at the same time. How do you convince a cash business like that to start using a meter? This scenario plays the same everywhere. If a country truly wants to legitimize this industry it will need to pass regulation and start mandating the use of meters. No such law exists in Thailand yet.
Yep, if it is them we have a month of dilution ahead. Wow what great timing for financials to come out!
I think Joe is being sarcastic. Paul selling his shares would require disclosure and we haven't seen that. It's most likely Union Capital.
Note the issue with Grabike and UberMoto are that they don't employ people who are registered with the Taxi Association. Their app still uses GPS to calculate a fare.
