Circle K news is nothing but a rumor. Not one spot of verifiable proof.
Yes toxic lenders are known for holding their shares to gain more of a return. The last conversion was at a price of .001. These new ones are at .0001, anything above .0002 is more than double the return, so no I don't think they will hold just in case it goes up. There is a reason they call it toxic lending.
Oh there is plenty of shares being sold. Why not buy some of them? Or were you just talking big? Elder bar has been red more days than not, plenty of shares for you to pick up.
Well if the notes on July 8th got converted, I would say we are going to have more heavy dilution for weeks to come. Think I may dip out Monday morning.
Yes the revenue increases, all because of an acquisition. An acquisition that is underperforming compared to last year. We showed revs of 1.6 million last year due mostly to the acquisition. That equates to 400k per quarter. What did we have Q1 263k? That is about 140k less than average. So yes looks like a great big number when you compare it to the numbers pre acquisition, but when you compare to Q3/2013 or Q4/2013 it is a big drop off. So I would say no revenue are not increasing, in fact they are decreasing. In fact using those numbers I would say the market cap is over valued by about 1 million.
List of notes being converted. Each dollar amount converts to shares at a fixed price of.0001(yes that is 3 zeros before that one, look it up in the last 10Q) unless that is a misprint in the filing but there has to be a reason for the share structure bump.
July 8th 2014 $75,000 =750,000,000 shares
Aug 11th 2014 $75,000 =750,000,000 shares
Plus there is more but I just got sick reading these two.
Now we know why they needed to raise the authorized shares. All this info can be found in the companies filings. I would say this pig is about to get diluted to the hilt. Someone want to read the Q and correct me, please i beg of you, tell me i am reading this wrong.Guess we all got suckered here.
Your statement is as forward looking as their PRs. All you said sounds good IF it happens. The reality is they were contracted to get this app out and in the process painted a picture of great revenue stream. I don't even care that they didn't create the app, it's not the point of who owns it. They have been to 3 events now where they could have already pushed that number to 100 downloads. It's a matter of following thru. Of course they are not going to market it in states that don't matter. But they are in heavy in two states were recreational is legal and downloads have not increased. Go back and look at all the PRs about mmj, I include the money TV spots as well which will add about 5/6 to the count. Besides the jv happening, nothing had been reported back to shareholders as being complete or the results of said actions. Boots have been on the ground for 6 months now.... What is the result? I hear of all the good plans they have but what are the results?
Friends, family, shareholders. That's about all of em.
Nice to see the CEO is having a nice weekend at Disneyland.
Show some proof that Wal-Mart called Tbev. Unless you have insider information which is illegal, nobody knows which Big Box company it is.
Nope not a bear, just a bag holder.
Wow a big 50+ downloads for the legal420 app. This is another metric in which to gauge the companies effectiveness. So they were contracted to get the word out on this app. The PR looked great. Promise of revenues from cut of advertising dollars. Only thing is, companies don't advertise on apps that have a weak download count. Now if we were to use this metric to assess Singlepoint's marketing skills, well the download count pretty much sums it up.
This is an example of one of the opened ended PRs they put out. Made it sounds like ice cream, cake and everything nice but what it had turned into is an empty plate.
Nothing to report. Bogus pump.
The launch of Singleseed will have about add much effect as the jv/ Greenstar.
No. It would be listed in their Q filings. They work out of a house so they would have a pretty full driveway.
another thing that bugs me about the PRs. whats with the "harvests success"? they have used that word more than once. Are they trying to be cute because of the nature of the business? I am a midwest boy, when you harvest something you get paid. You harvest after a long summer of hard work. The harvest is the payoff. Just because you talk to people, that is not harvesting, signing those people and getting paid is harvesting. Right now they may be hoeing a row, but harvest is still in the future.
Understand i HAVE to wait...no other option. But don't tell me you will update after each show if you are not planning on it. Don't tell me in a money tv show that you are trade marking "singleswipe" and news to follow...then you never hear anything about it. Don't tell me news to follow about golfpro, or whatever they tweeted about the PGA, and not follow up on it. There are many open ended PRs that neveer get revisited.
like to see that elder bar turn green today. few profit takers this am.
This is no pump and dump where numbers can't be verified
I am not knocking Greg and the company. I am trying to keep perspective when news is released. Cap locking a post like its the next coming of jesus is not my style. They got mentioned in an article. Being mentioned in that article does not mean that equals to 100 accounts for Greenstar, Greenstar still has to go out and get those 100 accounts. Great they got called an industry leader in an article; the company said they visited dispensaries in washington on the day it went live and 3/4 of them didn't have a terminal. Whaty about that other 1/4? The ones that did have a terminal, i would say the company that sold that 1/4 before Greenstar would be the industry leader in Washington. Saying and doing are two different things. I am all for SING to do great things, just not going to over hype small things along the way.
The company contracted a PR company to get them into publications. That is what is happening. The Publications are not seeking out Greenstar, they are being pumped to these publications by a PR firm. Its not "oh these guys are great I am going to do a story about them" it is like this "PR firm: hey I've done work with you in the past and have this new client that i would like for you to spread the word on, just throw them in a couple stories about marijuana and payments. Publication: "ok, but you owe me."
Not that getting the word out wont help, but being called an industry leader in an article does not make it fact. What will make it a fact is a healty Q. Q2 coming mid next month, lets hope for more than 250k in revs. Remember they were going to be close to turning a sustainable profit by end of Q2. Lets see what the numbers are to see if management can meet their self imposed goals.
Sorry to burst your bubble but every company claims they are the leaders in their industry. Article didn't even put the full name of the company.
I second that thought. Have received pms from him myself and they are not nice in tone.
Can you dig it? LOL...way to screw people over peter you POS...Getting out at .0010 looks pretty good right now.
Market don't look happy today.
It would be the PR titled: High performance beverages company initiates production run of Throwdown beverage?
Read the filings. It lists each and every toxic deal they made. It is a lot of them.
I agree. Production run was initiated about a month ago...Don't know too much about the indutry but i would think a 20 pal run can't take this long if they really did start it when they said.
I SEE THEY WENT RUNNING THE LAST WARNINGS YOU GAVE....lmao
Look at the comments under that post: ""In actuality they are probably already offering it. Just what we have discovered"
So not first to the party and competition is beating us to the customer.
Read Singlepoint's Facebook page. They said that many dispensaries they talk to already have a terminal from other companies. So Greenstar is not first to the party and the reason there is no big news of many contracts signed is because they are knocking on doors that someone else knocked on.
According to Singlepoint dispensaries that they are talking to already have a terminal from other companies. So no we are not first to the party. And odds are that who ever this other company is placing terminals they seem to be doing a better job than Greenstar.
I would say if the drop continues 90.50 would be a good entry, goes below that I would look at 88.00ish.
I am a shareholder holding till i can break even. I point out the downfalls of this company and the unprofessional ways of management. I am not going to try and sugar coat this junk in hopes of drawing in new shareholders. I have no reason for that, this is play money to me; now what hurts today is the pullback of GWP$.
nice volume but the elder bar is extremly red.
I have not lost because i have not sold...you know how that works? It is toxic lending that is killing the pps, not some MM trying to get cheap shares. If i ran my bagel shop like this company runs i would be out of business in a month.
I would say the gullible one would be the one who has held for 2 years plus while believing a narcissistic CEO will eventually worry about their investment and add value to the company. A little toxic lending? That's the only type they have and lots of it. Over the next year this thing is going to be diluted to hell and back and loyal longs are happy to watch their value slip away. Who's gullible?
Damn them shareholders that want product on the shelves. I mean look at posts from Jan, launch just around the corner. Wow that launch never happened? Why is that? Shareholders should just suck it up because because the CEO is cryptically telling us to f off? A CEO gets questioned about something that was advertised as suppose to be happening half a year ago and he has every right to tell them to f off? Poorly ran company that revels in the fact that they are making money selling shares. Don't launch the product instead attend as many sporting events as you can on the shareholders dime and tell them to f off once they question.... Brilliant.
His wallpaper is Throwdown. And if what you are saying is accurate, what he is claiming is the drink will come when tomorrow comes? Putting the pieces together and it looks like a cryptic f you to shareholders. Thanks for explaining that point.
When I am working at this McDonald's, am I the CEO? AM I the one that authorizes company PRs? If I was the CEO of MacDonald's and didn't want business to interfere with my personal life wouldn't I lock the general public out of my personal account? I mean I am smart enough to be the CEO, as you so kindly stated, wouldn't you have to be just a little smarter than a rock to figure that out? But then again this is an unbiased view from someone who bought in at. 0076 not multiple pennies.
