QPRC looking great today. Keep an eye on the 23!
Me too I thought I had a GTC bid in but it must have been a day order and I missed it!
We should see a note on the court docket about a settlement then we will most likely have to wait for the next filing to see the amount of the settlement in revenue.
Imagine what the share price will do in anticipation of that filing?!
RGLG was first. Watch for updates on officers here, that is usually the first hint on who the merger will be with.
OTC Market must have been in a good mood last night!
Haha, I love the new Icon. Going to be fun here
YES!!! PINK CURRENT! Merger news up next! I can’t wait to hear what Arcaro has coming in.
Keep an eye on the light bulb! It’s coming!

Just saw that too! This is going to get exciting.
There it is PINK CURRENT finally! Bring on the MJ news!
Another attorney letter submit to OTC market tonight? I don't see any difference except a small portion of yesterdays image was distorted from the scan. It was still readable. It OTC market seriously this picky?
Looking for pink current!
Thanks for posting that joint motion! Amazon case moving right along!
Yup FLTT is the next ticker in line for Moody to do something with. He has proven a little slow but he does get it done. Shouldn't be much longer now though.
Need to see the filings come out and merger announcement.
I do my DD thoroughly when I go long. I'd rather see it churn like this and prepare for the next real catalyst than have it pumped. The chart is cooling nicely. RSI down to 69. It will be perfectly set up for the next leg.
No problem just save that list. It has some good info and takes the guessing out. Non-accelerated filers have 45 days from the end of the quarter. I think our CEO told someone Tuesday on the phone. I doubt he was thinking there would be so many people hanging on his every word or he would have looked at the calendar to verify.
Why is this a good thing? Because he is not your typical pink CEO pumping and putting out press releases. I know people say this a lot but really look in this case. He has had so many opportunities to pump the stock up and has not. He has avoided toxic financing. He has maintained fully SEC reporting when it would have been much easier and less expensive to go alternative reporting. He has built a portfolio of 83 patents and has been successful in winning settlements with several large companies. All of this quietly with no pumping and no dilution. I believe the current lawsuits are what is going to put this company on the map. Allowing them to pay off patents and outright buy more.
OK, let's clear up when the filing is due. This is not arbitrary, there are actual due dates that apply to all SEC reporting companies. QPRC is a non-accelerated filer so their 3rd quarter 10Q is due Wednesday, November 14th. This is a helpful list from Colonial Stock Transfer.

There are a couple of things I'm looking for in the filing but I don't want to speculate. Not a huge settlement or I think I would have found it in the courts but a couple other things.
The lawsuits are the thing to watch here. 23 lawsuits means plenty of court docs coming out some of which will bump share price. The large amount of lawsuits here is a major reason I am holding. Any one of them could have major news at anytime
I Love how this keeps rebounding into the .02s. Churning and creating a channel at theses levels while we wait for the next major catalyst
I guess we were all new once and then there are the ones that are too lazy or scared to do the dd and go long on a play. The reason I am a full time trader is because of my long plays. The quick flips are nice for a little steady income but the big plays are what make me the real money. I've put QPRC on that list.
I don't understand people who put in market sells! Oh well let em out now. Just more cheapies for those of us who see the big picture
You beat me to it lol! Here is part of the amended complaint.

I saw that. Someone got lucky getting those
No worries! There are however 23 different lawsuits that QPRC has against major companies. I bet we'll get to 43. I'm monitoring for updates on the current cases but also checking for new cases.
Great court update! Things are moving along.
REASONS I am in NRPI

Definitely the biggest lawsuit play I’ve come across. I have a couple other lawsuit plays I’ve done very well on and still like but QPRC is on a whole other level.
They are SEC reporting and current, they have Non-toxic funding, they have already been successful in winning several settlements against major companies, they aren’t burying themselves in debt with long drawn out lawsuits but asking for reasonable settlement amounts so they can settle quickly and keep revenue coming in to pay off the patents.
I expect they are working towards the goal to be able to buy new patents outright to add to the 83 patents they already own. Solid business plan being executed. I’m very impressed with the company and our CEO.
It’s an impressive list indeed!
Great Read! Do you have the link to this?
I don’t have a law360 account. Do you mean they have court filings for QPRC?
FULLY SEC REPORTING! Shout it from the rooftops lol. I’m really impressed with this company. They are doing everything right. Avoiding toxic financing and winning settlements
Great to have you on board with QPRC. You must be very observant not many notice the change!
DOLV was a great play! For comparison I believe when DOLV ran to .15 it’s float was just under 4 times the float of QPRC and the catalysts we have coming for QPRC are so much better
It is a patent infringement settlement that means non-disclosure agreements. They are allowed to put the minimum required in the filings. The revenue is there but they won’t break it down.
This is the last stock I would call a stinky pinky and it’s the opposite of what you think. Even if there was no non-disclosure agreement companies who have more lawsuits pending typically do not want to announce prior amounts of settlements because it can hurt their ability to negotiate in future lawsuits. A stinky pinky would be be putting out prs left and right. QPRC is releasing info in SEC filings.
Fully SEC reporting and current.
We saw how quick it jumped to that level last spike. I think we will creep towards it as we get closer to the merger announcement.
Also, should see it upgraded to pink current any time
What's important is the people holding shares know that! Zero selling which is incredible. I think some are counting on a dip to load up. Not having any luck. I'm loaded but i'll still take more if anyone want's to give up cheap shares. Merger isn't far off now.
This is a stock to go long on if I've ever seen one! There are some major catalysts coming. Lawsuit plays always have periodic catalysts due to court filings that the market finds positive well before a settlement or court decision. We can multiply those catalysts by 23! I'm not sure what will be in the 10Q but what I do know is that there are major catalysts coming with the 23 current lawsuits.
I am checking for updates several times a day on all 23 lawsuits. I will post whenever there is anything of interest.
It all depends on the settlement agreement. They can settle for a onetime payment or they can negotiate continuing royalties.
The cases were dismissed on different days. MediaTek 4/19, ZTE 5/29, STMicroelectronics 4/6 that one was not dismissed it had a judgement in favor of STMicroelectronics but there was a settlement with them so I assume the judgement was part of the settlement agreement. There may have been another company included in the settlement. I'll have to look again.
Those are just the court dates. I guess we don't know when the actual settlement agreements were signed and payments were made. Also since it was several different companies paying the settlements it wasn't a one time 95% revenue event but several smaller ones. I expect that is why the didn't have to file an 8K. Normal course of business.
They aren't suing for a particular amount. With patent infringement cases they typically ask for royalties which is a percentage of revenue. That is decided when they do valuations. I doubt these cases will even get to the valuations. QPRC seems to want to settle quickly so they probably have a figure in mind but why would they make their number public. It would only hurt them in negotiations.
