I live in Ontario so was able to purchase USMJ a while back as the CTO only affected B.C. Now Canadian law has changed that CTOs affect every province, not just the originating region. Now I can't sell my USMJ shares.

Have you confirmed this? I called BMO InvestorLine and asked if I could trade USMJ and they said yes that they do not see a cease trade order. So I called back Webroker and informed them of this and they said that they may just be looking up North American Cannabis Holdings and not actually looking at Nova Energy which is the name that the cto is under. If you look up csa, you will find Nova Energy listed as cto
