PHUN -- I know, man this is just crazy. And yet allegedly the right to buy a share for a couple of years at 11.50 is trading at .64
lolol wth is going on?
PHUN is up nicely and yet the warrants are down. This is the craziest action I've ever seen. Somebody obviously knows what's going on, but I sure don't.
ORGO And yet even at $75 the warrants are still theoretically a screaming bargain. Somethin doesn't make sense here
ORGOW and PHUNW -- I wonder if there's some rule that prevents short selling for a certain period when these SPACs do a business combination or something. Otherwise, seems like somebody would simultaneously buy the warrants, short the stock, then exercise the warrants and deliver against your short.
I wonder if there's something like that to explain this.
ORGOW -- ORGO now trading at $250 while it appears that you can buy two warrants at $.30 each and it allows you to buy one ORGO share at $11.50. WTF?! haha, seriously, what is going on here.
For ORGOW, Etrade has full quote, including Level 2, which is currently .26/.30
PHUNW -- Now trading at around $.70 while the stock is at $155. Somebody needs to explain how these things work lol. What the heck is happening here with both PHUNW and ORGOW. Sure seems like somebody must know something we don't
ORGOW -- Doesn't sound like the terms of the warrants changes or anything tho, nor do they become worthless, but just that they won't be trading on nasdaq. ORGO got an exemption, but ORGOW didn't, so they will trade OTC. Curious as to how anyone else reads it. Here's link to entire PR:

ORGOW -- hmmm, yeah there sure seems to be something flaky going on with these SPAC's when they do a combination
ORGOW -- The price chart on Etrade also shows EXP 121023, so that all sort of lines up to me.
Anybody see it differently?
ORGOW -- ORGO has warrants as well. Former SPAC just like PHUN. But in this case the terms seem a little more clear to me. This quote is from 10Q filing link below:
"In the Public Offering, the Company issued and sold 31,000,000 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit, including 1,000,000 Units issued upon exercise of the Over-allotment Option. The ordinary shares and Warrants comprising the Units began separate trading on November 29, 2016. The holders have the option to continue to hold Units or separate their Units into the component securities. Each Unit consists of one Class A Share and one Warrant to purchase one-half of one Class A Share. Two Warrants must be exercised for one whole Class A Share at a price of $11.50 per share. The Warrants will become exercisable on the later of 30 days after completion of the business combination and will expire five years from the completion of the business combination or earlier upon redemption or liquidation. The Company may redeem the Warrants at a price of $0.01 per warrant upon 30 days’ notice, only in the event that the last sale price of the Class A Shares is at least $24.00 per share (as adjusted for share splits, share dividends, rights issuances, subdivisions, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like) for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period"

PHUNW -- I know, PHUN is going bonkers at $110, and yet the ability to buy it at $11.50 for a couple of years is selling for roughly $.65
I sure wish I could see a definitive expiration of the warrants. On the top of the Etrade price chart for PHUNW is says EXP 081121
So that's the third different date we've seen
PHUNW -- Yeah, I'm in exactly the same spot as you. Did the same.
PHUNW Yeah, but that's just what a broker says. And your date is different from KiK's date. That's what I mean when I say it seems jumbled to me. Can't find any SEC filing that clearly indicated the expiration date after all the time extenstions, etc. Looking for an SEC filing, but thks for the info
PHUNW Having a little trouble tracking down that expiration date on the warrants. Do you have a link handy? The terms from the original SPAC seem pretty jumbled to me as to when they expire. Any help would be appreciated
RBOS Next paragraph in the 8k says:
Further, simultaneous with the Merger, the Company consummated an offering of its Common Stock whereby the company sold an aggregate of 1,000,000 post-split shares for the post-split offering amount of $0.20 per share, for proceeds in the aggregate offering amount of $200,000. The Company may sell shares up to the Maximum Offering Amount of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000).
ARYC And yet they can never seem to get any financials

VMGI -- Just FYI, after hours yesterday there was another entry on the Daily List saying that the symbol change has been postponed

Buy all you want. There's no need to take it so personally. I hope you make a jillion. We just don't want to mislead people on the facts, that's all. I'm not even saying it was intentional on your part.
It has nothing to do with last year or anything else. The facts are in the filing.
They are not "my" facts. Anyone can read the filing for themselves. The guy purchased 754,015 shares at .1333 (well below market) and then got an equal number of warrants as part of the deal. It's misleading to say he bought warrants and leave out the part about purchasing shares at well below market.
Good try at what? Just stating the facts.
Yeah, but who cares when you already bought shares way below market. He gave himself a roughly 50% discount on the shares, and got the warrants for free. Who cares if they expire worthless. He already got a sweetheart deal.
YSTR CEO bought shares at .1333 and got the warrants thrown in for free is the way I read it. Effectively, he got shares at way, way below market.
What is ticker of triple short ETF?

GRVY Apparently, one cannot defy Gravity :)
ESCC Yeah, the number of shares is a little concerning. Hopefully it doesn't mean anything, but that's quite a few shares
ESCC Got a willing seller at .95 this morning. Only 1000 shares showing on the ask, but he just keeps filling.
SCKT -- Yes, they will be *reporting* taxes from here forward, even though they are not actually *paying* taxes, and won't be for some time.
From an investor's point of view, Q1 2018 (reporting in May 2018) will be the first comp that is sort of apples to apples.
It's something to always keep in mind with a company that isn't paying taxes and goes from reporting losses to becoming consistently profitable: the reported eps will usually start including taxes much quicker than you think.
SCRH Yeah, I took my loss many moons ago. The big lesson for me on SCRH was that if it's a seedy, slimy business, you're probably dealing with seedy, slimy ownership.
SCRH There's a pump on SCRH today. Good day to sell if u still own any
