Here you go guys, if you believe the fallacy of insiders selling today you better turn them in they definitely broke the rules or perhaps it was all a ploy to get your shares

Me too my friend
That's quite the claim not sure where it originated but looks to me like we just had ourselves a good old fashioned retail shakedown today
All of the 605M that were owned by McFadden were transferred to new ownership, they can't just dump the stock they are restricted to 1% per quarter if they are selling
Are these from the 605M shares that were owned by McFadden?
What's all this 296M shares about are we talking about the insiders shares?
Yeah man that million in volume was brutal lmao
Nice capitulation right now in for a few
Last updated float was 225M of which 100M shares are for control purposes that were returned to the company recently leaving the actual float no more than 125M not exactly worried about dumpage here
So you believe either the float is less than 800M and heading there or its more than 900M and the company is about to buy back shares in the open market? Got it sounds good
Float 800-900M much better than expected
Hey we finally agree on something execution needs to be better
Yep so scary I better dump all my shares so the flippers can get them back lmao
What's so hard to understand? They meant to say 6% of the Authorized instead of outstanding in the last pr. The O/S is not 5 billion
Nice and quiet holding up well today, next push takes us into the .003's pretty quickly imo
Tweet out O/S isn't 5B
We are issuing a correction to the last PR to address share structure. Briefly, 6% (300-million retired shares) is from Authorized Shares.

If retail wants to give their shares away at a loss who are we not to take them off their hands, with so much in the pipeline here I'll gladly grab a few as well
We traded 12.5% of the O/S and moved up 25% seems about right
Maybe he had some debt associated with doing this merger that he converted into restricted stock?
Or he issued himself more commons?
Oh the one where his 1B was equal to 68% of the outstanding, yeah that should be really helpful. Tell me Janice someone of your knowledge should have an idea of control blocks what happens if the O/S as you say is 5B and Mr Mccusker only holds 1B of it?
He does? Are you sure?
Billions as in plural were issued to him? Do you have proof of that somewhere?
Done? Hasn't even started yet
They're getting .000275 conversion right now so they'll take the 50% gain at .0005
Yep no worries from me I'm locked and loaded ready to see this grow into something beautiful in the coming months
Got some flippers coming out from the teens probably not much left in the .002's now
ELED has a bigger float too but I do like the comparison
With this tiny float this is a huge announcement, could easily see multi pennies
Wow huge 8k
I didn't see any cross trades after his tweet did you?
Conference June 12 going to have to start making plans to attend
Should be current tomorrow since the 10k hit this morning
Just finished reading the 10k what a nice clean shell we got here for whomever is coming in. No convertible debt and tiny o/s this one is primed and ready for big things
Until the next one
Nice 8k progress being made just a matter of time here
You selling those .0028's gave me one of the greatest gifts I've ever received thank you
Adar Bays paid around .0005 for this batch they're trying to get something for it, next batch comes for .0003 then they can come down some
