Looks like one tough term paper.
Man those addicts are going to go out and buy micro waves now.
Nice results ,reminds me of Elites.
Shame they have to go through full blown phase 3. Let me see they should be on the market in 2018.
Which type of ADT methodology do you favor and why do you think it will out perform Elite's methodology?
You listed several.
Can you come up with better results from any of the other methods on their HAL studies?
Just wondered,
Do you think camargo is not a well respected organization?
IMO
What we saw today was someone attempting to accumulate more shares.
The 800k ask was not an attempt to sell shares, as a matter of fact very few if any shares went off at that price after the ask showed up. IMO the person who put up the ask did so knowing Elite would not put out a pr on a Friday afternoon and felt safe that they would be able to hold those shares and buy more below .29. WHich is below what the CEO bought shares for last week.
The lg ask stirred up sellers below that price, and thus their shares were safe at .29 and they came away with a few more 100k shares.
IMO the ask will not show up on Monday, as a pr is possible any am next week and the person does not want to risk selling their shares in the .20's.
Just my thoughts, I could be wrong.
95 % of their clients are referred by other clients.
I am sure Elite will refer other companies once they are approved.
Still waiting on break of 10 day ma on higher than average volume, or do you nibble in here with a over sold RSI?
Yes it is quiet, I picked up a few more.
"Sorry; don't think Elite responds to market forces like stocks do on the big boards"
You are correct. Many stocks on the OTC are scams or at best a little shady. That is the battle Elite has had to face. When people throw out the words " Elite is a POS", in many folks eyes they are guilty until proven innocent. Few folks take the time to delve into what the company has accomplished, and look at their tech and pipeline. THat is why we are .30ish. But that is also why you and I are able to own so many shares.
GLTA Longs
From my understanding Elite will need finale data from the HAL studies before the meeting with FDA and Camargo.
I expect to see those in the next week or two.
I have thought so several times and been wrong, but I think once Elite gets the go ahead to file with the FDA, the tech will get a lot of 3rd party attention.
"Since when has Camargo opinion trump FDA requirements?'
They don't. Just real good at bring companies to market through the fast track process.
They are specialist on dealing with the FDA.
GLTA Longs
"How about one opioid agonist antagonist ?"
Bingo!!!!! Elite moving along much faster and on their way to beat the competition to market. Using those zany folks at camargo. lol
BTW Which type of ADT methodology do you favor and why do you think it will out perform Elite's methodology?
You listed several.
Can you come up with better results from any of the other methods on their HAL studies? I did not think so.lol
That would be my thought also.
It also very unlikely that NH calls up Diane and says, hey we just set up a meeting with the FDA.
Dianne can not and will not disseminate unreleased info . Even if she knew a date were set I doubt she would say . She is very strict. She is very informative about topics that are already in the public, also about processes and procedures.
IMO we are progressing very very well and it is only a matter of time before Elite's tech becomes the gold standard for adt.
One product to market, I retire.
NH buy imo gave us a glimpse into the future.
Got to go to work today, filling a fish order, check back in tonight.
Will buy a few more k's.
Check out the one year or two year chart.
Elite has turned the corner and is about to break into a huge pain market with a product that is very badly needed. Me I am just like you loaded below a dime, buying more in here and very excited about the up coming weeks. NH did sell on the last run, as it was just that a little blip on the chart on the way to another exchange.
GLTA Longs
Yes, I agree!!
Many are getting "ripped off". They have not done their DD and are selling below .30, while the big ask guy is gobbling up the shares of the uninformed.
Its a shame, but not mine.
Could the 100k buyer at .29 be the seller big ask seller?
It is all a steal in here, under where CEO just bought.
The LG ask this morning imo is a buyer, and I believe we will close higher today as that entity will buy and clean out the scared sellers below .30.
Hey I may be wrong, We will know by eod.
Rich I can put up the link where you bought 800k below a dime. If you really think that it is going down why not sell?
No one will buy at .30 with that size of an ask. He is not trying to sell at that level. Just drum up sellers so he can buy. Again if you were a seller you would not put out a huge ask on a low volume day as you would want the max for your shares. Sellers don't want to get less for their shares.
GLTA Longs
My guess is that they really don't want to sell those shares, that they are a buyer attempting to drum up stop losses and fear. I would also bet that we close green today on higher volume than we have had the last few days. All imo
GLTA Longs
Holy ask, someone is trying to scare up some sellers. Must be getting close to the end of this consolidation period.
Who would on a low volume stock on a low volume day put up an ask that big?
Somebody wants shares.
Vert funny. lol
I think you know the answer.
With the volume has being so small, ELTP can be easily manipulated.
I would have never thought it would be under a million a day this time of year.
There is one thing for sure Elite does not put out pump pr's every other week. It is a real company with a great shot at getting a Lg percentage of the adt market. Those waiting for a confirmation will pay a much higher premium. imo
GLTU
Nice post.
It just a matter of time.
I believe an opportunity like ELTP is very rare.
GLTU
Oh man this get'n scary, three years of DD down the drain. Down on 100K volume, thats it ,I am selling my whole position. 3,126 shares if there is no news by 11.00.
Although I would be glad for the opp to be gone to get cheap shares, it is to difficult to resist.
More shares below what NH just purchased at.
GLTA Longs
Hitting new lows after they changed IR.
Hope we turn around.
Right on, if he had doubts about the the tech and results were worrisome,I am pretty sure he would not have taken his and his families money and purchased more shares last week.lol
GLTU
Look forward to meeting you and many others in person, with a hand shake and a huge thank you.
Well the CEO does not think they are over priced .I think he knows a little more than someone who is only interested in charts about the in and out of Elite.
I have followed his buys and may pick up a few more. A no brainer to follow the CEO.
Link please.
Same question came up when we were below a dime, "then who is selling all these shares".
Turns out it was folks who were impatient and missed a 3-400% gain at .30.
POS LOL
LPC not selling shares in this range. They were not before and they are not now.
Accumulation Distribution line continues to rise, CEO buys a really nice size chunk of shares, HAL studies came back with pretty incredible results and we will be sitting down with the FDA when finale results are in. POS, lol I don't think so.
Also new mutual fund took a starter position in the last few weeks.
Me I am buying, not nearly as many shares per dollars since LPC deals and NH, but still at a huge discount. IMO we will be around a dollar by eoy.
Buying right along side the CEO.
Thank you !
I think the generics are just taking a while because the industry/FDA/process is very slow. I have not heard that Elite is not moving the generics as quickly as possible.
Although I do agree it is evident that NH is focused on getting their ADT to market, I think that they are also busting their rears to get the generics up and profitable.
GLTU Jimmy
Picked up a few more today, pretty excited, about ready to my 6th digit in my share count roll over again. Unbelievable, we are days away from sitting down with FDA in what I think will be a slam dunk meeting.
GLTA Longs
They will launch and pay for themselves before NH sells one share.
The pharma industry is very slow, check out embedda.
I'll bet you do, after buying 800K shares below a dime about a year ago.
What a return, I love it to
Can't wait to see how this unfolds.
ELTP
Correct, he could hear from Camrgo that they expect it to fly through the FDA and have every signal point to the meeting being a success and he could be buying all along, as long as he was positive in public about it.Where the problem would come in is if he had the meeting with the FDA, and he was given the thumbs up from the FDA and bought before the public knew. Or he had signed a marketing partner and bought before the PR.
We are golden,
NH buy speaks volumes. IMO
Nice find.
Just like I do, I am sure funds take a starter position.
Good to know we are on the radar of larger investors.

***The recent guidances and actions by the FDA related to extended release opioids and specifically oxycodone demonstrates the FDA support for abuse resistant technologies
Opioid products incorporating abuse resistant technologies have become a public health priority and these recent actions appear to be a major step towards the FDA eventually requiring that all extended release opioids utilize these technologies.
January 9, 2013, the FDA released its new draft guidance document, titled "Guidance for Industry: Abuse-Deterrent Opioids - Evaluation and Labeling". The document discusses what it will take for an opioid formulation to secure an abuse resistant label. The implications for companies that meet these expectations are significant and even more so for those that meet these requirements and have patented abuse resistant technologies.
March 2013, 48 state attorney generals called on the agency to require generic makers to produce tamper-resistant versions of opioid medicines
--the STOPP ACT - a bill before Congress NOW, introduced by US Rep's Rahall, Rogers and Keating. The law will prohibit any old-formula opiod from entering the market if the FDA has an equivalent abuse deterrent/resistant opiod approved
--CLADD petitions FDA to reject all opiods without ART
--FDA's Purdue ruling April 16, 2013 : prohibits new original non-abuse resistant oxycodone from being made in generic form, unless it has an abuse deterrent/resistant properties. FDA will not accept or approve any ANDA applications based on the original OxyContin formulation
--the FDA decision basically requires generic companies to buy or develop their own abuse deterrent/resistant technology: it effectively eliminates much of Elite's competition which has no ART thus making Elite's 2-bead ART MORE VALUABLE
--going foward all new generic and probably NDA branded opiods will be required to have Abuse deterrent/resistant properties
--May 10, 2013 Endo Health (ENDP) ruling
--Elite's Competition being taken out one by one by the FDA and later the US Congress

Most of the sales were for milestone payments and sold by Epic to pay Elite.
The strongest type of insider sell or buy in a small company is done by the CEO .
Thats why I bought more today.
Tough to spin that buy into a negative imo.
