I guess you know better than the market and the company that sold warrants convertible at .40.
Might be of interest:
WCoastGuynCA ?@WCoastGuynCA 1h
@JNapodano Took some profits in $AMBS. Gerald's recent comments makes it seem that LymPro won't be a near term catalyst. Your thoughts?
Jason Napodano, CFA ?@JNapodano 18m
@wcoastguynca No. You've missed something subtle, but very important and potentially enormous. I'm working on an update now.
Seems to me that this should be trading in the .45 range currently.
Just saying!!!
Don't be afraid to take some profits off the table this time.
Last time it hit .845 before dropping 50%. Might see $1.00 this time.
I expect to see the price of gold at $1,420 within four weeks and "DUST" in the high teens.
Just saying!!!
I'll still give Gerald the benefit of the doubt. His team of experts are far more knowledgeable than I am.

To RiskReturn168:
Sorry for your loss.
Is it possible that when Gerald announced that there would be no near term partnering on LymPro it was because there is currently no interest by Becton Dickinson in doing so?
I was upset when Gerald made that statement but possibly he spoke the truth but just not all of it.
Interesting weeks ahead.

$25.00 by next week?
So now you're skeptical about LymPro's viability?
If you shorts are going to close it under .10 I suggest you start selling.
The shorts can't take it below .10. The investors want the warrants to convert.
I suggest you cover today.

"This problem extends to information contained in SIGNATURES as well."
What are you talking about?
Please clarify or don't continue to post "gibberish".
Nice move today. Starting about two weeks ago the miners separated from the price of gold as the major factor in determining valuation in the sector.
The question now is can it continue without a major move higher in the price of gold.
Interesting weeks ahead.
Certainly would be nice to get a positive press release before the open tomorrow.
Are you listening Gerald?

Strong close today bodes well for a move into the teens tomorrow.
Looking forward to the Super Bowl.

Told you to get in.
Dan is a bit dilusional.
He actually believes that one individual posting on IHub can affect the share price.
p.s. I told him to buy MNKD at $1.50 before it went to $9.00. He still may be waiting to cover at .50.
Are you still waiting to cover at .03? I think that boat has sailed.
Just saying!!!

Let's hope you are correct. The alternative could be very painful.

I would like to know what percentage of the $650,000 does the 4,000,000 shares represent.
From the filing:
Pursuant to the terms of the License Agreement, the Company has agreed to: (i) pay PGI $100,000 in cash for the License within 20 days of the execution of the License Agreement, (ii) pay PGI up to an aggregate of $4 million in development milestones through NDA submission, (iii) pay a research support payment to PGI as partial reimbursement for costs incurred for earlier research and management of CIAS, ADHD and levodopa induced dyskinesia (LID) clinical trials totaling up to $650,000 to be paid in a mixture of cash and stock, and (iv) reimburse PGI for the Eltoprazine clinical supply inventory up to $500,000 payable upon the earlier of the initiation of a Phase IIb clinical study or 6 months after the date of the License Agreement. As further consideration for the License Agreement, the Company shall pay a single digit royalty to PGI of the annual worldwide aggregate net sales by the Company.
Simultaneous with the execution of the License Agreement, the Company and PGI entered into a Services Agreement pursuant to which PGI will provide certain services to the Company related to PGI's proprietary analytical systems as will be set forth in certain study plans. The Company agreed to a payment commitment of $450,000 at a minimum annual rate of $150,000 for each of three years. The Services Agreement is for a term of the later of 3 years or the completion of any study plan accepted by the parties under the Services Agreement.
As partial consideration of the research support payment by the Company to PGI, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement (the "SPA") with PGI, pursuant to which PGI subscribed for 4,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. Pursuant to the SPA, the Company granted PGI certain piggy-back registration rights.
Nice rebound today.
Everyone have a great weekend!!!
"Patience is a virtue."
p.s. Thanks to whoever sold me the 200,000@ .085.
Opens below $30.00 on Tuesday.
I have to agree that there was no obvious good reason for Gerald to make such a statement especially in light of the stock's momentum to the upside.
If he hadn't made the statement about no short term partnering on LymPro and let his comments about the CPT code(s)be the key take away the share price would be at .13-.15 today instead of headed lower if there is no news.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio
p.s. Average down and wait for the next positive news.
Good observation.
The sun will rise tomorrow.
Have a great day!!!
Got my a** kicked today.
Hopefully we'll find a bottom tomorrow.
I'd be buying as it falls if I had any funds available.
I look at it as a blip on the road to success.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio
My concern is that if the warrants don't convert at .06 to raise cash that the company may have to sell shares at less than that price to raise funds thus substantially increasing the number of shares outstanding.
Let's hope that there are other catalysts in the near term that move the share price back above .10 for the twenty days required to force conversion.
If it goes lower I'll buy more shares.
p.s. Penny stocks move higher on anticipated short term news.
Gerald blindsided the shareholders.
That comment is being kind.
p.s. This isn't bashing. It's a statement of fact.
The battle continues at .10.
Buy a few shares at the close. Let's close it at .10 or higher.
Look for the shorts to make another run at .10 before the close. Have some cash available to support the share price at .10.
Truer words were never posted.
Anyone here that can should be buying shares to insure it closes above .10.
If it closes below .10 it will go below .085 tomorrow without news.
How am I driving the price down? I'm not selling here.
The reason the price is down is due to Gerald's statement about not partnering LymPro in the near term. The smart move would not to have said anything other than referencing the CPT code as he did.
Let's hope some buyers come in and it closes above .10.
If it closes below .10 today I would expect it will go lower tomorrow. If it holds .10 then I think it goes higher tomorrow.
I'm thinking it closes at .104.
p.s. I wish I could affect the share price as much as you give me credit for.
Doesn't look good for closing above .10.
I'll consider re buying when it drops back towards .40.
Hopefully you'll sell if it goes above .53.
Good luck!!!
How large will the loss be?
The date of the paper is irrelevant to my observation. It said that the process took 12-18 months. Not that $AMBS would have a code in 12-18 months from May, 2013.
Learn to read for comprehension. It's the key to learning.
p.s. If you hear a five letter word enough time I guess you can spell it.
I was taking exception with the 12-18 month time frame that was indicated in the text that you posted.
Evidently this is no longer true.
26:20 mark of Gerald's presentation.
http://www.media-server.com/m/p/i98tbt59
If you listen to Gerald's presentation statement it appears that he is inferring that there may be an applicable code under which LymPro could be billed.
It's at the end of the presentation right before his comment about it increasing the N.P.V. of LymPro.
"Cut several steps out of the process....."

Just saying!!!
What Gerald said in regards to LymPro and finding a CPT (Current Procedural Terminolgy) code indicates that he believes that reimbursement for LymPro may be covered under the guidelines of one or more existing CPT code numbers.
If this is true the pathway to generating substantial revenue could be shortened significantly and as Gerald stated the N.P.V. (net present value) of Lympro increased.
One never knows where the "gold nugget" will be found.
Perhaps Gerald is thinking 100 times "X" is possible.
