MD, There is a clear business plan that is being executed right before your eyes. I was only reassured today by my visit that Vapor is NOT a pump and dump. I have followed this company since Feb. 2014 and what they have said they where going to do they have done. Today’s visit with the CEO/Dror confirmed that this company will not fall to the attack that it has been under by the shorts. Yes, there is definitely growing pains that are taking place and that should be expected, IT TAKES MONEY TO MAKE MONEY that is why any company goes public looking for INVESTORS. I have a feeling that we will be seeing a major transformation from in debt to profit in a matter of a few more AUDITED Quarterly reports. My visit today definitely confirmed (IMO) that my investment is at the right timing of a very explosive industry that will pay ROI extremely well from a solid company who has a solid business plan.
Take what I say with a grain of salt and don't hesitate to make your own visit/appointment to the headquarters of Vapor Groups office.
ST gone long from the get go.....

Lowhndcpr, Well stated and covered. Thanks again for all your efforts coordinating today’s meeting, it was as real as it gets. IMO only it's going to be a great ride back to the top and beyond in the not so far off future.
P.S. UmaLuka is definitely a DD go getter, very nice people.

Smoove, I had 10 questions for the CEO/Dror of Vapor Group Inc. and Q's on time was one of them. Dror explained the process to us and there is a tremendous amount of work put into AUDITED financial's. I (IMO) came away from that question I asked with the felling that the filling will be posted on time... I can not emphasize the word AUDITED enough.
Have a great night.

Vested, when there is demand but no supply it tends to be a problem. The fastest way to loose a customer/client is not to be able to supply/fill orders at there demand................. Business 101, check it out.

Federal Government Finally Signs Off On PTSD Marijuana Treatment
by The National Marijuana News · November 9, 2014

With the legalization of marijuana growing across the nation it is only a matter of time before it is fully legal for medical use in every state. After this past election 4 states have fully legalized marijuana for recreational and medical use. The government decided to jump on board and has officially signed off on medical treatment for PTSD. Here’s more information about this amazing news from The Huffington Post.
The federal government has signed off on a long-delayed study looking at marijuana as a treatment for veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder, a development that drug researchers are hailing as a major shift in U.S. policy.
The Department of Health and Human Services’ decision surprised marijuana advocates who have struggled for decades to secure federal approval for research into the drug’s medical uses.
The proposal from the University of Arizona was long ago cleared by the Food and Drug Administration, but researchers had been unable to purchase marijuana from the National Institute on Drug Abuse. The agency’s Mississippi research farm is the only federally-sanctioned source of the drug.
In a letter last week, HHS cleared the purchase of medical marijuana by the studies’ chief financial backer, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, which supports medical research and legalization of marijuana and other drugs.
“MAPS has been working for over 22 years to start marijuana drug development research, and this is the first time we’ve been granted permission to purchase marijuana from NIDA,” the Boston-based group said in a statement. The federal government has never before approved medical research involving smoked or vaporized marijuana, according to MAPS.
A spokesman for the group said organizers have called off a protest over the stalled study that was planned for later this year.
While more than 1 million Americans currently take medical marijuana — usually for chronic pain — rigorous medical research into the drug’s effects has been limited, in part due to federal restrictions.
Marijuana remains a Schedule I substance under the federal government’s Controlled Substance Act. That means the drug is considered a high-risk for abuse with no accepted medical applications.
In the past NIDA has focused its research on the risks of drug abuse and addiction, turning away researchers interested in studying the potential benefits of illegal substances.
Even with the latest green light from the Health and Human Services department, MAPS and the University of Arizona Professor Suzanne Sisley must still get approval from the Drug Enforcement Administration, though they expect that clearance to come more quickly.
Sisley’s study will measure the effects of five different potencies of smoked or vaporized marijuana in treating symptoms of PTSD in 50 veterans.
The Veterans Administration estimates between 11 and 20 percent of soldiers who served in the recent Iraq and Afghanistan wars have PTSD, which can cause anxiety, flashbacks, depression and sleep deprivation. About 7.7 million American adults are estimated to have the disorder.
Physicians have long speculated that marijuana could be used to calm parts of the brain linked to overstimulation and anxiety, though little formal research has been conducted.
The American Medical Association has called for a change in marijuana’s classification to make it easier for research to be conducted. The current classification prevents physicians from even prescribing it in states where medical use is permitted. Instead, they can only recommend it to patients who can then buy it through a government-approved dispensary in most states.
Parents of children with epilepsy have petitioned lawmakers in several states to grant access to a strain of medical marijuana known as “Charlotte’s Web,” which contains low amounts of the drug’s active ingredient, THC. Available in liquid form in Colorado, the strain is believed to be effective in controlling seizures in children, though the Institute of Medicine and the American Medical Association have said more research needs to be done

This has definitely been a crappy start to the week of Q3 reporting.
Last year at this time I was about to sell all my investments that where going down and I didn't. with in 4 months every thing ran 4 to 5k%. The money will come soon enough. IMO

BLATANT MANIPULATION BY MM......
Re:
Since they are OTC BB MMs who believe all OTCBB companies are not worth investing and management is ineffective regardless what is happening within the company. Furthermore, MMs know they are in the position to impose a great deal of influence in OTC BB stocks trading when it suits their needs.
This inherent power of position enables the MMs to move the markets at any time up or down. As a result, the only way to draw them out of their favorable position is going long. Now this does not mean just any company but to effectively nail the MMs, Longs must find the great company on the floor and accumulate long before the MM tactics and games begin

So, 14 shareholders hold just about 9% of the outstanding shares.. Math does not lie, the short (naked) in Vapor is extremely astronomical. I hope I am right about a PR campaign updating the shareholders as to the corporate happenings. I would love to see contracts signed on both the distribution channels and franchises. Vapor has a lot going for it and I believe we will start to see the fruits of our managements labor shortly.
ST sitting tight for Vapor 2.0

Fl. voters did not get it done. I feel for the ones that truly needed this so thay could have some what of a quality/normal life. There are many that have suffered enough and families who's hands are tied watching their little ones hurting and can't do shit about it. I am sure Mr. Morgan will be heading to Tallahassee tomorrow, with 58% of Florida voters (backing him up) in favour of MMJ. He will be filling for state reps to getting a bill moving to overturning/amending Fl constitution. Again, I feel so bad for the injured/sick folks.
This is my last post for a few hours. Have a good night all and see you in A.M

ST
wmeshel, I do not think so. It was a quick two question survey. Are you voting tomorrow Y/N? Will you be voting Y on amendment 2 Y/N? I did not allow any of them to take the call in any other direction................. kept it to one minute or less. And no they where not potheads I skipped that group because I know how they where voting and did not include them in the count.
Hope for the best for the people that really need the help/benefits from marijuana/hemp, CBD's.
Every one have a great day and remember to vote YES on MMJ/Recreational (where applicable) today to take our rights back from the Big Pharmaceutical Pricks who have held us in prohibition now for 50+ years. Now is our time...
ST
362 contacts in my phone, conducted my own poll yesterday (3/4 of the people I have not spoke with in 2 to 4 years) called 128 on voting yes to amendment 2 in Florida
17 no answer
13 not sure
3 NO
95 YES (absolutely)
The numbers are going to be High ( no pun intended) for a yes vote. The genie is out of the bottle so to say.
Every one have a great day and remember to vote YES on MMJ/Recreational (where applicable) today and let's take our constitutional rights back from the Big Pharmaceutical Pricks who have held us in prohibition now for 50+ years. Now is our time... We can heal the sick and injured...

Our stock is based in France and packages depart from Marseille.
Marseille, known in antiquity as Masalia, Massalia or Massilia is the second largest city in France, after Paris, with a population of 850,636 within its administrative limits on a land area of 241 km².
Lenard, nobody asked Dror to disclose the amount of shareholders back when he did the interview on pot stock radio but simple math would point to a hefty short.
7500 shareholders at time of interview and lets say conservatively 50K each that would have put the float at 375,000,000 that is higher than the O/S already and the float back then was around 100M.
Any way, Vapor is growing revenues Q X Q and I believe they will continue. Q 3 coming soon and we will have a better snapshot of what is happening.
djsleepy/Greg, One of the best things about Vapor is that they are generating big revenues that have only grown Q after Q in a explosive industry and other than the few loans have not had to float (100's) millions of company shares into the market to keep the doors open. Timing is everything and I believe they hit it just in time. Q 3 and 4 will be the breaking point to show the future success or failure of management's stewardship of their cash flow. IMO I truly believe we shareholders will all be pleasantly surprised and the shorts, whether the MM or Hedge Fund will not be able to stop the run.
It's shit or get off the pot time.
ST All IMO Only
Greg, you can't say no one is shorting. The MM had to short many of these MMJ/vapor stocks earlier this year and they are the only one that are exempt to do such damage. They created a lot of liquidity in the beginning of the Jan Feb run when the demand for the sub penny MMJ stocks took off.
Re: a old article from 2012 but no doubt still applies today.
