Ignoring our borders.....what could possibly go wrong?
What are you talking about my dear? Hate = Misery
Laugh a little. Relax. Have a drink. It is so much more fun than hating all the time.
I am an awesome father. I don't hate and don't promote hate. I can only guess how your children must think of your intolerance toward others. If you even have any kids.
Guess again my friend. I do own real estate which involves a purchase. You can buy without being a broker. My investment real estate is not my primary vocation. It is only another way to make money in real estate. I am not a slum lord either. I don't buy 2nd or 3rd tier properties. I buy in good locations that require a well maintained property.
Have a good weekend.
He is finally off the snide (sp?)
Even when they are wrong....... they are right.
Jealous?
Your assumption on my profession could not be more wrong. I am neither a salesperson or a broker of real estate. Guess again friend.
So now you want to attack my children? I guess that is a trait that would make someone a good role model and parent? Really? Are you proud of this personal characteristic of which you have mastered?
FWIW, I would rather be perceived as uninformed than be a complete douche' bag that finds pleasure in attacking the innocent. While we all know you to be an arrogant keyboard bully, this is a new low for even you. Your true colors have shown brightly my friend. Your family must be so proud....
The "tolerance" of the liberal left. What a crock.
Hate = Misery
Look in the mirror on that "know other people" crap you spew.
What am I good at? Making money in real estate. In fact, I'm really good at it. Been in biz for 23 yrs and made a profit in each and every year. Even in the crash of '07/'08. All of my employees make six figures except the part-time office manager and the new guy in training. All get a nice benefit package too with 401k and liberal vacation time. Bonus program was put in place 3 yrs ago and is a hit. Never had anybody quit my company that I didn't want to leave anyway and there has only been two of those.
I'm a pretty good husband and father as well based on my many yrs of marriage to my high school sweetheart and my lovely children. The kids are straight A students and very good athletes. They have manners, are respectful to others and are charitable with their time and money they earn at various jobs.
I'm happy with these things. Knowledge of snow caps and sea salt are of little interest to me. My focus is on the priorities in front of me since I won't depend on the govt or anybody else to take care of me or my family.
Hate = Misery..... Don't hate
I thought it might provoke some real discussion. You could have simply stated your side of the issue to help educate others. Instead you prefer insults and personal attacks. Sorry to have raised your blood pressure but at least now we know what you study in your spare time.
Hate = Misery
Do you know nothing of success or professional skill?
Let me put it in a way that it is very clear to you. I simply don't care as there are others in the world that are trained to deal with it. I can't fix it with my skill set. It seems you know a great deal about it so instead of launching insults with your keyboard why don't you do something meaningful and correct the situation.
read his entire post dear. He brought up my work and those that work for me. He implied that I was unsuccessful. I have heard that many in our society suffer from poor reading comprehension. Point proven......
No I can't explain those things and don't care what the kooky scientists say in that regard. They manipulate data to support their requests for grants.
Anytime you want to compare financial statements, just let me know. As we know that won't happen I will just add that I don't spend time reading scientific studies on ice as it does little to add to my expertise in my chosen profession. My studies are most often directed at improving my professional skill set. My free time is spent with my family and friends.
I wish you well and just remember this.......... Hate = Misery.......
I disagree with your statements
I am a dem that can think on my own. I don't need the govt to tell me who or what I am or how to live. The earth's climate cycle has you fooled. Keep supporting the greed of the global warming entrepreneurs and scammers. They are a part of the 1%.
Oh Dear...... How do you explain this?
LOL at Global Warming/Climate Change
Wow. How perfect is that one?
Oh No, the govt is our friend and will do what is best for the greater good!!! You must trust the words, not the actions.
Does this mean we can loot stores, start fires and vandalize any property we come upon? History says yes?
I'm into being really realistic, not realistic on select facts that meet my agenda.
Our govt will correct this. Just sit back and let them handle it. They are looking out for the middle class and not Wall Street. Trust in their words not their actions.
rut rho Shaggy!!
U.S. District Judge Ronald White concluded Tuesday that the IRS rule altering the Obamacare law and providing billions in subsidies is "arbitrary, capricious and abuse of discretion":
"The court holds that the IRS rule is arbitrary, capricious, and abuse of discretion or otherwise not in accordance with law, pursuant to 5 U.S.C.706(2)(A), in excess of summary jurisdiction, authority or limitation, or short of statutory right, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(C), or otherwise is an invalidation of the ACA [Affordable Care Act], and is hereby vacated. The court's order of vacatur is stayed, however, pending resolution of any appeal from this order."
In September 2012, Oklahoma was the first of several states to challenge the legality of an IRS rule that caused billions in subsidies to be paid out, despite Congress having never authorized those payments.
Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt hailed the state's victory in its lawsuit challenging the implementation of the Affordable Care Act:
"Today's ruling is a consequential victory for the rule of law. The administration and its bureaucrats in the IRS handed out billions in illegal tax credits and subsidies and vastly expanded the reach of the health care law because they didn't like the way Congress wrote the Affordable Care Act. That's not how our system of government works."
Pruitt said the ruling proves that the administration can't change a law by executive fiat:
"The Obama administration created this problem and rather than having an agency like the IRS rewrite a law it didn't like, the administration should have done the right thing and worked with Congress to amend the law. Oklahoma was the first to challenge the administration's actions and today's ruling vindicates what we recognized early on and that is the administration can't rewrite the Affordable Care Act by executive fiat."
He said the victory is just the beginning, because he fully expects the case to, ultimately, be decided by the Supreme Court:
"Today's ruling is a huge win for Oklahoma, but it's just a first step. Since Oklahoma filed the first lawsuit in 2012, others have followed our lead and made similar claims in other jurisdictions. It's likely this issue will ultimately be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. We look forward to making our case and continuing the effort to hold federal agencies accountable to their duty to enforce the laws passed by Congress."
Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe (R) also praised Judge White's decision, saying that the Obama Administration is trying to fix a legally-dubious law using waivers and exemptions:
"Today's decision is a reminder that the President's broken promises of affordable, accessible health care are the result of broken policy. The Obama Administration has tried to make the law work with waivers and exemptions, but the courts continue to confront the legality of this legislation that was rushed through a Democrat-controlled Congress."
"While it will undoubtedly take time for Oklahoma's case to play out in the federal court system, I am confident in Attorney General Scott Pruitt and that our state's argument will prevail."
Tuesday's decision is the latest in a wave of court losses for Obamacare.
Currently, over a hundred lawsuits have been filed against Obamacare - and Obamacare has lost 91% of the cases decided to-date, (71 losses out of 78 decisions), according to the latest tally by The Beckett Fund.
nice. simple solutions for everyday issues.
Oh dear. Our awesome president seems to have made a mistake.
Obama just gave every Republican ad-maker in the country more fodder for negative ads linking Democratic candidates to him.
Here are the four sentences that will draw all of the attention (they come more than two thirds of the way through the speech): “I am not on the ballot this fall. Michelle’s pretty happy about that. But make no mistake: these policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them.”
Boil those four sentences down even further and here’s what you are left with: “Make no mistake: these policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them.”
There you go, GOP ad producers — the ominous 14 words, courtesy of Barack Obama himself: “Make no mistake: these policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them.”
For a guy whose supporters and defenders claim is so smart, so insightful, and so politically tuned in — a guy who supposedly surrounds himself with the best and the brightest — to deliver this sort of midterms gift to his political opponents would seem to be an uncharacteristic blunder.
However, if you consider the degree to which Obama has appeared to be extraordinarily out of touch lately — exhibit #1 would be Obama’s blaming poor intelligence reports for his being caught off guard by the rapid rise of ISIS, which was easily debunked — if you consider his apparent detachment, even disinterest, you might better understand his/his speech writers’ poor choice of words and terrible timing.
Slinging crap is for politicians. I'm a freaking Baby Ninja. We are honest, pure and true in all aspects of life.
Yeah, that's it. Again, no sense of humor. Hate = Misery
Nah. I'm a Dem now. I'm on his team.
you have no sense of humor and are filled with anger.
hate = misery
Just so you know. We did not have Ebola in the US until Obammy became prez. WTF is that all about??!!
I must have been sleeping through that part............
And with NO Name Calling! Imagine that!! So refreshing to see a real debate on issues without the childish name calling and insults.
But.......This to shall pass..... of that I am quite certain.
So I guess it is like the IRS losing those emails........ I can't wait to use this excuse over and over again.
The wife and I when to Phantom of the Opera on Friday. I can't get that darned song out of my head!!!
FWIW, I am not an opera guy.
There is that sense of humor!!!!!
