It's called due diligence. Any investor who doesn't perform his or her own should not invest in any market... period.
Seriously? LOL
Just looks like another down day in the stock market to me. Not enough shares sold to be considered a "dump" IMO. Consolitdation and accumulation is still occuring as it has since June. A very strong base is being built at this level.
That has been answered many many times but I'll answer it again for you. The Azurite Mine JV between WSRA and GDSM was prioritized and pulled ahead of the GoldStar claims because it can be brought into production faster. The results of that decision can be seen in the progress being made on the Azurite.
Both WSRA and GDSM stated that the GoldStar project was sidelined (but not cancelled) as the Azurite JV was taking priority. GDSM already payed the initial $50K to get the project moving. $50k sounds about right to get road work done so that makes sense.
It is nice to see, as announced in the PR from GDSM...
Western Sierra has completed an initial road survey and has the road improvements needed currently out for bid. The initial focus of the JV will be improvements leading to the main surface ore body, as well as the opening of some of the existing tunnels. The beginning efforts also include the plant pad cleanup; work on the cabin and notifications to the proper authorities regarding activity at the property.
Actually that is not correct. The chart (below) does not show any significant dilution. There has been sustained accumulation since June. Also, if you notice the volume, there has been no large amount of selling on down days. The major volume days are all on days that increased the PPS... sometimes significantly. What the indicators show are impatient investors selling or flipping for a small profit. This is also confirmed by watching the L2 on a daily basis. Retail (E*trade) has been our major buyer and seller here. Companies don't don't dilute shares throug E*trade. If there is any dilution it is light.
Excellent pictures! Back in the good old days when the government didn't have their hands in everything.
I am expecting that when all of the material events that are being worked on behind the scenes regarding the Azurite JV come together, a meeting will be held.
For the record, GDSM posting the Azurite report on their website is not what got Jenkins in trouble. Mr. Jenkins was the subject of a vicious smear campaign of those who wanted to see the JV between WSRA and GDSM fail. There was extensive discussion of this and a simple search of "Jenkins" on I-hub will reveal what happened. Here are a couple of highlights with posts...
A copy has been sent to the Arizona Board of Technical Trade showing he performed geologist and engineering work in Arizona while never being registered and signed that report using fake registration numbers.
Three complaints have been filed with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration along with copies of numerous reports where he falsely claimed to be licensed.
According to Miriam-Webster...
Prog-ress: noun - :a forward or onward movement (as to an objective or to a goal)
or
gradual betterment.
By official definition it is progress.
It will be a life changer.
Everything coming together. From the WSRA shareholder report..
...Western continues to work closely with GDSM for the development of the Gold Star properties as they pursue the necessary funding. GDSM also remains committed to the financial support of the Azurite mine. In addition, we have made available to GDSM additional mining properties for their consideration which they are currently evaluating. GDSM is currently setting their priorities and communicates with Western as to their progress.
Excellent. Looks like progress being made.
WSRA Shareholder Report...

If it were a merger then that would be the case but it is not. The joint venture that WSRA and GDSM has does not mean that is now an open forum for the discussion of all things GDSM. There is already a board for that. This board is for the discussion of ONLY what affects WSRA. Obviously, the JV affects WSRA but other matters relating to GDSM that do not pertain to WSRA are off topic.
Taking less volume to move up.
That is not the case. Topics that do not affect the business or future of WSRA is not on topic. And as it has been said...
"WSRA has survived all these years without doing JVs with other companies I believe they will continue to do so."
This is the WSRA board. If the posts are about the JV between WSRA / GDSM and how it affects WSRA... fine. The posts focusing on GDSM and the JV are off topic to this board. Please keep the posts on topic.
Agreed. Fewer people are falling for it... a good sign IMO. Many will be chasing soon.
Looks like another attempt to shake out and load. Happens all the time here. Holding strong.
Yep. Next is for the new house!
Agreed. Down 0.0001 I think. Not enough to mention really. Still in penny land.
I-hub chart is not correct. It has today's open at what SIRG closed at before it was changed to SIRGE. Now that the E is gone, the chart is a bit confused. Tomorrow it will be back to normal.
Same here... until the merger news. I've pulled all of my offers now. This one has the potential to run beyond expections and I'm not going to leave profits on the table.
I dissagree. The second leg is usually higher than the first and easier to attain. I've been here since .0006 and haven't sold a share. Expecting much more than our previous high and am willing to wait it out.
Great day folks! Have a great weekend!
Here is the shake. Right on time.
BID following the ASK nicely. Shares are in demand.
Does to me also. IMO the smart move would be to pull orders and let them pay a bit more for their shares. Selling here doesn't make much sense given the potential added value of this merger.
Still wondering if this isn't IGMR buying in.
Looking at the daily...We just crossed the MA(100) and when these low .004s get cleared out the next resistance is the MA(50) at .005. More thin as we go up.
GDSM looking really good.
It's privately held.
Traders that actually knew how to sell their shares wouldn't hurt either. It always kills me to see someone sell at BID when the ASK is getting hammered. Great way to reduce gains and kill upward movement. :-/
Plus, it is apparent that the market isn't concerned about the 'E' based on volume and price.
Etrade in charge at the moment. They have always been a pain here. Once we get the retail flippers out of the way we will see much stronger trading.
Very possible. It is always easier the next time around. Just need to weed through the flippers and weak hands.
Two PRs in one week? This could be our golden ticket.
