Thanks, Jack, for helping to put us into launch mode for our trip to da moon! You kept many of us from abandoning ship when it was tempting to do so. We're on course for a bigger jackpot than I've ever dreamt of winning at a casino! I'll take POW while others take Reno. Our profits will soon be obscene-O!
Thus speaks the Chairman. I move universal acceptance that Jack's a jolly good fellow! Do I hear a second to that motion?
Thanks for that POWerful clarification, Dog-N! That reassures me and everyone else hanging on to Stan's coattails. Every penny Stan earns from his ideas, he earns from POWs share price. Our stock's success determines his take from all the new characters he's created. What a deal for all of us! We're gonna be one very happy family as time goes on! I'd say our chances of seeing POW at half a dollar very soon are at least 50/50. lol!
Let's hope that Stan will tattle this weekend in Seattle. He likes to give his fans something to chew on at the end of every Comic Con he attends. POW should easily establish a new high for the year today. Healthy chatter really does matter. Thanks to all who keep us in the loop and to Stan for slowly revealing his master plan!
You're so very right, Profit. It's unbelievable that this stock was 4 cents in late December. I always wondered why people weren't buying POW to beat the band! It was like a 1 ounce gold eagle coin lying in the middle of a busy sidewalk, glistening in the sun but nobody noticing it. Why were so many blind to the potential of this stock until now! The blindfolds are now off and the billfolds are wide open! I knew that Stan wouldn't let us down and would BLAZE us a trail to riches!
You can bet your bottom dollar on that. In fact, that's what I did! No regrets from me.
The buy volume for POW today was more than 5 times the sell volume. The overall volume was 7 times more than on Tuesday and exploded this afternoon. Good news travels fast and this rally is going to last! With any luck, we'll see this at a buck! And before May Day, I'd say.
I guess my last post understated the future price for POW, short-term and long-term! This news changes the game in a big way and we should see POW in the 40s tomorrow and all of next week. We could easily see 50 or 60 cents by the April Comic Con and a buck shortly thereafter. I'm smelling roses and I can't wait to see how high POW closes on Friday! The sky's the limit and we're cooking with gas and ready to ride to da moon, my fellow investors!
Imagine POW at 40 cents before the Comic Con a month from now. Then the double barreled news Stan has promised is announced to great fanfare. Monday we see 50 to 60 cents in a flash. We'll all be flush with cash! I absolutely believe this is our future, even without a crystal ball. Good luck to all!
03.05.10 | Stan Lee update (for this weekend's Seattle Comic Con)
We've had a lot of inquiries regarding Mr. Lee's appearance at the show.
His autograph sessions are NOT sold out. You will still be able to purchase tickets for autographs at booth #1105. At some point, the on-site tickets will be capped.
Additionally, for his photo ops, you just need to line up at the Froggy's Photos booth (#1018) at the designated times and you will be able to get a photo, we are not pre-selling those tickets. Thank you!
Speaking of Mr. Lee, we want to congratulate KARL EBERHARDT who pre-bought tickets for the Stan Lee signing and has won dinner with "The Man" himself! Congratulations Karl, we hope you have a blast!!
It does appear that we have a solid base of 30 cents and we should only go up from here. Today's volume is the lowest in weeks but could pick up this afternoon with any luck Stan does seem to be dropping hints that we'll all be as rich as King Midas very soon. He must be chomping at the bit to divulge the good news he's been forced to keep close to his vest. In one month we'll know just how high our stock can go! Better get in now while the cake is in the oven.
You just have to use your imagination. Stan likes to spring surprises and we'll soon see what arises. You'll just have to guess, more or less. Either way, we'll soon have our day!
There's no way that our POW investment is dead money for the next 60 days. Most likely, we'll have several company news reports during that time, if not official PRs. The Comic Con is barely a month away and the stock should rise in anticipation of the promised blockbuster announcements to be made by Stan there. Now is the time for new investors to jump in while the water's fine. POW will soon be making a very big splash!
I would guess that Stan will announce some very significant developments at the April Comic Convention. Perhaps he'll have a major contract to deliver a comic series he created to the popular new I-Pad handheld device. A technological triumph for the 21st century! Maybe he'll announce a completion and release date for a movie in league with Disney. Whatever it is, I'm sure that POW shareholders will jump for joy the Monday following the conclusion of the Comic Con. Stan might drop us some hints by then since he's so excited about the news he needs to keep under wraps.
Anyone else venture to guess the PRs we're likely to get in the coming 5 weeks? As Boris Karloff would say: This will be a thriller!
It sounds like Stan is talking to his loyal shareholders. At least I hope that is the case! He seems to be saying that we'll all soon be collecting our little pot of gold as a reward for our patience over the years. Is that how others see it? Could be bonanza time for us long suffering souls. I'll be playing this poker hand down to the last card. Read 'em and weep or treasures to keep.
I, too, believe we'll continue to get more news releases from POW's management as the April Comic Con approaches which should result in a much higher stock price 5 weeks from now. Then Stan will gleefully announce some earth shattering deals that will send POW shares to da moon, Alice. How sweet it is, we'll all be saying then!
I tried buying 40,000 more shares when the stock was going for 5 cents in late December and succeeded in snagging a few. Then Stan dropped the Disney bombshell and POW quintupled in value in one day before I could grab more of the cheap shares. The stock did drop back to under 11 cents again and I told everyone that there was a 2 for 1 sale going on they better take advantage of. That advice proved correct and POW soared into the 30s on a couple more great PRs. We know that at least 2 more super positive announcements will be made in April at the Wizard Comic Con. It would be premature and rather foolish for anyone to sell any shares before then. Don't forget the San Diego Comic Con in July either. More news will come from that. I'm locked and loaded for bear. The skies for POW look sunny and fair!
I'm with BT! We should hold at these levels and will likely advance to the 40+ cent range prior to the double whammy, oh my Mammmy, news that Stan will deliver in mid-April. We'll rocket into the stratosphere after that. I'm not Warren Buffet but my opinion shouldn't be too far off base. This will be a spring we'll long remember!
Drink POW Kool-Aid. The Un-Pinkie! Bottoms Up!
POW is just warming up in the bullpen. Buy now and avoid the biggest financial shutout in your life! Stan throws his strikes right down the middle and is serving up homers to all new POW investors. So batter up and have a swinging time along with all of us true believers!
Good rhyme, Sky! We have gone from weeping to contented sleeping over our POW investment since the dawn of 2010. We're now two very happy men!
POW is still widely unknown as a tradable stock. Just wait until word spreads that it's one of the best pure play stocks around! The big money boys will jump in and Disney will seal the deal while the stock is still a steal! Mark my words! We'll soon be soaring with the birds! 35, 40, 45, 50. Buying POW now is thrifty and nifty!
Our market maker is awfully stingy with buyers who hope to purchase POW shares. That's probably to our advantage though. It's true that no one really want to sell POW and many are trying to buy it under 34 or 35 cents. No way, Jose, says the MM man. Pay up or shut up says he! If you want to make a fortune, that's how it's going to be! Go POW Go! To da moon and very soon!
I agree, Tamara. Stan will likely announce the projected date for a completed movie filmed in coordination with Disney at the April Comic Con. This will propel POW's share price astronomically and we could be sitting with one dollar a piece shares long before the hazy, crazy days of summer! Up here in chilly Wisconsin, it's too cold for the geese to be around yet but I've got goose bumps just thinking about our prospects. Yes, there's gold in them there hills and Stan has the Midas touch!
I still don't see this press release on the official POW stock site or on my Scottrade news for POW. It sure would be nice if a PR gets issued on this big development with BOOM. Maybe we'll get a nice surprise tomorrow morning to go with our Hills Bros coffee!
My uncle is still a healthy 93 years old and used to walk 2 hours each night down his Chicago streets when he was Stan's age. I'd say that Stan has a similar constitution and should be good for many more years. When people just can't wait til morning to wake up and enjoy life, they don't age half as fast as others who just wither and die after their retirement party. Stan is just as boyish and fun loving as my hero Brett Favre. He can't throw a football as far but he's scored many a touchdown in his time! His biggest game is just in the first quarter! And he's working overtime to ensure that we all make a fortune right along with him.
It appears that POW is now in a holding pattern, awaiting another big announcement from General Lee. 30 cents seems to be the new base and no one wants to sell at these levels. We could hit 50 cents or better by Wizard time in April when Stan will step up to the plate to hit at least two homers. He's promised as much and I take him at his word. Excelsior it is-he's the best in the comic biz! Turn up the volume and let's go vertical to da moon!
I'd be surprised if we didn't have a formal PR on the POW website tomorrow. Good news like this shouldn't be kept secret. Stan is back and that aint no Jack! Hitch a ride on the Stan Lee Steamer while they're still taking reservations! 30 cents going once. Do I hear 40 cents? Sold to Disney for 2 bucks and change! Or somewhere in that range. We can only go onward and upward from here!
I wonder if POW will issue a press release on their website tomorrow about the BOOM "Stan's Back" announcement being made on Tuesday. That would give us a boost in the share price. Nice to hear yet another project that Stan and Company are working on! Everyday, the news just gets better and better! To da moon and very soon!
The floor on this stock does seem to be around 30 cents right now. Much better than the 5 cents we were at in December! Thank God for that
Let's hope for a "big bang" in POW's stock price this week! Stan will probably plug his pinkie and all his projects on that TV show tomorrow night. If we can go from a nickel to 30 cents in little more than a month, we can break half a buck well before the Comic Con in April. Then we'll be off to da moon after stopping at the Space Station for a little snack! LOL!
There have been virtually no POW shares traded the past few hours and we're running under 25% of the average trading volume of the past 10 days. Today is a sleeper but POW is a keeper
The good thing about POW, Sunday, is that you can buy high and still sell much higher! That doesn't happen with many stocks but POW and Stan Lee and not on the ordinary side! Every march to victory has a lull. This one will end with a lullaby! Just wait for this baby to rock itself out of the cradle it's been in for the past few years! The wait won't be long.
If POW is selling for around 30 cents, it's time to "stock" up on shares before they take off for the wild blue yonder. Any selloff will be shortlived since we do know that blockbuster announcements are right around the corner. We'll get a huge surge in the share price in April and again in July with the San Diego Comic Con. You can sell now but you'll regret doing so unless you can buy shares back much cheaper. That is not a likely scenario. I'm standing pat and that is that!
I don't think any of us longtime POW stockholders will be selling many shares until we hear from Stan the Man at the big Comic Con in April. His April hollers will bring us many May dollars. I'm standing pat on my motherload until then. We could see some fireworks after the mega San Diego Comic Con convention in July too! Stan always likes to strut his stuff there and he's got lots more to strut than ever this year!
We're inching up every day now. Just wait until some big news hits the hotwire! POW will pop, not stop and put us all on top! It's finally fun to own this stock!
Are we sure that Legion of 5 isn't under Marvel and not POW? I'd like a clarification on that.
I agree Greenie. Anyone buying POW today should feel pretty good by the time Stan stuns the comic world in April with a couple lalapalooza announcements! The smart money is buying now and Disney could well be scooping up some shares cheap before doing a PacMan-like swallowing up of the whole POW pie later this year. That's my hope and you heard it here!
This stock is headed for the heights, Sunday. No one wanted it when it was a nickel. Now people are stampeding to it for a quarter plus a dime! The higher it goes, the higher it is going to go. I tried getting a loan to double my position at 5 cents but couldn't obtain one. My father in law thought it was another of my speculative ideas. Boy, was he wrong!
Wow! The buyers outdid the sellers by a 4 to 1 margin today with the last 132,000 shares all buys! Looking very good for tomorrow!
We are finally getting our just reward, Muley! I'm glad for not jumping off the wagon when the stock price was down under a dime. It just made sense to me that POW was achin for a breakin to a much higher price. Looks like it's fixin to go a lot higher this very week! The last few days saw investors jumping in with both feet at the last minute of trading. Thank God we're in the money, and that's as sweet as honey! Happy days are here again!
