success, correctamundo, saw that, figured I'd never be "allowed" to buy at .38 so bought a bit higher.
Traders taking profits from the run from .30
IMHO
I buy on dips/weakness. Under .40 is great.
jonesie
p.s. Still wish they'd slam it down to .25 lol, I'd probably sell everything else I own and buy everything I could PLUS I have stock in a great little company who makes portable defibrillators and there would be an instant spike in orders for THAT company. ;)
"If they don't want to play then just develop it yourself."
Interesting thinking hangdog.
Email the link to that to BSDS?
;)
jonesie
Yep, I just picked up some more.
I'll buy under .40 whenever I feel like it LOL
jonesie
"They" initially move the pps practically a whole penny
on a VERY few shares.
Shake shake shake.

Expected.

blasher, re: WLP
I'm no programmer, but I did find that there are some very helpful guys on the WLP discussion boards, they must work for WLP. I posted a question about what I wanted to initially do with WLP and he practically wrote the chartscript for me. He used a "template" for something close, and modified it to fit my request exactly.
jonesie
d-k, I use it.
I just found this seasonality stock reports site recently, via kgoodrich's posts on the NEOM board. I must say I am very intrigued. I've downloaded some of the info from the I-box here. I was just about to send an email to kgoodrich asking if he thought WealthLabPro might be of some use. Do you think so? Do you use it? I would be happy to work with you guys to see what it could do for us. I'm "here" all day every day :)
I have a chartscript that I use already that gives me an early "heads up" on one prelim. buy signal I like, gets a stock on my radar screen. I scan about 600 stocks at the close every day looking for the signal. I can easily add more stocks to scan.
I look forward very much to hearing from you.

China Digital Reaffirms Previously Issued Guidance
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Market Wire
06:30 a.m. 08/29/2005
SHENZHEN, CHINA AND LOS ANGELES, CA, Aug 29, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- China Digital Communication Group (CHID), a battery component production company with operations in China, made an announcement today regarding its business. Mr. Yi Bo Sun, Chairman and CEO of China Digital, stated, "China Digital's business is healthy and operating normally. We are reaffirming our previously issued guidance for fiscal 2005 that we reported on Form 8-K on April 25, 2005."
Yep, still in, bought more.
Have no clue what's going on but based on what I "know" from reading company NR's etc, it seems like a good bet from levels.
But wtfdik lol
jonesie
re: public in March, that's what I was thinking, what I had read.
Normally "pre-public" Fid. ATP just shows nothing on the chart ... in this case it's $100's per share, over $1000 in '98.
Maybe that's an omen? ;)
jonesie
Thanks for posting that.
Help. When I pull up the TDYH chart in my Fidelity ActiveTraderPro, all the averages are coming down from so high up that they flatten my chart into a straight line. The only way I can even see the bars in an OHLC chart is to remove all the moving averages.
When I go back to 1998 I see the problem, with daily trade data showing share prices in the hundreds of dollars, even >$1000.00. Is this a glitch or something strange in TDYH's history, like before some huge split? Nah, that wouldn't be it, the whole chart would have been adjusted in that event.
It's aggravating, whatever it is.
jonesie
doubloon,
We LIKE when we dodge bullets like that don't we.
I heard on the radio the other day that a northbound van on an Atlanta interstate crossed the median and had a head-on with a southbound car. Fatalities.
3 minutes after I drove past that spot going south.
Just to mention NEOM again.
Up 50% from the double-bottom it printed 3 short days ago.
Some much sharper TA guys than me say it's just getting started.
Speculative, but I think it's going to be huge.
Just FYI and not a "pump" lol.
jonesie
Hey, Atlanta is on that track.
Rain coming I guess.
Good luck to all south of me.
jonesie
dunno humble.
There was some earlier confusion about whether or not CHID trades on a Berlin exchange too.
Surprised co. didn't NR something like "all is okay, we're clueless re: trading activity".
jonesie
2,046,703
Cool, 2MM shares of UP during "amateur hour".
Now to see what the "pros" want to do.
jonesie
p.s. hangdog, cool "dot connecting", I'm psyched. Thanks to all for the excellent DD, analysis and reports from "the field" on things like Virgin.
quick question:
I see NEOM in a lot of morning, midday and afternoon "ALERTS", you know, like OTCResearch.com, STockguru.com, STockGrid.com, on and on.
Each service says to write them to find out how to get your company featured.
Is NEOM DOING something to get featured in these alerts or are they just being picked up by these services due to "buzz"?
Any thoughts?
TIA
jonesie
There was also this on RB:
http://www.ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CHID&read=1560
Now @ .411.
Agreed, co. should put out a "it's okay" PR.
I never heard back from my email today, saw the telcon related on RB though.
Crazy days.
jonesie
CKPI.pk, chart looking better?
What's wrong with that chart, anything?
I'm in at .20.
CHID been bad LOL
But yeah, I bought some yesterday, too soon, watching today, emailed the company and they said all was okay, trying to figure out what was going on with their stock.
jonesie
NEOM coming off a double-bottom a tad below .30, now flirting with .40.
Broke above downtrend line intraday today.
50SMA and plenty of resistance at .40 to get through.
Word is some NR's coming out soon and Word Registry to launch before shareholders' meeting supposedly going to be held in October.
FYI
jonesie
Hopefully they'll be done handing out the cheap TDYH share party favors before long, I've had my hand out and I can't get any.
"before you know it we could be in the 60's and too late to buy in again..."
Disagree, why would that be too late?
jonesie
So far, NEOM has broken the downtrend line that has been in place since 5/3, to the upside.
I like it. Beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
jonesie
clare ...
Ouch, too bad. A lot of us have our own experiences like that, mine was in CYBR, now CYBR.pk at .005, down from $40.00 in 2000. Those expensive learning experiences can sour people on the stock market entirely ... or serve to make us more selective and cautious as we go forward in our search for the next huge winners to put in the spec. part of our portfolios.
jonesie
Here's something funny re: mail "spam"
Got a LONG multi-page glossy piece in the mail just last week promoting TXHE, Texhoma Energy, an oil e&p company I think, didn't even look.
Yesterday they got an E added to their symbol.
Can you say "tank"?
Maybe it's a good time to buy ;)
jonesie
Yes, I did get something directly in the mail.
Weirdest thing, I knew about CHID from my girlfriend's sister, she and some associates were "playing" the stock. Then a few weeks later I got that flyer, just the one.
jonesie
Watching is good lol.
When I first saw the drop I figured it would go to .30.
It still could I suppose.
Last AH trade at .59.
GLTY too.
jonesie
Oh no.
Not that there's anything wrong with that LOL.
Atlanta guy here.
jonesie
OT: I'll buy you one back LOL.
Here's hoping logistics work out.
Cheers!
jonesie
Instead of worrying too much ...
I've been looking at it as a gift and have been buying.
Hope it doesn't turn out to be a pig in a poke.
jonesie
FYI, CHID
Just got a 30%++ takedown on no news, huge relative volume.
Just got an email back from the co. saying they have no clue why.
I've got a couple thou shares in it just to have it on radar screen, thinking about picking up some more.
jonesie
Just got an email back from the co.
Says everything normal and healthy, trying to figure it out themselves.
jonesie
Well, at the higher parts of today's action we've been right at the downtrend line going across the highs on 5/3 and 6/29, something of a pivotal moment short term. On previous runups to that downtrend line it looked like money was flowing OUT of the stock, CMF was moving down, W%R (28) was moving down, other indicators were generally trending down.
THIS time those same indicators are trending upwards, it looks like money is flowing IN to the stock instead of out.
Like I said, a bit of a pivotal moment, too bad NEOM is in the QP and can't come out with some of their good news right now, it would light a fire under it.
JMHO and FWIW.
jonesie
p.s. Normal scale OHLC chart; chartist's log scale chart may show something different wrt that downtrend line.
OT: Drmyke3
So, not too bad of a drive, eh? 3 hours maybe? I got comp'd a while back on airfare/hotel for two for a week in WPB and I keep forgetting I need to book it, SHM could provide the incentive. Maybe rent one of those 'stang ragtops like I did last time I was down there ;)
