Wow,
That would be awesome. Does anyone think the company could do this? IMO it is time for them to move on!
Does anyone know if Vplm has an IR group? Maybe this just isn't being discussed properly? If they do have one, what are they doing?
Well there you go. We should all be called " along for the ride".
Ya, it isn't always the mm's. mind your money.
Someone had mentioned that the selling was done. Well, looks like someone else was reading that.
It would be nice to see something of that form, as I don't feel from the cc, the team is quite confident in an amount IMO.
Except bidding wars do happen. The question is how?
Well then, lets hope an accepted offer is mildly better than ok. I suppose ok is relative.
So is all this done quietly until the mgmt is happy with an ok offer?
An interesting fact about the UI patent:
All 16 claims have been approved by the USPTO.
That sounds plausible.
It is a long way to go from 17 cents. Not complaining we are here, but boy is there a gap!
At the very least, maybe a new conference call is due? We have MG and now UI. So?????
Well, it looks like it already has dropped under 16 cents.
I agree with this 100%. We are ready to move on!
5 patents approved, but there are more than 5 patents. So far, LI has 1 child continuity patent application, 911 has 1 and RBR has 3. So, there are 10 patents related to this company thus far. Who knows what MG and UI will bring.
Thanks. Nice to see the UI news release this morn
It is dated to the 9th in the image file wrapper. So perhaps the company will release news either on the 9th or the day after?

This is somewhat old news, but at least now it is posted to the USPTO page officially, and not in the file wrapper.
His numbers are likely more realistic than the final number being $1.2 IMO.
I must have skipped over that part. I wonder why they removed those companies.
Ya, in the cc, one of the inventors, Emil Malak stated, and I quote ' It could be $1 billion. I feel that is not enough, but that is up to the board'
By guess is that the bod will be looking north of $1.2 per share.
I'm with Butters on this one. I could submit a patent right now for a bunch of metal parts that moves when a controlled chemical explosion takes place in a chamber. Unfortunately, it is called the internal combustion engine and my patent would fail.
I think they already did when they put a NR about the allowance. Spec is right, 5-6 weeks and she is a cert.
My guess is our headquarters is IHub.
In New York?
I sure hope you are right.
So Twitter has filed their IPO. I wonder if they realize they are infringing on VPLM's patents? I believe RBR? Perhaps someone could clarify.
On the contrary, my belief is that the "big" investors (ones who have tens to hundreds of millions of shares), who have waited this long and are seeing their patience bear fruit, will likely go for as much as possible.
For what it is worth, I still believe, with 3 approved patents, this thing is worth more than 20 cents (or $100 million market value).
Apparently some people feel selling for pennies is the thing to do today. Either way, MG is well on its way and likely will be finalized in a month or so. UI is close to being "officially" approved (although anyone can look at the USPTO file and see it is already). So who knows, after these two, maybe something?
Yay!
MG Update!
The USPTO is still working away..Kind of nice not having to be TOTALLY funded by gov't

That too!
Or in time value - a dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow (or something like that).
I mean there is an old adage- a dollar taken today is worth more tomorrow. So if you can get 70-80% of what is possible in one amount now or wait for 100% over X years, I think the wise man would choose the latter.
IMO a dollar today is worth 10 tomorrow.
Ok. I admit, I was curious.
I hope it is big!
Really? What news and how many dollars?
Henery,
When you say sub-dilution, in the case of say VFIN, do you mean the company itself is diluting or the MM is undeclared shorting?
