Right Lifegear It will move 3 Billion total shares
Let’s say that now PAIM has 30’000,000,000 common shares
Now if PAIM insiders have lets say 50% = 15’000,000,000 bil.left for a float now.
So now the conversion takes place and who is willing to wait 5 years for .001 for the shares that you own, You have just sitting. I know I am not.
So if we all thinking the same and exchange the CD
15’000,000,000
/ By 10 = 1’500,000,000 – 10% = 1’350,000,000
So now the float has been reduce from 15’000,000,000 billion to 1 billion 350 Mil. this will move even if the insiders sell.
I am quit sure they will be a majority that will sell their shares, but I am sure that most of us will hold half for quite some time. Thats why the .001 gaurantee was so low and long for 5 years. They know that the majority will cash in before 5 years and Paim owes 0 to you and taken back 10% only helps reduce the float even more.
So I think that this will turn out ok and we share holders will benefit from the move that Pearl is in the process of doing. The fast past trading at .01 will level out once the serious investors or in possession of the shares at float and the share value can be at .10 to .30 in a few months. Knowing PAIM is expected to report revenue at the end of July.
Than keep in mind of Pearls Goals to register into a new listing and than we will really see good results.
