bigworld I think this is very interesting . Its old news but it shows what a monster Alfa Laval is . I wonder why Alva Laval isn't a tradable company?
Alfa Laval Acquires Biokinetics (US version)
Alfa Laval, a world leader in centrifugal separation, heat transfer and fluid handling, has acquired Biokinetics, the life science division of the Kinetics Group Inc. in the US. Biokinetics is the technology leader in the engineering and manufacturing of turnkey process systems for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The company’s main products focus primarily on mammalian cell cultures and include bioreactor modules, cell harvesting modules, purification modules and biodeactivation modules.
The acquisition will allow Alfa Laval to combine Biokinetics resources with Alfa Laval’s global presence and move into the European and Asian markets. The combined offering will include process design, modules for unit operations and key components such as high-speed separators, compact heat exchangers, membranes, fluid handling equipment and parts and service.
Previously, Biokinetics was part of the US Filter Corporation until August 2000 when it was taken private in an investor-led buyout. Biokinetics, which has approximately 400 employees, is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. The company also has facilities in North Carolina, California, Puerto Rico and Toronto. Alfa Laval, with 920 employees in the US and 9350 worldwide has its US headquarters in Richmond, VA.
I really like this part.
Dr. Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix President and CEO commented, "This is the next step in our march to make pharmaceutical grade DNA affordable. This is truly a breakthrough technology that changes the economics of cost-sensitive products such as DNA vaccines, antimicrobials and cancer immunotherapy. In the next few years, this technology will drive the development of DNA therapeutics for human and animal application by significantly reducing the costs of finished products
The reason I think that Cytogenix will have many small labs in Cytogenix production main laboratory .
But CytoGenix's (OTCBB:CYGX) synthesis technology does not use bacteria and produces no bacterial toxins. The company says large quantities of high purity DNA can now be produced in small, suites at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional bioprocess methods.
The key word is small suites.
While one small suite lab is producing vaccines, the other lab suites can be producing other synthetic DNA for other problems such as sepsis.
Straight from Alfa Lavals website .
Cytogenix is in good hands.
Leading the Way in Bioprocessing Technologies of the Future
At Alfa Laval Biokinetics, we have been focused on bioprocessing technologies since our inception seven years ago. Over the past 18 months we have increased development activities in this area in an effort to ascertain where bioprocessing is headed in the future.
What is the future of bioprocessing?
Which biopharm manufacturing technologies hold the most promise?
How can we help our clients maximize process efficiencies and capture the highest levels of profitability?
Alfa Laval Biokinetics’ new process technology program is a visionary initiative that builds on our past innovations and current strengths in the areas of bioprocess engineering, process optimization and modular manufacturing.
As part of this effort we have generated a portfolio of technologies that appear to be promising. Some of these technologies are immediately available for our customers. Others are under development, and still others need significant further refinement prior to commercialization.
Yes , Cindee is a great asset to Cytogenix . Now if Cytogenix can get some positive results from Aldevron synthetic DNA vaccine tests , we will be golden .
Cytogenix is lucky to get Cindee.

CytoGenix, Inc. Announces a New Product in Development
Houston, TX, (March 31, 2005) Cytogenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB)
CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX: OTC: BB) announces the preclinical development of CY403 a antibacterial compound that is specific against all strains of Staphylococcus aureus, especially resistant strains such as MRSA - Methicillin-resistant and VRSA - Vancomycin- resistant, popularly referred to as "superbugs".
The incidence of infection by resistant bacteria is increasing rapidly and is most common in at-risk hospital patients. In a report titled "Proportion of S. aureus Nosocomial Infections Resistant to Oxacillin (MRSA) Among Intensive Care Unit Patients, 1989-2003", the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - CDC shows that the proportion of ICU patients with resistant staph infections has grown from 30% in 1989 to 60% in 2003.
Dr. Yin Chen, CytoGenix' Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer commented, "The introduction of CY403 into the preclinical product development phase within three months after target discovery and validation demonstrates the true value of our gene silencing technology. We have the capability to move very efficiently from discovery to product candidate in a matter of a few months."
"Recent laboratory studies show that this compound rapidly kills MRSA and prevents further growth. Evidence shows that this compound is a powerful bacteriacidal as well as a bacteriastatic agent against MRSA. Further studies will confirm these capabilities in animal and human trials." added Dr. Chen.
Hello thaliowizard ,I see your command of the English language is still lacking , I hear China is having a problem with overly prescribing antibiotic and the resistant bacteria is overwhelming your people , Cytogenix has the cure, and the bacteria can never get resistant to it .
Chapman ,You might be on to something, I personally think that for every action , be it a bashers response, there should be and equal and opposite reaction. Less the bashers take complete control of this board . I know word fights are sometimes not in good taste , I will try to tone down my reactions to try to satisfy your needs.Oh just to let Arnold know he said this comment [.Your example of the Boeing prototype jet 707 is good. What happened to the 700,701,702,703,704.705,706??? Hummmmm] well Arnold they started off with the 707 that was the first prototype . LOL
unhappycamper, that's funny coming from a basher with no CYGX stock HA HA.Poor poor poor poor trailer park basher LMAO .
And I leave you with this to think about.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050802/25860.html?.v=1
Arnold you said [Maybe they are blinded by their own greed] so your here to save us from ourselves ,what a load, you , Percy and happy have one objective, to try to low the price by way of bashing Cytogenix ,each one of you has his or her own tactic , or way of bashing, in hopes of shaking the tree ,all three of you are so scared that the train will leave without you, and I hope it does ,none of you deserve the rewards that Cytogenix will bring to its loyal true long share holders . Your nothing but day traders . and traders to your own human race in a sense, trying to damage a company, that could and will save millions of peoples lives . All because of blind greed . I never thought about it before but you Arnold could be a women disguised by a mans name, probably your dead husbands name, who left you this stock but you sold it when it was low.
Oh yah, my mistake Arnold I was thinking that you were 55 to 60 years old but if you remember 700 thru 706 I have to increase my thinking of your age to 70 years old ,now I am thinking you are a jealous college friend of Malcolm following his career all your life and just being jealous of everything he did .Am I on target LOL.
arnold Like it or not my statement is correct.
Arnold yes this is a prototype, one of many to come ,if you have ten small synthetic DNA lads producing a variety of vaccines you could do a lot more good for the human race than just one.
look at this prototype
http://www.historylink.org/output.cfm?file_id=390
just remember the first prototype is always the big money expenditure for design and R&D after that the following labs will be at one tenth of the cost of the first
I can picture Cytogenix selling franchise opportunities to hospitals ,colleges and individuals interested in producing Synthetic DNA for a wide range of of cures from vaccines to sepsis treatments to cancer cures and making money in the process , if it wasn't for capitalism, 99% of what we have today wouldn't exist.
At first it will be only produced by a very few Cytogenix and Aldevron , but like the silicon chip the demand will grow and costs will come down and cygx franchises will grow. We will have franchise in ever country .

percy please don't buy any Cytogenix ,wait till it drops, so you can load up , give it a few more weeks percy . And that goes for all the other bashers out there , please wait before buying . All aboard now will have the ride of their life time .
beau1460 thanks for rubbing it in wow , anyway I see your a long time long, first post in 2003 , were did you first get the feeling of investing in CYGX , just curious ,I happened to look into CYGX from another board, just lucky .
arnold .Fact you and I have way too much time on our hands.LOL
Arnold .Fact you don't know the results from Aldevron .Fact Cytogenix would not sign a 2 million dollar contract if they didn't know it worked . Fact Alfa Laval home page talks about funding for their clients they work hand in hand with clients and banks. This is the only Fact you have correct CYGX needs 2 million dollars to make a DNA lab to make hundreds of million of dollars .
Wrong nc4s , Alfa Laval is a world class company, they deal with bank funding for their clients all the time ,they would be out of business real quick if they would build things that would not produce the revenue to pay back the banks ,I agree it's a great time to accumulate if your a long share holder ,all day traders should not buy, they are useless to the overall performance of stocks and in most cases are harmful , like buying on rumor and selling on news.
gdepc this news tells me a few very good things ,first it tell me that the results were very positive from Aldevron , they would not have initiated a second phase for a $2 million DNA Production plant if the synthetic DNA was not as described , people this synthetic DNA is the real deal , secondly they would have to prove to Alfa Laval that this is the real deal, in order for them to even consider building the plant ,after all their reputation is on the line as well .Third and final thought for now, Alfa Laval is key to getting financing , and just maybe they wanted a third opinion before the banks would lend out the cash for the DNA plant ,third party is Aldevron . We now should be seeing news of Aldevron successful testing of or Synthetic DNA vaccine and funding news after that ,have a good night. I am getting a very good feeling , and we should start to ROCK !!!!!!!!!
I love the NEWS !!!!!
And I am even more excited about the future of DNA drugs , please all bashers wait till it drops even more ,anyways I am buying as much as I can to add to my already large position ,I think that this is the time to accumulate more and I hope the bashers never even get to buy a ticket to the best ride on the planet.

Thanks downregul8 excellent post.
You bashers have no shame your sole purpose is to shake the tree and feed on the weak like dogs. I see so many basher now, that usually means good news is at Cytogenix door .
.44 speaks nothing when we are talking about OTCBB , You know very well that if and when CYGX does hit the higher exchanges the price doesn't react to a low volume day ,there is no way higher exchanges brings down a stock price by 5 % on only .005 % of the shares volume traded ,like the OTCBB.
Arnold this is from today's 10Q , I can't help it if your brain is crippled and you can't read the writing on the wall ,that's your loss.
Are we talking of a possible cure for mad cow disease , mad cow disease is essentially a protein that is gone mad.
From Cytogenix 10Q
In many instances it is possible to inhibit the production of these
harmful proteins by introducing or producing small molecules of specific genetic
material into the cells themselves. Fortunately, this genetic activity can be
interrupted and controlled at three levels with the introduction of a specific
sequence of ssDNA into the cells; at the level of the genome itself, interfering
with the messenger RNA (mRNA) produced by the genome leading to the production
of the protein for which the mRNA is encoded and at the protein level where a
single strand of DNA may be made that will bind with the protein and disable it

tibbcat I am Moe ,but you are Shemp. LOL
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm percy you spend so much of you time trying to bash me , why? If I have no credibility. Arnold and Percy what a team LMAOF.
arnold your body maybe crippled by outside forces, but your mind is crippled by your own doing . You have a free will, you choose your own path.
Chapman ,if GNTA went to almost 15 dollars on a one horse chemical non DNA pony show, and they have 87 million shares in the float with a 114 million shares outstanding and is worth about 1.03 a share now .I think Cytogenix 78 million share float and 113 million share outstanding has a greater chance in surpassing GNTA .With all the good things in the works at CYGX and the many real DNA cures and antisense work being finished and the vaccines program and the synthetic DNA program. Cytogenix has a excellent chance to hit the dollar mark before the end of the year and hitting the 5 dollar a share mark in 2 years . Just having a little faith.
gdepc did you look at the Aldevron video , They say they can test many vaccines at a time quickly , I still think within a few weeks we should be hearing from the tests on the synthetic DNA.
http://www.aldevron.com/video.html
unhappycamper you bring nothing, your just a parrot ,can you say Pauly whats a cracker LOL, your another whining complaining basher, you are as clear as the glass house you live in ,wow ,could you, before you pass away, give something positive to this board instead of the drivvle you post. Your very first post, I new what you were, and anyone with half a brain knows what you are , Percy's little helper. Now after reading this useless post, now you know how I feel, when I read yours ,get the picture.
No assumptions, everyone has been exposed to chemicals, now considered cancer causing ,if you touched just regular gasoline you may now be at risk of getting cancer , if you were in any job that used certain cleaning agents or solvents your at risk. If you were in the Army, Navy, Marines ,Air Force, the chemicals that they were exposed to is incredible ,and at a greater risk . Your age that's easy between 55 and 60 years old .
arnold you for one should be so pro cytogenix , at your age and your past with chemicals and alike ,we are all vulnerable to cancers ,and going to the hospital and getting sepsis from small opperations ,you may be bashing the very company that will save your life . Think before you post, the chemicals that you were exposed to when you were in your teens just might come home to haunt you , and then you will be crying for cytogenix cures.
Understand something renshen1 I am tired of the bashers on this board ,if your not for Cytogenix, your against it, The Pr's are not hyped or fluff but tell exactly what CYGX is doing and who's doing it .Don't you think if cytogenix was on a higher exchange that all the news of late, that we would be rocking ,of course we would . Otcbb is far from being the true market of what Cytogenix is worth, Otcbb is the wild west of markets, where manipulation is common place, and day traders buy on rumor and sell on news all the time , Percy is a prime example of day trader , He even admitted to trying to pump up the stock when it was low and selling when it went up, and trying to bash it down again ,so he can repeat the process over and over,he admitted to it ,and if you read his posts he is doing it .I don't think for a minute that he controls the movement, but Cytogenix went up on its own worth ,Not the rantings of Percy or any one , but bashing constantly may have and effect on the weak and that is why bashers bash. Its funny how your worried about the positive comments on this board you call pumping ,but the bad posts or basher posts you didn't say anything about them . All longs will be rewarded.
renshen1 maybe if you try ,you could find something to post for all to enjoy.
Arnold ,I have been very busy trying to find things to give to this board ,I and many others are getting sick of your little parroting comments, and never saying anything against percynitwhit,if your not against someone, than you are for him .please try to find some good DD for us all, instead of sticking up for Percy .You walk in the dark side you become the dark.
