Call me anything you want, just don't call me late for dinner.
lol
punk works for me. lol
Ooops, thought I was on 101. lol
Bring it on lowman. By the way, what does PIPE mean?
Yo gurus, I would like to start DD on a stock so I can practice each step of DD.
Can any of you give me some ideas are where a good place to start DD which will either save time by spotting easy flags and/or just a good place to start?
Thanx, I'm off for my morning hike. As soon as I breach the velcro between me and my computer. lol
Some of the most respected gurus here in Hubby land say management is the most important factor of all!!!
Turn about is fair play. lol You have a happy B-day when it gets here.
Thanx Sputnik, as I get much more from balance than I do without.
Do you know how much longer now until the Jasper contract expires?
Hey Sputnik, don't you just love how Spt-blank is pretending to ignore me. lol Nice to know when you own a someone like Sptnws.
lolol
Great post med
MrPlum, please read the last couple of days worth of posts on the Money 101 board. Also we could really use a guy like yo there. I too was a cheer-leading newbie for ITKG and would still like to see it all work out. But my eyes have really been open to the market in general and it ALL aplies to ALL stocks.
MrPlum, I have a message for you on the parling lot board.
Thanx
Actually MrPlum, CEOs DON'T always spin their PRs and News Releases. More often the ones who need to spin will spin.
I've had the pleasure of knowing a couple of stocks where the CEO was conservative in his/her guidance and later we found out that things were very good with the company but the CEO didn't feel the need to be making promises about things that have not happened yet even though he/she may have been sure that good things will in fact happen.
Why would a company care about being ahead of the curve with guidance if they feel their ship will come in anyway. There will always be plenty of time for cheers of success when it actually happens.
Bedtime in Montana. Night all.
No kidding. After dwelling in the hub tonight, especially the 101 board I think I have a chance at keeping my head on the outside if I can keep up with the learning.
Thanx for your feedback brikk.
plasti
I love this board too Big Mur. Tonight has been the best read for me since I became a hubber.
Thanx gurus,
plasti
For me it was. I owned it twice. 56% and 45% respectively. And I also have a great coulda, shoulda, woulda story that goes with it.
A good iHUBER influenced me to fall out of love with this stock and be more objective. Worked.
Took the words right outa my mouth. lol NOT
The name came from the product of a stock I use to own and then I added punk just for fun. Hope i don't live to regret that. lol
A mention of using a weekly look at RSI gives a better view of a long term play? Is that to say that you get a better or worse view if you go out even farther than a weekly chart time.
That's what I thought but wasn't sure. Thanx brikk
Does this chart have a name for it's particular shape?
What a great evening of reading here on 101. Thanx
Others, who disagree with our choice in stocks are seen as the enemy. Criticism of our stock is often taken personally, as if a family member had been insulted. If we are "all-in", our stock becomes our identity, our team, almost a religion. This is common, and no doubt reflects human nature, but it is also something to be wary of.
Your right about being anxious as a newbie. I still have a little of that in me but I've noticed it diminishing as I gain more experience.
Great post S. Lobster. lol I'm printing it out.
I'm starting to get the drift that common sense can go a long way in this investing endeavor?
Thanx Creede, as I'm sure knowing the past names and business that a company has been involved in does not necessarily mean the co. is crocked but coupled with other factors one could at least choose to stay away from that investment. Right?
Does anyone know of a good sight where one can learn of a companies previous names used and previous business ventures to try and determine if the company jumps around looking for the next game to play?
Thanx for asking that yeah sure. I had the same question and I wonder if it requires a subscription to that kind of research tool although I'm sure one of the guys/gals will respond to your question soon.
plasti
Does anyone know if ITKG has had different business names over the years and/or headed in more than one business direction during their history?
I forwarded the hats you sent me.. What a crack up. I really enjoyed that one.
You notice Sptnws' cat isn't smiling either. lol
I agree. There is something wrong with Sptnws, seriously. Thank God we have a firewall/internet between him and us.
Do you guys no how to seperate SPTNWS from the other men on his block? WD40 and a crowbar! lol
Hey Sptnws, I also called the Vegas police and they told me they were just setting you up, so when you go to Vegas they're actually going to be waiting for you at your hotel, not Sputnik. lol
If everything I hear about Keith is true, then I really like the way this guy does busniess.
Sptnws is making my point even better than I had hoped he would.
Did you know that your threats and claims of action you have taken are harrasment and are illeagal Sptnwsboob. lol
I read about potential enviromental issues in the HMGP disclosure that HMGP inheritted from previous operators.
I asked Jim McBeth about any enviro-liabilities inheritted or otherwise and this was his response:
No environmental problems at all. They work closely with the state authorities in Kansas.
I think the posters can see that Sptnws is the one with the problem by reading his last posts. He gets angry and then doesn't know where to stop, just keeps ramblin'.
Oh yea, Sptnws, please quit using my old posts for your new post ideas. Can't you make up your own stuff like you do on the stock board that you seem to think is your pumpus sand box.
Maybe he would have said that at $1.50, who knows. A stop is not the worse idea in the world. Hope you never need it.
You can make money on any momentum stock MrPlum. That doesn't mean the company itself will succeed.
I made 56% and 45% repectivily on two different ocassions with ITKG so I have even more reason to be optimistic about ITKG if making short term profit is a measure of the future of a company.
I read a recent tidbit from someone who has a friend that is a long time stock trader and his opinion for what it's worth is that ITKG will not go much past $5/sh until they have an end product of some real substance.
And I hope this happens. I recently bought a pink sheet stock that shows more revs, etc. than ITKG ever has. Hopefully that will change.
Good luck with your investment MrPlum and thanx for the exchange.
Let's see, how do you say Fiboooo... ah the hell with it. lol
What an interesting read/link lowman. Is this to say we are somewhere near a harmonic point with HMGP according to the Fabonacci ratio? Or at least, not near a bad point?
Some great posts today folks.
Yo nostinkinc, Sptnws is full of it. He and I had a go around too and I kept my comments about Sptnws between he and I, BUT Sptnws bashed my family, called me a pedophile and threatened me on more than one ocassion.
Sptnws is not a stable person.
I don't mind having it out with someone but Sptnws always takes it over the top. And you can check his past posts here if you don't believe me. I think Sptnws goes into a rage when in front of his computer.
