This one is interesting given what is known(by few)...and at the same time........not known concerning the reveal.

The reveal is more important to them than any one on the outside playing the equity. If they set it up correctly, It will give them more dollar buying power on the continual back end......allowing any consolidation to be minimal(allowing stronger preferred share convertible). I want to see if they can bring the nut! Or are they just the usual "let's kill even the slightest amount of liquidity"
