Oops 200:1.
Gotta have that first cup of coffee to wake up I guess.
imo
Obi, sent that info on and Jim Neslen from Aero said he would update the website for those dealers.
I think all FCCN shareholders should check out the dealers close to them and make sure they are on Aero's website.
MTG said there were 50 in OK City but we could only find 29 in a 100 mile radius.
imo
What is more concerning is the number of shares that Aero will receive in order to get the 85-95% of FCCN they have been promised. Dilution to FCCN will occur there based on the value of Aero.
The value of your shares is really up in the air. You have to have faith I guess.
imo
To be on NASDAQ you need a consistent share price of (I believe) $4.00.
To get to $4 from where FCCN is now will depend on how well the stock performs once Aero is rolled in.
Having said that it is a 400:1 uptick so it might be a hard bill to fill.
IMO
I was reading the definitive 14A posted this last week and have found an error and I have to take issue with FCCN's summary financial statements included in the definitive 14A filed this past week.
The total liabilities are disclosed as being $187,932 as at 12/31/06.
And yet when they talk of the Conv Deb at the date of filing of the 14A (Feb 07) its balance is $199,541.
Total liabilities should include the convertible debenture but obviously something is wrong because the C/D is more than the total liabilities and the C/D has been drawn down by about $20,000 over the past few months.
Something is wrong.
imo
Do your DD and you will find all types of common interests between Javelin and GGI in the past.
IMO
Javelin and GGI have a long history together.
FCCN needs GGI to pay all of the costs of going through this merger process.
I dont think its a big leap of faith to say that GGI will get special treatment. And that special treatment could come partially in the way of signing of on removing 144 restrictions.
IMO
How about Don the mod at HSM?
The one year restriction is only on the new shares issued that they purchased for $1.00.
The rest of the GGI shares and provisions to get shares relate to a 2004 conv deb.
To get those free trading they need only get FCCN to sign a letter acknowledging them. That would not be hard to do IMO.
And I think that is why the TA is gagged. i.e. dilution is ongoing.
IMO
I heard that too on a stock analyst report on the radio.
Camenco's Cigar Lake project was not doing as well as planned.
Camenco is the worlds largest uranium miner.
Give us the Cliffs Notes version of your DD.
I met them after the run.
Lot of NSS with the guys from ABFG at that time.
imo
I had been in ABFG office on a number of occassions.
All these Russian and Middle Eastern guys there who wanted to make money and didnt care how they made it.
Obi, you were going to send me the name and address of your local muffler shop that sells Aero but is not on Aeros website.
They were also saying that the Cigar Lake project that Camenco has is not living up to expectations, hence higher uranium prices.
Long ways to go yet before they have a working mine but this could easily be a winner.
Reminds me of when Fiske was walking around trying to raise money at $0.50 a share for his diamond mine in Northern Canada.
That got sold out at $50 a share.
Just was listening to an energy analyst.
He predicts $100 uranium (currently $75) and much more demand as there is more nuclear energy required.
He probably bought into the long term plan of going public.
Some cash now .... stock for later.
Its not easy to sell private shares in a private company.
But it is possible.
Other shareholders may buy you out.
New shareholders may buy you out.
It would not be unusual for a private company to issue shares to someone like Rusty. Why not? He is performing a valuable service by getting them more eyes on their company.
A private company can still pay dividends to its shareholders.
You are probably right.
The only thing that could upset your logic is if the merger did not happen.
I would not want to be Peacock/Javelin/GGI if the merger didnt happen!!! lol
My personal experience with Sklarr is .... stay away!!!!!
The Transfer Agents list would never have shorters on it.
By definition a shorter is someone who sold, not someone who is holding.
wow ... good for him
hopefully GLXI will do some of the same for you.
Your revenue estimate is more to my liking than some of the far out $150 million plus estimate.
What I like about Aero is that it has a great product and it is growing fast.
Lets face it ... this company on started manufacturing really about 4 to 5 years ago. And look at the inroads it has made!!! This mgmt team seems to know what they are doing.
What a guy would do for a time machine.
Thats a 1000:1 return in 15 years for a great car like Porsche.
Love to be on the plus side with a stock like that!!!
Hopefully Globex is capable of being 10% as good.
Good post.
I agree with you. Lets hope the merger goes ahead ... it would make a nice success on the pinks.
got tired of posting to yourself yet?
Maybe this last filing was a good thing.
Sure took some wind out of the "TO DA MOON" segment and maybe now we will have a more intelligent discussion board.
What was the conversion of DM to Euro?
OK so this will be some good exposure then.
Excellent.
anytime you get new eyes on your product it is a good thing.
Someone told me that Aero was on 2 Guys last year as well.
Can anyone prove or refute that?
they keep him in a closet and feed him s***??? lol
I would have to say that I am cautiously tentative.
Still dilution going on in my opinion.
LOVE AERO!!!
Doubts about how the deal will unfold.
You guys have done such a great job.
I was busy all day with real estate.
I was going to do some DD over the weekend and then get in on Tuesday ... but look at what you have done to me!!!! LOL
Hey ... I have been hearing that for about 2 years ... first time I have had a German fellow actually validate it. lol
There are "promoters" that claim to specialize in getting your stock some play in Germany.
Hats off to you guys.
You are doing a masterful job of controlling the float.
I had a group propose doing a unit offering in Germany and that is what they told me ... that Germans were longer term holders because of their tax system.
Thanks for the info!!!!!!!!
No. There was a 3:1 forward split in October that changed those figures.
Not sure how the SEC will deal with an issue such as this statement brought up in the def14A:
"Past Violations not Cured by Withdrawing Election.
Approval of the withdrawing of the election to be treated as a BDC does not cure any past violations of the 1940 Act that may have occurred."
I could be barking up a tree here ... but the possibility remains that the SEC could still decide to take some action.
Anyone out there a securities lawyer???
thats the level I think she should be at too.
