!!Part one of this situation should involve a large nursery. It maybe a rough 10 acres under roof(green house) with a combined total of a rough 20 acres(or similar per speculation ;) ). So think of it as the "seed and clone" part of the equation. Because "seed and clone" is a major part of the picture:

If all is good then financials should be completed..among other things. Some of us do this for a living...not just for banking cash....but also for the mystery and suspense of the speculative play. It's a fun career....especially for not being on any one's payroll. :)

Not sure how that would be completely inaccurate given that supposed controlling interest happens to essentially reside @ Cave Creek. Said parties are also related and happen to have residence @ Cave Creek as well. When you have several different puzzle boxes....and dump them out on a table...not all pieces will make one given conclusion. Only 1/3 will. This is a 76,000 sq ft cold storage facility. It used to be a China exporter of alfalfa. Of the 76,000 sq ft...30,000 sq ft is for cold storage. Things like watermelons ;) ..etc. It also offers bailing ;) and transportation ;):

I received some affirmation from what I put forth yesterday. Will proceed further as such. Will attempt to lock down the land location and extraction/storage facilities(located elsewhere I believe). From appearance(what I have studied over the past Month)...this is a very large operation...will take screen shots if prudent :).

This will be the Month...and I have more information currently. Will release over the week end.....just so we can have something to talk about. Just being evil...eh?
