•Net Income (including pre-acquisition profit) grew 1,847% to $7.3 million and 172% to $26.7 million, respectively, in the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010 from $0.4 million and $9.8 million in the same periods of 2009, due primarily to the shift toward a more commission-based business and the overall low win rate during the quarter ended September 30, 2009.
•Non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) derived from net income (including pre-acquisition profit) for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 was $2.15, based on a basic weighted average share count of 12,378,633, and $1.24 based on a fully diluted weighted average share count of 21,523,430.
•GAAP EPS for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010 (based on net income after deduction of $4.3 million pre-acquisition profit) was $0.57 and $1.80, respectively, based upon the basic weighted average share counts of 12,810,908 and 12,378,633, respectively, and $0.40 and $1.04, respectively, based upon fully diluted weighted average share counts of 18,345,903 and 21,523,430, respectively.
I have a buy in @ 7 fwiw, Id average in with expectaction oil might fall further if the dollar strengthens further.

(CHRM:$9.25,00$-0.14,00-1.49%) , a Chinese advertising agency, said that it has signed a cooperation agreement to establish a joint venture with Wasu Digital Group.Wasu is China's largest operator and digital content provider for cable TV, 3G mobile TV and broadband TV and a supplier of IPTV services. Wasu is also one of three national operators, alongside China Central Television and Shanghai Media Group, to receive licenses to operate across IPTV, 3G mobile TV and broadband TV networks as part of China's three-network convergence.
According to Charm, the joint venture will be 49% owned by Charm and 51% owned by Wasu and will have the right to operate all advertising-related businesses across Wasu's three-network platform for 20 years.
The joint venture, with Charm as its advertising agency, will seek to develop and set the advertising industry standards on these new media network platforms, including the development of advertising products, product pricing, sales strategy, promotional materials as well as the development of advertising sales and agency policies.
China-based Charm Communications (CHRM:$9.25,00$-0.14,00-1.49%) operates its business under three brands: Charm Advertising, Charm Interactive, and Shangxing Media.
