I agree. I think that once a PR/filing comes out this will run hard. It is extraordinarily tightly held and really is holding up very well based on the fact we haven't seen info in a while. I think that in itself is a very good sign. From my last phone call, it sounds like news/filing is forthcoming at literally any moment. All just my humble opinion.

Call the company and ask them. We are not obligated to share our DD with others. We do it because we choose to. No one is obligated to share their info. Please remember that.

That filing is from two weeks ago. It's not from today. Please let's stick to the facts.

Meuse is the man! A few people on this site should take some time and do some decent DD. Some of us do a lot of extensive DD and choose to share it with the board. But we are not obligated to do so. Actually, I think you've got it wrong. The people listed on the board are actually from the old company. They are not part of the new board. It's just Meuse until the new company comes in.

TDWV was a dormant shell for 6 years. Meuse bought it and is reverse merging it into another company. What that company is, I don't know. Is it still Beverage Creations, we shall see. The old directors have nothing to do with it. Bache and Stirling held most of the shares and sold them to Meuse. However, they are still minority shareholders in the company. Not sure where you came up with your theory or your timetable, but you may want to do some DD. GLTA and have a great weekend.

If you read the 8K, Meuse started this process in June. So, we're at the tail end of 4 months. Since he's done all the SOS filings and filed the 15-12, I would imagine the deal is pretty much done and we should hear literally at any moment.

Just as a reminder Bache and Stirling are still shareholders in the company. The Anderson's may have negotiated something similar....just speculating.

I would imagine we'll see a filing or PR at any moment. They've filed the 8K, Form 3, FL SOS (state filings) and lastly the 15-12G. They increased authorized to 500 million with no change to outstanding and no other reorg in their final FL SOS filing. After that, they filed the 15-12G. Seems like Meuse put all the ducks in the row before going 15-12.

Per someone else's post, they said when they called they were told we would see an 8K or PR. When I called their offices they told me the same thing, that we will see an 8K filing or PR. So, its been about a week since the 15-12, so I would imagine it'll hit at any moment. GLTA!

That was from last year when they were trying to find a partner in the UK. Don't know if Frost-Fire is still in the picture.

If you look at the latest FL SOS filing that Meuse filed just before filing the 15-12G with the SEC, they increased authorized to 500 million. There's no other share structure change. I confirmed with the TA the authorized has increased to 500 million, outstanding is still at 79.5 million and no pending reorg.

To answer Don2007's question, is there going to be a forward split, I do not know. We shall see shortly.

That was based on the old outstanding share count. Current outstanding verified with TA is 79.5 million. Meuse holds 70 million. So that equates to 88% of the company. Bache and Stirling are still minority shareholders in the company as well, which bodes extremely well in my opinion.

Nope, markets are OPEN on Monday. They do not close for Columbus Day.

Just a reminder folks, Friday was the highest intraday high since August 21st (the second day of the major run).

Since then we've had the FL SOS filings, 8K, Form 3 and, most importantly, the 15-12G. Look out Monday!

Perhaps this is connected to lefty18's post from last week. Hopefully we'll know more this week.

I think it's still Joseph Meuse. We still don't know what company is going into this. I'm not sure if Lacy and Dr. Claus were just smokescreens for the real company or if they are associated with the real company.

I just got off the phone with a person closely involved with Bob Wieden who confirmed that Beverage Creations is going public and Wieden is the president of the company.

Wieden sold the AquOgen patent to a major beverage company for $6,000,000. They're creating a spin-off called Beverage Creations, and it will be going public. He said they plan to market aquOgen for mass public consumption.

Okay now I'm really excited that Beverage Creations was listed as the new company on the Florida website. Come on Joseph!

Well, it looks like we're well on our way to reverse merging with another company. Meuse seems to have put all the pieces in place and I believe we are now just waiting for a PR or filing, which I'm hoping will be coming this week since he's been pretty expeditious about putting this deal together and all the pieces in place.

The outstanding questions in my mind are these:

- Is it still Beverage Creations, Inc (based on the 8K filing)
- If so, is it the Beverage Creations LLC in St Paul, MN
- Or is it Beverage Creation in Seattle, WA
- Or are they linked in some way?
- Or, if its still called Beverage Creations, Inc, is it another company all together

Hopefully, we'll know these answers next week. GLTA!

This is doing really well with no news yet. Someone may know something and is accumulating. Overall the stock has been rising with good volume. One filing or PR and this will fly.

Up on strong volume this am and then brought down on relatively light volume. But looks like we're headed back up again. This is very tightly held. A filing or PR and we're off.

Looking very strong. The good thing is that its been relatively quietly moving up on decent volume. Everyday its a higher base to leap from. So when the run starts, we're starting from a much higher point. Great accumulation this am. Everything is in place. Hope to see PR or filing today. GLTA!
