Bvdog.... JB I hope you are enjoying your new position! You are a real piece of work! Don't forget "what comes around goes around" even in good old England! Right Turpinator!

It looks like by the end of the day PLYCF (Doc's New one) is going to pass up MDFY. They are .13 and climbing while MDFY is at .18 and dropping! Instead of putting anymore $$ in MDFY I joined DOC and am going with PLYCF...I am up 25% already! BVdog
"The Old Three Kick Rule"
A big city lawyer went duck hunting in rural Tennessee. He shot and dropped a bird, but it fell into a farmer's field on the other side of a fence. As the lawyer climbed over the fence, an elderly farmer drove up on his tractor and asked him what he was doing.
The litigator responded, "I shot a duck and it fell in this field, and now I'm going to retrieve it."
The old farmer replied, "This is my property, and you are not coming over here."
The indignant lawyer said, "I am one of the best trial attorneys in the United States and, if you don't let me get that duck, I'll sue you and take everything you own.
The old farmer smiled and said, "Apparently, you don't know how we settle disputes in Tennessee. We settle small disagreements like this; with the Three Kick Rule."
The lawyer asked, "What is the Three Kick Rule?"
The Farmer replied, "Well, because the dispute occurs on my land, I get to go first. I kick you three times and then you kick me three times and so on back and forth until someone gives up."
The attorney quickly thought about the proposed contest and decided that he could easily take the old codger. He agreed to abide by the local custom.
The old farmer slowly climbed down from the tractor and walked up to the attorney. His first kick planted the toe of his heavy steel toed work boot into the lawyer's groin and dropped him to his knees. His second kick to the midriff sent the lawyer's last meal gushing from his mouth.
The lawyer was on all fours when the farmer's third kick to his rear end, sent him face-first into a fresh cow pie.
The lawyer summoned every bit of his will and managed to get to his feet.
Wiping his face with the arm of his jacket, he said, "Okay, you old fart. Now it's my turn."
[I love this part....] The old farmer smiled and said,
"Nah, I give up. You can have the duck.
Nookie Green............
An Irish man goes to confession in St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
"Father, it has been one month since my last confession. I had
sex with Nookie Green twice last month."
The priest tells the sinner, "You are forgiven. Go out and say three Hail Mary's."
Soon after, another Irish man enters the confessional. "Father, it has been two months since my last confession. I've had sex with Nookie Green twice a week for the last two months."
This time the priest questions, "Who is Nookie Green?"
"A new woman in the neighborhood," the sinner replies.
"Very well," sighs the priest. "Go and say ten Hail Mary's."
At Mass the next morning, as the priest prepares to deliver his sermon, a tall, voluptuous, drop dead gorgeous redhead woman enters the sanctuary.
The eyes of every man in the church fall upon her as she slowly sashays up the aisle and sits down right in front of the priest. Her dress is green and very short, with matching shiny emerald green shoes.
The priest and altar boy gasp, as the woman in the matching green shoes and dress sits with her legs slightly spread apart. The priest turns to the altar boy and whispers, "Is that Nookie Green?"
The bug-eyed altar boy can't believe his ears but replies, "No, I think it's just the reflection off her shoes."
Lloyd I just hate when you hold back...go ahead and tell us what you really think of the man, the myth and the legend in his own mind JB......Hey Turpinator what is going on with Mr T Bone? Is he with the company or moved on? BVdog
"In principle" I do believe old chaps that would mean.... "Pluck Yew"......Reminds me of the Old "Pluck Yew" story of famous British tale!
The Battle of Agincourt.... The French, who were overwhelmingly favored to win the battle, threatened to cut a certain body part off of all captured English soldiers so that they could never fight again. The English won in a major upset and waved the body part in question at the French in defiance.
The body part which the French proposed to cut off of the English after defeating them was, of course, the middle finger, without which it is impossible to draw the renowned English longbow. This famous weapon was made of the native English yew tree, and so the act of drawing the longbow was known as "plucking yew". Thus, when the victorious English waved their middle fingers at the defeated French, they said, "See, we can still pluck yew! PLUCK YEW!"
JB we are waiting for your reply about Dividends...I do believe Old Chap...you won this round....but the game is far from over!!BVdog
Just remember how easy Turpinator popped in on everything a few weeks ago! I was very glad to hear that JB address the issue about putting the company name on the door. It would be nice to know that thousands of our dollars went to a company that had their name on the door. Now JB many, many people are asking to hear about the Dividends and their rules. So before you get to busy with your new project please take a few minutes and let us know the plans for the Dividends. Thanks BVdog
I hope my girlfriend's video did not offend anyone! I was just hoping that it would coincide with "lunch hour"! I personnally really enjoyed the music that was timed so well ...And you thought the chicken song was only for weddings! Bvdog
JB Thanks for answering many questions today on your website..very professional. ONE MORE question that always seems to be part of our daily conversation. The Dividends...please expand upon this area in your next Newsletter and good luck with your next venture. BVdog
Dam if they would only stay "sweet and clueless" for about 30 yrs...sure would be a lot more happy guys around! Than they wonder why we don't live as long...BVdog
DOC..Sometimes when I still have a bad taste..I just can't do it. The BTGLF and than the Flirty girl thing were a bit much...BVdog
Anybody watching DOC's new guy PLYCF today? It is doing 42% already today. Dam I was leary because I have followed the past stock from the company and still own a few shares ...should have could have yesterday!! They started out as BTGLF than FGIFF(flirty girl) and now PLYCF since 8/14/06...they are on a roll now! BVdog
DOC noticed you were playing around with PLYCF. I have a little experience with the past companies of the same. They started out as BTLGF...$3 share crashed and went to FGIFF(flirty girl..pole dancing) and now PLYCF...give me a little more insight Thanks BVdog climbing well today
PYPR is getting a little dip...might be a decent time to buy in! BVdog
JB..This is the way to answer many of the questions we have had. Thank you for addressing them in a news letter form. I hope we will all continue our "positive" attitude. BVdog
"INSANITY: DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS"...Albert Einstein.......
I think DOC has this statement in his bio area....
Buying shares of the same stock over and over again ....expecting the big one and seeing the same results! Oh yes...INSANITY! BVdog
JB as you can tell we are "thinking positive" and for me it sure would be a lot easier to think positive if I could see it in writing that your 33 million shares cannot be sold for 2 years. Also a nice picture on your website with the gang surrounding the office door with "Medify Solutions" name on the door would be nice....Thanks JB and look forward to your next email or Post. I hope all is going well in design land! Bvdog
Lloyd It is way worse than my simple description...wifes or husbands with no blood relations can really tear up a family because I think they really don't have the family bond or blood relationship and just want the money.
I got to share a story from a great guy I used to work with in the medical engineering world....he had 4 girls and 1 boy and put them all thru college. When the first girl came home from college after graduating she saw her bedroom furniture on the lawn for sale ..when she pulled up the drive. She ran in the house expecting to see a new room of furniture but to her surprise "Dad told her I paid for college, now get a job and find a new place to live". Well you probably guessed the rest of the story after every child graduated Dad had a lawn sell the same weekend they came home from college....It worked for him! BVdog
Lloyd..It sounds like you have plan..I hope it goes a lot better than my estate planning with my parents did. With the help of my brother and his darling wife they have had me and my family removed from the millions we were to inherit from my mom. Nice family huh! Oh well if I keep plugging away at the market we should be OK. later BVdog
Lloyd if you can get a copy of Trading for a Living you will really enjoy it and possibly get a few ideas out of listening to it. It opened my eyes...I am also raising a teenage boy. I know one thing for sure...I am glad I grew up in the 50's and 60's...and I would not want to be in their shoes today. The world is a much different place...we had freedoms they can only dream of. Good luck ..I am married to a teacher...I think I do all the yelling here!! later BVdog
"Dear Lord," the preacher began with arms extended and a rapturous look on his
upturned face, "without you we are but dust..." He would have continued, but at
that moment one very obedient little girl (who was listening carefully) leaned
over to her mother and asked quite audibly in her shrill little girl voice,
"Mommy, WHAT is butt dust?"
Church was pretty much over at that point...
Bvdog....
Check out this music video...pretty cool!

16 out of 20...not bad BVdog
New Song please..."How low can you go"...I hope I did not break any negative rules....BVdog
DOC what do you think of EAGM? With gold running very high I am looking at a few penny gold mining stocks. I am holding a few shares of TAOL also? I noticed you have talked about EAGM before...does it look like a decent time to get in? Thanks BVdog
Lloyd I have enjoyed many of your posts and have been through quite a learning curve myself. I have 5 accounts that I invest with. One is down 50% (mostly from MDFY and CESV...a very stupid China move) I would like to recommend a Book on investing to you....I have the version on tape...burned to 3 CD's. I have a local library account and can download up to 10 books and than either burn them to CD or my Creative Ipod device. Please take a minute and look into this book...I think it will take you to a new level. Also do you have any stock analysis software loaded on your PC that will help you read a data sheet and compare the company you are researching to the market?
Here are my two suggestions:
1. Trading for a Living... by Professional trader & practicing psychiatrist Dr. Alexander Elder
2. Look into http://www.investools.com/
I can tell you when I first got into investools...I was making money really easy. I bought some great stocks like STKL, GROW, AVII, and NVDA(also if I would have done what DOC suggested today and NOT sold all of the stocks at once that I just mentioned..I would have made a fortune (I bought GROW at around $9.00(30k worth) and sold at $14-15(it has gone has high as $33) ...I made real decent money on stocks that I ran through Investools software and researched. Than I thought I was smart and started to gamble with OTC crap. That is when I cut my retirement account in half. Now I am playing with the penny stuff to try and make a quick buck...I have mostly solid stuff in the other 4 accounts. I think you will really learn from the first 60 minutes of the Trading for a Living book...I hope you get a few minutes to look into the material. I am strictly a retail investor and am just a subscriber to Investools....it used to be NBCI investments...They get a real big buck for joining but I went to a local seminar and got in very reasonable. If you cannot find the "Trading for a Living" at a local library you can buy the CD Audio version for $12 from Amazon.

Bighead...Got a good story about the band Bighead Todd. I was on vacation about 12 yrs ago driving my motorhome cross country to California from Ohio....while I was in Arizona and jamming to Bighead Todd in my coach....their tour bus passed me with the Guitar painted on the back from the dam album I was listening to: I was not drinking or doing drugs either...it was unreal! Bvdog
DOC...I made a big mistake and sold 2 mil shares of PYPR when I got nervous a couple of weeks ago. I made a few bucks but I was stupid...I bought a .0019 during one of the dips. Oh well I am following you and trying real hard to stay positive about MDFY. I think Jonathan got a little nervous maybe when Turpinator made a little visit to his office. Doc what is your take about the office not having Medifys name on it? That actually bothers me more than the 33mil shares. Thanks for your advice about PYPR...I do have a couple mil shares still. BVdog
Bighead..saw the movie when it came out and loved it. I have seen many live concerts but I was blown away this weekend by TSO(Trans Siberian)...I have never seen so much talent on a single stage. If they are playing in your town...check them out! BVdog
If I can do it...anyone can! BVdog...still just reading!! BVdog
Bighead..very good point about tabs. That was always the biggest difference between my older brother and myself while we were both trying to learn to play the guitar....he had a great ear and could repeat about any song from the radio very quickly...Me on the other hand,,,I could read music and look at it like math...but no ear...but I keep trying! BVdog
Lloyd off the subject of MDFY and onto Guitar lessons. How long have you been playing? Do you have a decent guitar and is the action setup nice and low? I have been playing off/on since I was real young(10 yrs old). I am watching my son get pretty good(14 yrs old). I have bought him a couple of guitars and I have learned how through the years to do a decent setup. I figure if I could tune-up an MRI a little guitar should not be too difficult. Are you playing an electric? If you like Southern Rock..take a look at this EBAY item. You can learn some decent riffs pretty easily from this DVD...
Item number: 160046473358 the teacher Dave Celentano slows it down and you can than watch it via your computer...I take some neck scale paper and write down the neck positions and my son and me practice together and learn some neat riffs.
I found that having a guitar setup real well does help a lot when learning to play...a real cheap guitar cannot be setup with nice and low action.

Believe it or not...I have been really trying to think positive. I really believe that it is the only way to make money in the stock market. I am sure most on this board have ready many books about the psychology of the market. DOC has given me and others many good tips. It would not surprise me at all if DOC is a psychology expert...he has a great attitude and I admire him for it and hope to keep following his tips like PYPR. I and many others on this board and Equityboards are having a hard time dealing with the FACTS of MDFY. It really bothered me when Turpinator told us that the office of MDFY did not have their name on it but instead "said Tpb Technoligies on the door, it was in fact Medify". Of course the 33mil shares are very upsetting. I am starting to think that the best thing to do for the negative people like myself is dump during the next little high and move on...and let the people that are willing to ride it out and be more positive..
I will end my thoughts of today with what a good friend told me about crooks...my friend is a judge...
He said thank God most crooks have a greedy and stupid side to them...because if they did not WE WOULD NEVER CATCH THEM! Greed lands many thieves in the slammer....easy money!!
BVdog
Nice job solidgold...have a great weekend! BVdog
Purging the board sounds like a great idea to clean the slate! Is that what we want? Playing the market is like a chess game...trying to out-smart, out-think, your opponent! Well if we are all opponents in this game by all means PURGE THE BOARD! If we are trying to share info and invest for the LONG game plan like many on this board claim...we might want to re-think the gameplan. I am a small RETAIL investor..and until I see a better game plan by MDFY I could not and will not advise anyone to invest in MDFY. I feel that it is up to JB and his team to show product and reasons to invest....not what I read in the 17 pages...Maybe I missed something!
...On Sept 26 33,000,000 shares were issued to management (todays price approx $10 mil US) for salary, loans fees) I addressed part of my questions to JB about the initial loans made to the company from him and Trevor....This is a very small startup company...10 million USA$$???? Did I miss something in the 17 page report? I saw a truck $90k...where do the salarys and fees add up to $10 mil? Is there a page missing or I overlooked that shows WHY the 33,000,000 shares are given to the MANAGEMENT? ....How are the 33,000,000 shares going to help the company? How was issuing 33 mil shares going to help the investors who helped finance the start of this company? Maybe doing the 12/1 also was a great help to the investors? We are all hoping to win this chess game and we are clueless on how it is being played, the rules, the amount of players, what is the real final goal of JB and his staff? Hell we do not even know who the staff is anymore. Hell yea let's purge this board so no new investors can't follow any of this crap and we can get at least .30-40 cents for our stock....
Before we clean the slate would all of the positive people PLEASE POST WHY WE SHOULD TRUST JB...I think I must have missed those POST! BVdog
I made a few thousand quick bucks with SIRI when Howard Stern made the move a while back and thought it would be wise to put my profits into MDFY..BVdog
Turpinator..Did you make your trip to the UK and find the office building? I have been gone for a week and am just getting caught up with my stocks...Thanks BVdog
No Dick Cheney on this trip. Pheasant population way down in Iowa and too many crops still in (corn and beans)but you know the old saying "A bad day hunting is still better than a good day at work" or something like that. The first day one of the guys in my hunting party went to kick in a bush where one of the dogs was pointing...and a skunk got him...later BVdog
