Its a toxic note which converted at 0.0004. Problem there is still a priciple balance of more than 700K USD outstanding. Calculate by yourself this is almost 2B share. And dont forget the interest rate. The toxic note has a interest of 8 % p.a. So they need 70M shares annualy to pay the intrest rate. I have never seen before such a toxic note and this is the main problem here. Clive and the company got a little bit to greedy.

Before the Clives greed this stock went to 0.66 then we saw the greed of clive and the share price went to 0.11 for a long time (June til november) and forming a bottom. Then again dilution and now the bottom is between 0.09 and 0.08. The good think with every dilution the greedy pics of the company and clive will get less money. if they have to raise AS it will go immidiately to subpenny.
