Probably bs. Seeing 2 cases shoved onto the shelf isn't very impressive.
Without marketing, this stock is going nowhere. From the financials which don't say much, it doesn't look like they're spending much at all on it.
From the holiday message:
Same here. I suspect he's upset with me as I told him a while back that his posts were so long winded that few people would read through it all. Great info but just too much to read. But yes, he brought balance.
Yes. Thanks. I just had it confirmed again via pm. That's too bad.
This isn't being flipped. Maybe briefly into the hype but that's about it.
I received a pm saying that they heard his wife might have a medical problem. I emailed him a couple of times with no response. I have no other way to get a hold of him so will post when he answers back.
We'll see. I was convinced they would've by now and haven't.
The 5 Million are preferred and would carry conversion rights. He can't convert any since the a/s is almost maxed out. But it would make a good excuse for raising it without looking bad.
I was thinking the same. Enjoy the weekend too.
This stock's getting boring again. Little interest = low volumes and not many posts on the board.
Issued and outstanding. Neither one will tell you if they've been sold.
I know because I understand the process. Those saying otherwise on an audit being valid either don't understand it or are lying.
Audits are done by 3rd party firms. It doesn't matter who pays for it. They don't have any vested interest and have to review backup to support the numbers being audited.
You have no say whatsoever. eom
That's just it. Audited books would shut us all up if what they're saying is true. For now, you have to assume it's all made up and nowhere near what they're claiming. And that's because just about all hyped penny stocks are nothing but fluff.
The whole penny stock hype market operates the same way, not just BBDA. The goal is to sell shares as it's essentially free money. People sit around waiting for news because news is hype.
Timing is all it is and how much risk one's willing to take on.
Ah, but they never said they were sold. People assume that they were sold.
People are misunderstanding issuing new shares (they're not) and selling shares already held. The Billion shares the company issued this year wasn't supported by volume at the time. Exactly who the sellers are is anyones guess.
That's absolutely what happens. Take profits and tell the next guy to hold or buy more.
The down 73% is the important one. A lot of people are holding the bag and hoping for another surge.
Even longer from the $.10 it split to.
lol. I was about to post that. I've been saying BW's violating Reg FD but others here have fought me on it. Now we know for sure.
LOL. Most people can't fathom a half cent stock. Penny stock bottom feeder think they'll get rich, though.
I know. Those "articles" were all generated from press releases. They don't come from someone writing about them.
Those are all press releases from the company. They've only been mentioned a few times independently.
He meant the new distributor today. The LLC was formed in October. They have no internet presence. And the address looks like retail space.
Yeah, and gagging the TA right after. lol
He had to. The stock was no bid and marked with a stop sign. Two years later they're going to see about getting fully reporting now. No follow through on that, though.

They've been saying that for almost 2 years
There's many ways of marketing it but what's been chosen so far has been poor. They once advertised in an airline magazine but that was a waste as product wasn't available. It would've made sense if it was available on the actual flight.
I forgot about that one. That was the one where the airline went out of business a month later.
We've been saying that for years. There must be some barrier to entry since it makes too much sense to not have been tried by the company already.

I'm not mocking it. It's one of the few pr's i've believed in because it's a distributor dealing with another one. Whether it becomes anything, who knows. But it's better than a pr about some obscure distributor and then zero mention again. The Europe news was all fluff bs with a shareholder. That stuff I can't stand.
Bigger than Walmart? It's about as exciting as one McDonalds on the corner of Main and Edison Streets. It's not McDonalds corporation, it's a McDonalds owned by someone. It's good to have a new distributor but it's really not a big deal and it's possible not 1 can will get placed anywhere. Distributors want stuff to distribute but it doesn't mean they will.
Coca Cola Enterprises owns certain bottlers, that's all. There's thousands of independents. So no, Coca Cola does not own all north american bottling plants, lol.
Yes, Coca Cola's the parent company and bottlers are franchisee's.
