Thanks Cash. I've been reading some of your other posts. You certainly look like you know what you're doing. Nobody can pick all winners, but your track record shows you do pretty well. Hopefully FLST will be one of your good ones. Florida
Cash, with all the nice posts you made yesterday, why are you so very quiet today ???? Florida
cheche, at least the board showed some life this morning. It might be a start in the right direction. Just to take the time to research all these items, and then take more time to post them, means somebody out there thinks better days are coming. Florida

Good day Richard, we have meetings schedule all week, as you may know I've been fighting for our stockholders. The problem in announcing a date for the release of the financials is that they are audited by an independent company so we have no control when they are released.

Kevin, there's nothing wrong with any company pre announcing that their earnings will be released on such and such a day. It happens all the time, and without putting out numbers why not let the folks know when they will be released. You guys have to realize that the current shareholders need something to give them a little hope. While many have given up on this company, there are still many others holding and hoping that sooner rather than later they might hear something good. Even if the higher ups delay this earnings report, wouldn't it be better to share that with the stockholders? This is the time to say something, unless of course things look so bad that you have to remain silent. As you have noticed I haven't given up on this stock yet. You could say I'm in the minority right now, as most people don't trust the company anymore. Imagine how pleasantly surprised everybody would be if this company announced a reporting date for their previous quarter. They will be even more surprised if by some miracle the numbers came out better than expected. Try sitting down with your new C.E.O. and running this e-mail by him. No harm in trying Kevin. Regards, Florida

It's really at rock bottom when people can only buy shares in FLST but it's impossible to sell them even at .0001 ???? Maybe we would be better off if they just halted trading in this stock. At least then we won't have to watch it "not trade" anymore !!!! I still don't believe in bashing a stock or the company publicly, but you can add me to the long list of disgruntled investors. Looks like this could be my last contact with this company, that is if we still have one. Rich

Hi Richard, it hasn't been easy and as of now we have a new CEO, back to John Thomas.
What happens if nobody buys any shares at .0001 with all these toxic shares waiting to be sold? How do these diluters recoup the money they have invested? It's starting to look like a game called chicken, to see who blinks first. The company probably doesn't want to release anything that might bring the price up even a little bit, in order to keep these diluters from making any money. I'm pretty sure the attorneys on both sides are trying to figure out just how to handle this problem. In the meantime all of us that still have shares in this stock are helpless to do much of anything. There's not much worse than watching your stock "not trade" !!!! Florida
Thanks Reptos. As far as board marks go, I really don't know exactly what they mean. I've been accumulating a few over the last couple of years so I guess that must be a good thing. As far as this stock goes, not trading much lately at all, while hopefully waiting to hear something good, is very trying. Right now all we can do is keep on hoping for the best. Florida
Most of us still left here are in the same boat. Some have held it longer than others, and some have paid more. Nobody likes to see their stock without a bid, without any news that might help sell more of the remaining shares, and without anybody confident enough right now to buy shares. Everybody that has a position in this stock has to be concerned. However the alternative is to sell our shares for next to nothing. Maybe they can still come up with something to put some life back into this stock. At least that's my hope and probably that of many others. Let's hope for the best in November as stranger things have happened in this land of sub penny stocks. Have a nice weekend everybody. Florida
Then they would have to increase the authorized shares to your 4 billion number. Otherwise how could they sell shares that don't even exist ? When their transfer agent tells us that the authorized shares have been increased, then I will believe it. Until then I don't think there will be any reverse split. If you're not a basher, sorry my friend. Florida
I agree Big Al. Now if we could only get some real volume again! Florida

Where did you get those outstanding share numbers from. Your 4 bil. share number doesn't match what their transfer agent just gave me. Sorry but I'll take their total which is right up to date and verified, over yours that can't be verified any day. Amazing how many bashers have appeared here over the last few weeks. It's very easy to bash a company when it's down. If this stock turns around I wonder how many will still be posting ???? Florida
That's what he posted my friend, and he wanted to share it with everybody on this board. No matter who created this mess, he said there's a lot of work to be done to fix it. He didn't sound like a man that's going to give up without a fight. Florida

Good morning Richard, we are still working on turning the company around, it hasn't been easy do to the prior managements mismanagement and all of the toxic dept they signed. I haven't gone silent and I do try to respond to every email I receive, the only emails that I don't respond to are the ones that ask for insider information. I am currently in discussions with our corporate council to release news on our third Q numbers, he is responsive and I believe he will approve my request this time. Presently we are fighting Magna and Asher on issues that they are trying to pressure us in implementing. We are still a fully reporting company and we will not put out fluff, we are a real company with real problems that we are working slowly to fix, I can't say if we will become a Fortune 500 company or fail as a company, but I will give it all I have to make this company successful. Not to many people know this but I'm all in on FLST, I have my life savings and my Twelve year old Son's Collage fund in Fuelstream, I doubt that any investor out there has more to lose than myself. Please understand that we are working hard to make this company successful.
PS: Feel free to post this email.

Kevin Blanco

Looks like the cat's got your tongue Kev. Not answering anymore are you ? In your very first e-mail to me you mentioned that Magna and Asher had loads of shares to sell courtesy of our last C.E.O. and his group. You also alluded to the fact that when they finished selling, this stock could do its thing again. Well with almost 600 million shares traded on Friday, and the authorized shares at 2.5 billion, for the time being at least, how close are we to buying up those remaining shares at the .0001 price ? I would appreciate some kind of response to this message Kevin. Respectfully, Florida

Good day Richard, sorry that it took me so long to respond but we have been very busy. We returned from the conference on Friday. If you need to know where we stand on the convertibles please call Gayle at Colonial stock transfer. Magna and Asher are still not out yet and I know that news needs to come out but we won't put out fluff. If you need any information please call or email our IR, they have more leeway in what they can say.
A/S according to their transfer agent is now at 2.5 billion as of last Friday. Any other number is just somebody's guess. Florida
What would be the point of increasing the authorized shares at this time. With the sale of remaining toxic shares almost over, and the company making money, as per indications for their last quarter, why not just move ahead by getting more and more contracts instead of more and more shares???? I know everyone no longer has much faith in Kevin, but in an earlier e-mail he did mention these two toxic shareholders, and seemed to feel that once they were done and gone we had blue skies again !!! If we don't believe that then there's no reason to keep buying up these very, very, cheap shares is there ? Why start issuing another bunch of these toxic shares when their revenues are growing each quarter ???? Let the .0001's be all bought up and then let's see what this company says and does. Florida
To see FLST listed this morning as number 3 on the breakout board is amazing. Has anyone ever seen a stock go to no bid and at the same time get this high a rating on Momo's breakout board ? Early yesterday afternoon it was at # 49. Now after a huge burst of selling at .0001 driving it down to no bid, it's reached #3 on the list. Maybe all those shares changing hands yesterday might turn out to be a good thing. The sooner all these toxic shares are in "new hands" the better it will be for the stock price. Nobody really knows just how many are still left, but they certainly cut that number way down late Friday. Now if the "investors" continue buying up all the .0001's and the company can announce something that even sounds positive, who knows where this share price might go? Come on you guys at Fuel Stream, give us "something"! As far as Kevin never having gone to Africa a couple of weeks ago, Big Al's posting of the goings on with their soccer team and their need for fuel, tells me he went and returned as he announced in an earlier e-mail. I'm really glad I didn't sell any shares, as things can change overnight on Wall Street. Looking forward to an interesting week. Florida
It finished at #11 on the breakout board. For a stock with no bid that's pretty unusual. As far as a reverse split goes, I don't see one coming. 2.5 billion authorized share doesn't warrant one in my opinion. You would leave them with very little shares which is not a good thing in pinky land. Florida
Don't ask me why as I don't understand it. FLST went from #49 on the breakout board up to #19 ???? "WHY" ???????? Florida
Thanks again cheche. Florida
Is E-TRADE still at the ask? If so how many shares is he showing? Florida
cheche, thanks for letting me know about E-TRADE. Could you post just how many shares they are trying to sell at the .0002 number? Thanks again, Florida
Right on the money cheche. I also asked for the numbers from a few months ago, and this is what Gayle sent back.

Sincerely,
It looks like yesterdays e-mail that I sent to Kevin will be my last. If anything good was even being discussed by these guys, he would have responded even if he said nothing. However since nothing is happening with this company he had no choice but to ignore my message. I guess I hit some sore spots but that's how I feel. Not only are they strapped with all these toxic shares waiting to be sold, but a couple of market makers are in full control of this stock now. You can only sell at the bid of .0001. Try putting in even a very small order to sell at the ask and it will never be executed. Not only is this company trapped in this mess, but so are all the shareholders along with them. Our only hope is for some miracle to occur that would possibly give this stock a little jolt upward. Even that is problematic since there are millions of shares waiting to be sold when and if they can announce anything positive. This has to be one of the most disappointing stocks I've ever been involved with. Florida
For what it's worth if anything, I just sent this message out. Me

Hello again Kev. How did things go at the big trade show ? When you read our message board tonight you'll find that more and more of our positive investors are not very happy. Some of these same people have been posting messages of support until now. They are angry and look like they might take any price just to get out of this stock. Not a good sign when you're trying to build up some confidence in a company. Unless you folks can say something pretty soon, you might have to start all over again trying to build some confidence in your company and in the people running it. No sense of my posting anything now, as it would only be viewed as pumping this stock, and there is absolutely nothing I could answer back with. Maybe it's time for you guys to sit down with your C.E.O. and release some long overdue news. If you have anything positive now would be the time to release it. No matter what I or some others decide to do with this stock, it's important right now for you guys, to step up to the plate and tell us something. Best wishes, Rich

There isn’t much I can tell you except FLST is doing well and building the business We were a victim of some toxic financing, which was signed off on by officers of the company who are no longer with us. The result is the decimated stock price. We appreciate your vote of confidence as a shareholder.
