Tjak,
Just thought I would state for the record that Vodafone and TPP are now public with their support as I said they would be. In the UK the news is beginning to spread. I would suggest that now the true shareholders start to believe or at least take the proposition seriously again with a potential to make it.
I know better than most that mistakes were made but as everyone now can see through third parties, the company is on track and is now able to progress at a pace.
2 down, 3 to go on the predictions that I made last week. No promises just delivery.
But I still see the board is plagued by individuals who want the company to fail. What is the point in this if we all want success for the company and success for ourselves?
That is a question for the individual to identify the motivation and reasoning behind much of the communication on iHUB.
Like I say, two predictions, two successes and all to play for.
So ask yourselves the question, what if I am right? If I am, there is a real opportunity to get to where we all want to be!
Dont' know and I have tried to pm him. But why would you want to throw stones at all with the news that is now happening?
Further, it looks like it is provided by the company. Through the board the company will know that the members are serious investors, shareholders and so that the site cannot be used for deliberate bashing and manipulation.
It also means that the answers will now come directly form the company and not from me or private emails.
Jonathan is right on plan, as to what he has been telling this group in the last couple weeks. Absolute fact. Support your investment!!! Go MDFY GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh By the way How about THIS NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://www.vodafonebusiness.co.uk/applications/html/certified_applications.html
Or the simple fact that people here are not who they say! I think it's smart, and you have to sign in with an email address. Not that's hard to come up with an email, but I think it can be tracked. Great move on Medify's part. Good luck.
I just signed up for it under Longterm.

TPP and Medify Solutions Limited to Launch SystmOne Remote
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TPP today announces the commencement of a working partnership with Medify Solutions Limited to launch SystmOne Remote.
The new product, to be launched as SystmOne Remote powered by Medify, will deliver full access to SystmOne will the ability to update patient notes in a single secure session via any Microsoft Windows Mobile powered PDA/Smartphone.
The introduction of a SystmOne Remote solution will enable health care professionals to access and update medical records securely while on home visits or away from their PC/Laptop.
The benefits are clear:
personal safety - a handheld device is far more discreet than a laptop;
time saved - no more adding notes to SystmOne when you return to your PC;
clinical safety - view a patient's full history and notes as you assess them.
Medify Solutions is the first business to have developed an NHS N3 Secure Remote Access product - addressing critical requirements of governmental strategic directives, using the latest flexible, integrated wireless and web-based technologies.
Dr John Parry, GP and TPP's Clinical Director, says, "I see SystmOne Remote as a great improvement and something that will make our lives as clinicians easier. I am very much looking forward to experiencing the benefits and seeing patient care made safer by having access to the record away from the surgery."
Remote access to patient notes is the ideal solution for healthcare professionals in their quest to provide better, more efficient, and more informed quality care to the patients. Thanks to Medify Solutions, healthcare professionals have the ability to access, update, and review patient records securely from anywhere in real time.
A further announcement will be made later this year detailing how and when users will be able use SystmOne Remote.

I will let you know as soon as I do. Look at the TPP though, I have read alot about them in the past few months from my old posts. Remember the March statement from Medify when they were talking to other companies, well it turns out that this TPP backed by CSC(in the US) are bigger than EMIS( I think). I'm still doing research, and trying to run a business. Have a great day, and let's get the Vodafone news!!!
Hello Bob,
Did you read my email from Vodafone? It will be released today! Have a great day Bob.
Tom
I have a great feeling about not only tomorrow, but the days and weeks to come. Go MDFY !!! Have a good night.
I thought you were smarter than that. I meant that he had the decency to reply to me, and state that the error was on Vodafone's part, and it will be corrected. Do you think I'm lying? Or that I made up the reply on my email? Not to be disrespectful, but I'm not a trader and I don't have any experience trading stocks.
They told me because it was a pink, you have to wait. That is why I wire.
I just realized you are a trader not an investor. Good luck to you, but I am not a trader.
I think your 100% wrong. I have been posting the proof. Read what the marketing manager of Vodafone said to me in a private email. That is third party confirmation. Do some DD on TPP and see how big they are. I'm not talking about what "they" meaning MDFY said, I'm talking about what Vodafone, EMIS, and TPP have stated publicly in recent weeks. Don't you understand that this little company had big problems in the past. They did what they had to do to survive. Now it seems to be turning a corner to better things. What Jonathan has been stating is coming true from third parties. Now I said turning a corner not the corner. I think there is ALOT of work to do, BUT it is good that there is ALOT of work to do.. Get my drift! Sales, contracts, product rollout, revenue in the bank! Good luck Medify trader! I would be called medify investor.
You can fill out a form from your bank which lets you wire money from your home/office with a pin number. Not sure if no charge or small charge($5.00)?
I am charged $20 for a wire, but I get the money in less then 5 hours.
After reading the last statement from Jonathan and seeing the factual information coming into play. Let's continue to support the company and ask questions as we go forward.
Thanks,
Tjak
response from Jonathan:
Tjak,
I made several predictions and promises as to what is happening with the company and the progress it is making. The company has update, it has Voda as confirmed by Nick Langton (live tomorrow) and TPP and CSC. Now that the company has what should have been given contractually months ago, as I said, everything is now falling into place, fact.
So as far as I am concerned two promises two successes, let’s hope my luck holds out eh?.
Now what if I am right about the other promises, the PCTs, the orders, the commitments the company has and the national adoption?
Maybe just maybe we will after all the trials and tribulations and history, we could be on to a winner and soon.
My closing statement is, I said these events would happen, I said this week, they have and we’re only on Wednesday.
Thank god I'm in the office alot. This Friday I will be out again though. This is my only investment in a start up company, and I feel that I/we should support it like our own. I'm sure I wouldn't get to far with a ceo from GE. thanks
Tom
It is an absolute FACT that Jonathan spoke the truth about the things he did correct and where he made mistakes. He is now doing his best for the shareholders and Vodafone,EMIS, and now TPP are stepping up to the plate. Support the company if you have any money invested in it.
You got it
Well I was pissed off enough to email Mr. Nick langton at Vodafone, because I for one believe Jonathan. I guess I got Nick Langton's attention. His response below
Dear Mr ----,
I can assure you that I am one that believes that when a date is set that this should be delivered.
This has however been out of my control today, the information has been updated and is ready to go live however this won't be until tomorrow.
I have attached a link to the site with the updated information so I can assure the work has been completed.

Nick Langton,
I'm not sure how you conduct business in your country, but here in the US when a business makes a public statement with a specific date they stick to it. The board and executives of Medify Solutions stood by your comments to the shareholders that you were going to demonstrate on you website :
In order to clarify the situation regarding Vodafone Certified Application Status, MedifyRemote™ should already be listed under Certified Applications within the Vodafone UK website.
The Company has been given assurances that this will be in place and rectified by 21st March 2007.
As of 6:32PM your time, this has not happened. Please atleast respond with some clarification as to the out right lie.
Respectfully yours
Thomas ----
response to your question:
Don’t know the detail on revenue sharing if any. I would suspect knowing Ian’s background it would be a percentage of the sales they bring in – typical mobile operator deal/retail.
I would think Medify has learnt it’s lesson and if not you should e-mail Ian to point out the mistakes I made.
response to your questions:
The offer stands and was put to Ian.
No I have not offered to come back on the board, I will leave that until I have proven what I stated about the company and the upside.
Loan for Medify I believe is still in play but it is with a private finance group. It is defintiley an alternative to the 504’s
Yes I have Governmental connections and corporate connections that would provide the added value.
Yes I have many valuable medical connections.
Ian has good connections for healthcare insurance through his private network at KPMG, and the Caudwell Group (20:20)
I have no other information other than Norfolk, Doncaster, Luton have kit and Bristol, Measham, Barnet have orders in. I do know the company sent out though an NHS data base a multiple e-mail shot to around 9000 GPs last month. I know that there are 7 localities already agreed to adopt MedifyRemote plus e-mail capabilities at around 400 units per locality in the first wave. These orders were booked and have been in place since last summer up to End of November and I would expect Ian to be continuing to communicate with them especially now as the company has the update.
The decision was made before I left to concentrate on PCT orders as they managed the community based staff which is significantly greater in numbers than GPs.
How many users? God knows but there are 2000 plus booked that I know of on update being available. So I would expect a minimum with CSC and TPP pushing to be at around 5000 but if one of the regions go, take Liverpool as an example, this could be 10 tomes greater. The numbers in the NHS are huge and all that the company needs to be accepted as a national solution is one of the regions or localities to adopt and they have 7 so it should now be all to play for.
No I do not have a Medify sign on my door, why would I they are my offices for my business. And before Turnip head gets angry, I loaned Medify office space because the company secretary demanded that I took back control of the company due to possible irregularities which I was asked to sort out and lead the board.
Good question and I can’t criticise Ian as I brought him in. Nik is doing OK, learning a lot, making some mistakes but is evidently motivated and his game is getting better. All I would suggest is that he doesn’t listen to the boards so much and take your comments personally. I would ask he beings to communicate with the share holders again butt at is his call. My experience of Ian is that he is a professional, knows the business world and has adapted to the NHS well. It is a complicated arena but he is applying good solid business acumen to the role. I know whilst I was share he dealt with some difficult and challenging issues and was even threatened by one particular individual who should have taken notice of Ian’s response. But what I can say is that the company is now about to deliver big style or not and with the moves forward I think it is the former. To prove the point, the company now owns it’s own product, IPR and NHS N3 gateway. That is a move giant leap forward from the original proposition.
By my map Doncaster is in South Humberside! We need a national PR to set this thing off!! Go MDFY !!!
response to your question:
Value add to Medify is simply that it now has another route to market with existing customers that want remote access to their patient notes. TPP is the preferred system of choice in 4 LSP. As an example, there are entire regions such as South Humberside, which proposing to migrate its GP systems in totality to TPP.
Thus through TPP Medify now has a new market in the secondary care sector – doubles the size of the potential market for MedifyRemote and a national opportunity which was the ultimate goal.
Value add to System one is that it provides secure approved access to their system, using an N3 approved Medify Gateway and it extends their offering to their customers which have identified a need for remote access. Also they can have this advantage without development in an area that is not their speciality. The same reason Medify does not develop, at the moment, its own GP system.
Both companies benefit, both companies improve thier offering, both companies expand their potential market and sales and both companies are nationally approved.
In addition, Medify gains a partnership with one of the LSP contractors for the NHS. These are the gate keepers to the end user and all systems being used in the NHS have to be either approved in their own right or approved for usage with a partner. Thus Medify has achieved today wit an LSP contractor (Local service Provider that is and must be spine compliant - the objective of CfH) and thus has national significance for Medify.
response to your question from Jonathan:
With the new technical team Ian has in house and as system one is xml and windows based, this is a 3/4 week job tops in my opinion but you should direct that question to Ian. The product will not need to be re-certified as it is being develop with TPP as part of the their system as an extension to the already existing product they provide.
I do know they have already completed work on a hand held product that synchronises the patient data when the device is returned to its cradle at base. What this means is the interface, the thing Medify has waited 7 months for form EMIS, is already completed,. So it is a question of replacing fixed line or cable if you like, with a mobile solution which is exactly what Medify has with its own N3 gateway. Again everything can be done in house so the company will not need to wait on or for anyone.
Revenues are absolute. The big win for Medify is Liverpool which is a JV with Vodafone. But as an example and to demonstrate the need for this product, the meeting with TPP was yesterday and they have agreed the plan today. Do you think the product is in demand and that there is a market. I do and | know there is. Revenue news and momentum will build. I know that there is more news with partners that will provide immediate and direct access to end users. But now the company ahs two partners and two routes to market.
If the company is smart it will facilitate contact immediately with CSC and roll out nationally with them.
Everyone wants to talk about revenues and upside, The easiest measure of this is who the company now partners with. If you take EMIS as an example, they are approved providers of a service to the NHS. If you take TPP it is a partner of CSC which controls and manages through it LSP NHS contract, 4 of the 8 regions. CSC would like everyone within their regions to adopt the spine compliant product that they promote TPP,. So with the added benefit now of remote access through Medify, do you think they will promote the product, simply yes and they have no competitor deals within our product area. They have a synchronising solution and now a secure mobile solution.
Let’s see what the day brings because I am sure that we have not seen the end of the news and developments. It would be perfect to have the 211 this week so we could have MM support form Next. I would suggest your choice to buy would be a good move because there is no way logically the pps can stay where it is. So if you have bought at 3 cents and it moves to 6 cents, not a big ask, you have doubled your money, can average down and you may end up with a no cost share holding.
So did I.
If 100 investors bought 10,000 shares ($300), one million total, where would the pps be? I think it will go north, especially if we get some kind of national PR to hit the wires!!
Any thoughts??
response to your question:
NO not at all. They have provided the update so Medify can now launch the full product.
But why stop at one provider when the company can interact and integrate with them all. Medify is the only company to have all the badges, N3, security assurance, BT, NHS, CfH plus all the major players in the NHS. So why not make the products available to all users which is I do believe what they have done.
