Nearly 10M has already been remediated and what was left to announce as of 6/25 PR is only the remaining 3M to transfer over into longer term preferred equity as well as 2 settlements of 200K and 100K. The announcements of those two will clear all the convertible notes on the books. Waiting on final confirmation from Bob and Team in coming days.

Yes uplisting to big boards is the future goal as stated by company but first thing is getting restructuring and toxic notes behind us. After that it's about long term non dilutive capital sales and revenue potential acquisitions and moving to positive net revenue growth as a company. One step at a time. Dsgt!

Sid I feel your frustration as well nobody wants to be in this position either we all are looking for a turn around soon and an improvement in pps but it's hard to do so until we complete restructuring and get the necessary details of it plus info on other items like capital, sales revenue, etc. I am not here to bash other folks or the company or anyone else. Glad they confirmed restructuring moving along and soon i expect we will be cleared of toxic notes. Once debt remediation is complete i hope Bob and Team share all the details and answer lot of outstanding questions to support shareholder value as stated previously as company moves forward in positive direction. "Numerous updates to follow" per CEO with my communication with him yesterday. Imo I expect we could get hit by waves of updates after last of the notes are cleared and restructuring is done which may be sooner than later as we head in August. Jmho! Dsgt!

That’s exactly what I was trying to point out earlier in language as it was direct quotes from Bob. “Over 3 million in profitable revenue” is where we are headed as a start with more to come as company goes in new direction with no toxic debt. So this assumes he knows all toxic notes will be or is already cleared off the books. That announcement should be coming along with the filing next month. Dsgt

Agree Don, one needs to look at what is coming in not to distant future. From the bottom there is only one place this is going and CEO just confirmed the key aspect of it which is incoming profitable revenue. Dsgt
