I don't know about the shares here or the share structure future status. I know the ask keeps getting re-loaded and I want to know more about this "delisted" dividend. This makes no sense, but I would like to hear about it as IQST already announced that MSPC shareholders will get dividend in their stock and also, they wouldn't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars reverse merging Etelix into a new company ticker just to have their first statements be a lie that can potentially get both companies in a lot of trouble. Lets be for real....how many people ACTUALLY bought stock because they thought they were getting a dividend.....im pretty sure none because as I remember, they didn't even tell me they were giving out a dividend as I was still loading up even after they spun off Etelix....they just sprung it out of nowhere. AND there has been plenty of volume after the fact, even though the PR clearly states that the dividend date was sometime BEFORE they released that PR....so really...in reality...they didn't even pump the dividend at all. PLUS the stock didn't even move exponentially to the downside after that..eliminating the "we are going to dump this stock to no bid while people expect to get a dividend".

Im petty sure if this was a scam they wouldn't tarnish 2 tickers for a mere .0026 move to the upside. Not only that, but they would not go thru so much as to promise dividens and super 8k's and everything else if this were a scam. If this were a scam it would have been heavily promoted and there would be no spinoff, def no dividend. If this were a scam they would drive the price as high and as quick as possible. Why would this "scam" mention big CPA firms who are auditing them....why would they mention dividend....why would they mention anything ...especially if its not directly effecting the pps. Scams=PPS Hungry positions! Not building actual value in anything...but hype. There is literally no promo for Etelix or MSPC and there is really no hype. There never has been....The only hype is what US INSIDERS know...people own hundreds of Millions of shares of this.

Just a quick confirmation....I've been with POTN since last year. The money they have made playing their stock, they have REALLY put it to use. They have expanded their products TEN FOLD! They are going to expos, and actively pushing their products. Diamond CBD is coming up hard. They are going International. Im 100% safe with my funds in POTN, and i'll honestly expect a buy back soon and Im going to sink way more cash into this when the time is right. I live in Florida, where they are based out of. Its amazing what they are doing to the CBD industry IMO.

If you look at the 5 Form 3's you'll clearly see that $MSPC owns the majority of the shares, even though its only 41%...Then you'll look and see that $MSPC insiders and people we already know from $MSPC own basically all of the shares. Which leads me to believe.....are the missing shares on the Form 3's....is that our dividend AMOUNT!!!!

Lets be realistic...no broker really even lets you buy these stocks at all...TD Ameritrade wont let you buy...like wtf they dont want people 10x their investments like that for real. They want to direct big money into Bluechips that get a steady 10 - 15 % cap where they can make a safe absorbent amount of commissions per trade and have a reliable spread and a reliable short cover. List your brokers...I bet its Schuab or its not mainstream. PLUS, most other brokers only allow you to buy 4,999 shares. Thats a big wtf. Im at Schuab, personally, and they will only let me buy 999,999 shares at once...

ITS 100% CLEAR $MSPC AND $MSPC INSIDERS OWN THE VAST MAJORITY OF $IQST. They are about to run this up so high OMG!!! Dude they are smart AF! They run $IQST Up they get paid 30 - 50 million dollars each...then they run $MSPC Up they will probably make another 20 - 25 Million each. They are going for the home run here. Retail didn't just dump that 100 shares. Why would you pay a 5 dollar commission to dump 2 cents worth of shares...it wouldn't happen. MM is playing games. Its over 500 million on the bid. I bet that bid moves up exponentially once the price goes up. I think that $MSPC is already buying back their shares. Why would they announce a buyback before they bought it back...that would just increase the price and cause them to pay more. Instead, they are draining the life out of the stock to get every last bit of value out of it before the new year, which is when we all expect pennyland to get extremely hot and this stock to skyrocket well past 1 cent. Those 30 million shares on the ask is a virtual gift. Thats a nice 10 thousand dollar position right there reserved for one lucky person, because at .003, thats worth 100k. Do your math folks...we're getting rich off of this stock. Mark this post. Im putting down on that new Tesla!

Thats not a big enough pop. To really shake people...pop it to .003 and see what happens. I wonder if i'll even hang on past that. It will suck if they popped it way high and still didnt release the dividend info, holding it in contempt until after the multiple penny run.

I think it would be smarter to pop the stock a little before the dividend announcement. That would be smart AF. Then the longs will probably dump and miss out by trying to take a quick profit because they have been waiting so long.

THey make more money by popping the stock higher with a small float and then promo $MSPC saying they own hundreds of millions of dollars in $IQST then popping the stock of $MSPC into the multiple of pennies, then giving us our dividend, then moving $IQST higher. Let us dividend holders cash out, then they bank on the $MSPC side by buying back at a lower rate because they are still holding $IQST shares, then pump $IQST up to its 10x rev mark , which will probably be somewhere around 240 million dollars, or around what...10 bucks a share. then $MSPC owns 41% of that...then their 10x multiplier...then they acquire a CBD company doing the same numbers and take them public...

Quickest question ever....how did you get screwed if you bought in 3 years ago and sold at a 29x profit like you say you did....that is way more than the stock market average of 8-10% a year dont you think. I'll be happy with a 29 bangger right now I swear.

NEWS on $IQST Form 3 states Inglesas owns a little more than 3 million shares of IQST. If $MSPC owns a little more than 6 million shares, and Inglesas is in with $MSPC, then we actually control the majority of the shares over at Etelix, thus not loosing anything really, and gaining a new strong shell for the Etelix company to grow into and call their own. I like it!

What if there is some naked shorting going on here and they are trying to take this company out and make it go bankrupt, but they cant. If they clear a certain price target, they are going to be short AF and have to close their positions. Or, like I said if $MSPC is lying to us then that could be the explination. Either way, something is going on because it makes ZERO sense how the market isn't catching on to this or $IQST at all. Its like people are saying this is too good to be true and taking their money elsewhere. I , for one, believe in the company because I have seen them spin off Etelix into IQST and I have seen how the MGM team acts, but still.....someone bought up earlier. There is no volume at all on IQST. There is no interest in the shares that we own in the company. I know that we are supposed to become fully reporting soon, but IDK....its becoming season and a lot of stocks are doing well while we hold a bag here at $MSPC. And still...no dividend announcement. I mean...did they flat out lie about the dividend on this ticker and the $IQST ticker.....I don't think they would do that...that would screw both tickers. IDK...maybe 2019 will be that year for all of us to shine, maybe 2020.
