I agree, it’s huge actually. It’s one thing if they were only raising money through selling shares, it’s another to have a third party bringing money in.

Gold prizes increasing means nothing Unless a company shows proof they have gold in there portfolio and this company doesn’t.

There was a poster who made a couple very good points. This company is in the red, they’ve got a lot of debt and we have yet to see any of the dilution the company promised in there most recent filing.

Until the company follows up on whether or not they’ve even produced anything from there June Pr, then we don’t know what this company has mined. But it’s zero so far.

Yeah, It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out. From the looks of it and how it’s been trading, could be a monster...

Or it could be like 95% of the other tickers in the OTC that once had high hopes and today don’t even have a single trade made.

While there are blocks and this can move quickly, there's a lot between 75 to .01. Once each MM gets cleared at 75, they will retake a new position at 76, 79, 84, etc. Until we reach .01, we wont know what it'll really take.

It looks like OLMN took a break the last two days, but now that the company is dumping shares and OLMN continue to pay off there note, without that Pr, this likely won’t hold.

An excellent example, Their issue is there SS, how much the company dumped in the last two months and how big each step is even to .0020 (which it still has yet to reach). I do hope it runs, but with that SS, there will never be enough SH support to keep it going.

The point is, are SS is the exact opposite, and we've held our gains now on two separate runs. This is all with days of little volume. Whether it's one week or 4-weeks, the moment they pr their production, that's when this will explode, and because the SS is so thin, once we get to silver, each step up will be half to full penny steps...all just specualtion btw.

Another thing we have in our favor and I know not everyone may share this opinion but that BMIX is still very much an unknown.

I could give numerous examples, some of stocks that just spiked in the last two days and now they are at there original levels, and these have huge followings...

It’s always these stocks that are the big runners. Again, just my feeling and opinion.

For sure...pps has been holding nicely, but anything related to production, especially something tying in the Hedge Fund....

Thats what’ll send this on a run that it will never look back from...hopefully $BMIX can join the list of memorable big movers...

At least that’s what I’m banking on and have been for a while.

I’m talking about the timeline the pr on 6/4 gave.

I don’t think OLMN is the only one selling shares on behalf of the company, but if they can follow through, it won’t really matter.

The Pr came out 6/4 and the CEO was quoted as saying:

“Brazil Minerals believes that the initial excavation to attain the level needed for auriferous and diamondiferous gravel removal will take six to eight weeks, after which regular processing should start.”

I know he was estimating but 8-weeks puts the date for Friday. Does anyone know if the company drilled in any of the 35 holes? Or how long “Processing” takes?

To anyone i messaged on the board, even if this run is brief (Hopefully we hit .05) very nice job on picking this one and deciphering the weekend filing for what it is, which is the first step in what we’ve been waiting for.

Yeah, okay. Imo this was a dumb move by the company, the whole thing and the way it’s been handled. I bet Jupiter doesn’t even sell 10,000 shares today, same way it hasn’t traded in months. But the stock where the focus is, you only posts filing about dilution? It’s either shady af, or just dumb moves.

I get all of that, and that’s not my point...I guess we’ll see what’s gonna happen, no point in talking about.

Then why didn’t they PR both companies? I’ve seen that happen a dozen times when two companies share interest like this.

I know who it is... All I’m saying is this, If this is the news we’ve been waiting 2-months for, that the stock we own is gonna get shredded with even more dilution...

But the sister company trading at $1, only gets the PR, then I can’t see how this benefits this specific investment. Isn’t part of the PR’s purpose to bring new shareholders?

I could be wrong but I’m usually not, and that’s what bothers me. I mean we’ll be able to call this for what it really is in a few hours. I might end up selling this and buying Jupiter tbh.

47% to be exact, but my point is, I’ve seen PRs for Jupiter in the past that have had zero affect on BMIX.

If BMIX is “The Company” why wouldn’t the PR come in BMIX’s name? Jupiter trades at .90 a share, why wouldn’t they dilute that stock?

So they are diluting BMIX but dropping PRs under Jupiter’s name? Only? Idk, smelling more like a scam to me every day.

Yeah, I emailed them too and didn’t get a response. We’ll see, for me, after this week if there’s nothing of substance, then I’m out. I said this two weeks ago, before the weekend filing. And that filing won’t change my mind. Especially if there’s nothing tomorrow and they come in heavy with shares, I don’t plan on holding during that. I’d rather buy back in at a later time.

But GL, let’s see how this one goes.

Yeah, I agree. It’s funny they a 250M increase and any form of dilution would be beneficial.

BUT...I think what they are saying is for the company to even make this type of move and go on to announce it means that “significant” news, and I emphasize the word significant, is on its way...

I look at these two way...

1) We do see news next week, and it will be strong enough to push this upwards that diluting 50-250M shares is nothing. We may see volume 200M+ daily and dumping shares like they have been for the last two weeks won’t matter. And I’m totally fine with this if the PR or whatever they are doing is something that matters.

2) The second is what everyone who isn’t familiar with this stock would be concerned about....and that’s how could they dilute 250M shares when the stocks daily volume isn’t even 20M a day?

I do think it’s the former, It only makes sense. If it were the latter, then we are not only dealing with an incompetent CEO, but a extremely greedy one as well, but I don’t think that’s the case.

Yeah, “Almost maxed out” is a good thing, right? Just gotta dilute 250M more shares and that’s a good thing? I thought it’s original low SS was a good thing? But dumping 250M more shares in a stock with no volume, yeah, best ever.

Instead of getting useful PR with updates, the CEO is forced to finally show where the dilution is coming from in order to continue to dump. At least we know that much.

Btw, just cause the value of gold is going up, doesn’t mean this company’s stock is. Unless they have a portfolio of precious metals, which they don’t, then that means nothing.

??? Good news? looks to me the owner of the company is the only one getting paid. And if you guys thought this moved slow since they first started dumping, what do you think is gonna happen when the CEO throws a couple million shares on the ask here and there when the volume is between 10-20M a day?

100% correct..also, for the person who said we hit .0090 already, that was before The company decided to let OLMN loose on the ask with unlimited shares. We’d be at .02 had they not done that.

I personally don’t like the whole wait for date cause I’ve never seen a stock do well like that, but the fact is it has been able to hold above .0040 since its run from .0010 and that says a a lot.

Hopefully if we do see something next week, it’s something significant. But imo, I don’t think we’ll see anything which is why we are seeing people saying “August is gonna be a big month”. What’s next? BMIX is prime for a strong winter?
