I am not worried one bit about what has happened. We have people here whose family or members of our using Control 24. It is a real office with real people and a real product. The report is because of the transfer agent and NOT PMCL! Read carefully and make your decisions based on your work and your dd and not some basher screaming "The sky is falling!" to cause a sell off so only they will win.
Also the DTC eliminated the need for physical stock certs.
From the website -
The Depository Trust Company (DTC) established in 1973, was created to reduce costs and provide clearing and settlement efficiencies by immobilizing securities and making “book-entry” changes to ownership of the securities. It provides settlement services for all NSCC trades and for institutional trades, which typically involve money and securities transfers between custodian banks and broker/dealers. In 2004, DTC settled transactions worth $275.2 trillion, and made 243.1 million book-entry deliveries. In addition to settlement services, DTC brings efficiency to the securities industry by retaining custody of almost 2.5 million securities issues worth about $28.3 trillion, including securities issued in the United States and more than 100 other countries.
Creates faster settlements times for brokers, thus making it easier to trade.
Anthony - The DTC issue can last a while. Super is right about the situations of PMCL and HMGP being different but the DTC ,I believe and will do more resaerch, is to verify and protect the company when trading. Almost like an auditing firm for a company. Illegal shorting is almost impossible to fight back when the DTC steps back but doesn't halt the trading. They don't control nor have that authority to halt. But like I said I will be doing more research about it. HMGP had DTC issues and about 80% of brokers were not trading it but still was not halted.
Either way, not fighting with you but I believe we will still trade and I will add even if there is a DTC issue because when the issue is done we will rise.
I also believe a company can trade without the DTC according to the past posts I have posted; but it is not in the best interest of the company to go directly through the transfer agent. DTC is the way to go but doesn't mean it is the only way.
From HMGP -

Re: DTC Issues
Here's what I think I know. This is from memory of information I have picked up from this board and others and my recolection of my phone conversation with Jim McBeth - I may not remember all the details. Beware.
I don't know exactly why the problem came about but it does go back to the merger - actually they bought a shell company. The result of the problem is that they can not settle shares in 2 days so the brokers can't get paid for the trade of the stock in 2 days like they should, instead it takes weeks and must be done directly through the transfer agent instead of electronicly through the DTC. I was told that the problem was not noticed in the early days of trading in the company because the volume was so low but once the volume started to grow the issue came to the surface. As a result some brokers are refusing to trade the stock.
I was told that they needed to pull together a shareholders meeting too but then they decided that it might be possible to resolve it without the meeting.

Not much action yet-the DTC problem is keeping people from trading online at some brokerages.
Not impossible.
HMGP had DTC issues but was still able to trade. Ask anyone involved before the huge run up. Some brokers stop trading but it is not halted.
This doesn't halt a stock!? Anyone remember HMGP? It had many DTC issues and some brokers wouldn't allow trading but in no way does it halt the stock. The bold talks about services to the security.
Not "suspended trading". Their is a difference.
SUBJECT: Special Alert Regarding Select American Transfer Co and Several
Securities DTC has received the attached Notice of Hearing and Temporary
Orders issued by Ontario Securities Commission with respect to Select
American Transfer Co. and several securities. Please be advised that
effective May 25, 2007, DTC has suspended services for the securities
referenced in the notice.
What a horrible analogy. Go crawl back to your hole.
I have been here since March.
My info was from there as well.
Anyways, I am out of here everyone. Have a wonderful day and great weekend. Their is nothing to worry about here. Once we see a statement from the OSC saying that everything is fine from PMCL's stance and not Select Transfer's than we will be gapping significantly up and not down. Late
Doogle - They released a PR so people wouldn't freak out and a huge sell of occur. The "proceeding" or hearing doesn't even happen until the 1st of June.
Doogle - This is the entirety of it. Everything else is just who they are, what they do, when they are going to and etc.
# Select American, acting as the transfer agent to these companies, may have issued false share certificates for trading in securities of these issuers in the over-the-counter securities market via the Pink Sheets;
# Staff of the Commission ("Staff") are conducting an investigation into the conduct described herein and it appears that Select American, its principals, its former principals and others, including John Sparrow and Kervin Findlay, may have breached sections 25 and 53 of Ontario Securities law and further, may have engaged in acts, practices or courses of conduct relating to the securities of the above listed companies that they knew or reasonably ought to have known:
o resulted in or contributed to a misleading appearance of trading activity in, or an artificial price for, the securities contrary to subsection 126.1(a) of the Securities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5, as amended (the "Act"); and/or
o perpetrated a fraud on any person or company contrary to subsection 126.1(b) of the Act.
# In addition, with respect to Yevgen D. Konaryev ("Kron"), it appears that Pharm Control issued press releases at the direction of Kron that contained misleading or untrue material statements with respect to the financial state of the company;
This is dated May 18th but the 22nd edition has nothing about Kron. It is omiited. What else is their to understand or read?
What is so hard for you guys to understand? That was dated May 18th. Read the most recent one on the 22nd and it doesn't even mention Kron but everything else is exactly the same.
About him using a different name; if I had one like his for investor relation purposes I would use any easy one to be understood as well. Just like when immigrants' names were changed when coming to America so that people could pronounce them.
I think this will be very good for us. Think about it!
These claims are against Select American Transfer company for possibly selling shares illegally. In other words Ontario Securities Commission, which I believe is comparable to the SEC but in Canada, is doing something about it.
Doogle - Look at the one dated the 22nd. They totally omit the statement with Kron because they are wrong.
I think this is what you were looking for.
NEW YORK, NY, Apr 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Pharm Control (PINKSHEETS: PMCL) is proud to announce that the Company is intensely researching and developing a new product that is an all-natural medication to reduce blood pressure for high blood pressure sufferers. The Company hopes to bring this product to market shortly both in Europe and North America were the market for such a product is high.
Congrats to all the longs who are able to add but for you damn bashers... well let's just say today is your lucky day.
The MMs brought it down too. The opening didn't even have that many sells. MMs just trying to collect more shares here. If I had funds I would be adding for sure!
The transfer agent will only fry! This is good news for PMCL. Read it and you will see.
I wish I had funds!
What about other holdings?
Also this should be VERY good for PMCL. They can possibly receive compensation done from the transfer agent because of the damage done to the stock.
I don't know why they even mentioned Kron in the first release?! What about BHUB being an empty pump and dump shell!? Pink sheets companies release phony PRs all the time! Kron is not! It is a joke that they even mentioned Kron issuing financial information.
Mine are still there. We are fine here. Stock might fall because people are misinformed. If anything it is a wonderful oppurtunity to buy lower. Read the statements carefully.
This is awesome:
# Select American, acting as the transfer agent to these companies, may have issued false share certificates for trading in securities of these issuers in the over-the-counter securities market via the Pink Sheets;

Also you guys are right about the 2 different filings. The second one and later dated one doesn't talk about Kron because it is not true.
I have been busy all day and we have had some craziness. If people don't interpret this correctly it could be a bit bad short term but I believe the news to be great. Pharm Control is mentioned because of the transfer agent illegal activities IMO.
No. Their would be absolutely no point in doing a FS and then a RS.
As for todays trading, I believe it is doing really well and should close up towards the .036 - .037 range. The pattern is the same with this one on days like this.
I called the number yesterday and the lady was not very helpful.

Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!! That is great! I saved it to my desktop and titled it:
EVERYONE PLEASE OPEN!
I just set it as my desktop! Hahahahaha!
Today is trading very nicely. The restrictions are also a great sign that the MMs are in trouble soon. It is such BS that they restrict the buying to cover themselves.
therealtruth - If what you are saying is true than the CUSIP should also be so very close. Sometime this week! So you aren't able to buy online? How can you tell when the market is closed? It says that trading for the security is only available through the tele?
I agree Beavis. It pisses me off. Everyone is for getting the big buck anyway they can. Sue each other and not mind each other's business.
Who the hell sold at .03 for 833 shares?
Less than 200k at .032 took us to .033.
About RBCM - If he shows up I am selling to buy back at the bottom. I have learned many valuable lessons watching PMCL trade.
But yes, with the CUSIP and name change here soon I am holding on.
If I could take out a loan of 100k I would be loading up here with 500K AON a pop.
Old PR
Houston Texas, Feb 21, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- The management of Pharm Control Ltd. (Pinksheets: PMCL) has announced plans to have the Company's stock listed on a higher exchange next year in the United States. Concurrent with an enhanced listing in the USA, the Company plans to apply for listings on European and other international exchanges.
Management is anticipating revenue for 2007 to exceed US$18,000,000 with 2008 early projections being in excess of US$50,000,000. Profit margins are anticipated to be in excess of 20%.
Pharm Control Ltd. Vice President, Eugene Kron has stated, " listings on higher and overseas exchanges should increase the profile of the company dramatically."

The Company hopes to bring this product to market shortly both in Europe and North America where the market for such a product is high.
I am wondering what happens after the FS is complete?
Entice buying, selling, pps goes down or up etc?
Will the FS drop the price significantly or any at all? Who has some experience with FS and can share?
Kron never e-mails me back. I don't know why. I never threatened him when the A/S was increased.
Why is everyone saying the divi is worth .18? I thought it was .34.
The CUSIP change should help fight the 20 million short to cover. Super has confirmed that the new CUSIP is ready but if anyone remembers form Kron's response the NASDAQ wanted additional information.
Well, flippers and day traders I should of said. We hold tight and we will go up. Profit takers are not helping us.
IMO MMs will take this either any way investors want it to as for now.
I am not worried one bit. Rarely does any stock run and continue to run without a little blood. I am just tired and today is not going to be such an exciting one. With little volume upwards we should fly.
I will still be holding all my shares long term. I want the divy and split for sure!
We would be much higher without all this selling. Anyway, I am going back to bed.
We control this and can make it go either way. Bid whacking will bring us down and buying will bring us up. No MMs between .034 and .04.
And now it has changed.
I would rather start red; gives us a good chance to slowly climb back up without a huge sell off IMO.
