More predictable nonsense from some...
I agree with some of this. In the OTC you have a lot of "hobby" investors so perception carries more wait than fact. I have seen in many occasions bad news raise pps considerably because perception was it would be good, only to tank once everyone actually read the news.
Not saying this doesn't happen in other markets but certainly more pronouced here because of the noivce investors.
I have seen the communications posted here and possibly because I read without emotion or bias I saw nothing but exactly what the words said. I can however see where someone could read more into it.
I am a fan of less is more with the inexperienced.
Generally is you give people enough rope there will be those trying to hang you with it.
Longs will be rewarded here and for me that is all that matters.
Good luck to all.
I found out about this company while researching Technion and a microarray startup that they were collaborating with.
Mark is for real without a doubt and Arrayit technology is respected in the industry.
Anyone saying otherwise is either lying.
As I was in silicone valley at the time investigating a couple prospective investments, I looked up Arrayit. This was almost 2 years ago now but I was impressed with the operation for a OTC market company. You can take it for what it is, my experience.
Facts are this. Company is real, principles are real, if you call any of the customers purchasing Arrayit products they will tell you the same.
So only thing false here is anyone trying to say different.
Motive is everything, I already took a healthy profit after buying millions of shares at the lows so I could care less what this stock does next week or next month it is all free money for me now.
Ask yourself what the others motives are...
Just to keep everyone updated.
I called Arrayit, as I have many times, and left a message. They returned the called with in an hour.
Maybe it is how or what you are asking. If you have a history of calling regarding information you know they cannot divulge, chances are good you will be ignored.
They know who I am and always return my calls. My questions are answered and I do not post bogus hype on boards.
It is a mutual respect thing that we both appreciate.
Have you ever advertised with that venue? It is months in advance so there is no turning back.
Paypal is more than capable of handling any processing in the interim if that is the source. Only individuals who have never run a business (I am not talking about mom and pop stores), misunderstand the inner workings. Stuff happens when you have a business. You zig and zag accordingly to make it work. The fact OTTV has come this far is a testament to the capability of management.
I highly doubt any of the critics here could get to the first stage let alone a product.
Best to make the tiny investment and let the big boys do the work. Really is the easiest way to make money with little effort or knowledge.
Bud I don't read tweets. That is for hobbyists.
I am telling you it works fine. Now maybe the new system has not transitioned but who knows.
Money is out of my account and service is working so all the proof I need.
What a load of crap. I paid by CC when I bought all my family in Mexico service. Went just fine.
Only scam here is a nobody's false information post.
Here maybe this can help you. I have posted this similar explanation before but TAH86 does an excellent job of putting it in layman's terms.
When you sell a security you are generally selling it to a MM and they have to technically short the stock if they don't have any on hand.. or have a client selling at similar level. These MMs need to buy back the shares borrowed in effect making them naked shorts. This all stems from an increase in PPS and volume making the shares scarce to begin with (MYDX yesterday) and forcing MMS to start selling shares they dodn't have to keep market liquid. They still get to pick their bids and asks but it pays to keep shares moving so they will "short" or sell you shares they don't have today, and buy back later or within their margin call threshold. They can easily flip the market back another day to cover the shares they "sold" to their clients buying. Buying them the next day when there is less volume, makes it easier to move the price to a favorable buying PPS. So there are technically shorts, just not the way you or I would short, or be able to do for that matter. It does backfire when the market rallies for a few days though so they do have some risk, but they keep our market liquid and we love liquid don't we.
Yes I am aware. You will find the why in the post was responding too.
Well you got a couple things right.
90k is obscene salary? I guess 90k is a lot to some but really how much would you expect to pay for capable management? After all, last I looked this is a for profit company so expecting someone to work for pennies is a little ridiculous.
Besides, you don't want your management worrying about putting food on the table when they should be concerned about the company.
15mil debt is nothing for a start up like this, actually a bargain considering all the license and tech needed.
Due to how these companies produce revenue it will be easier to estimate based on subscriber numbers both within Viva and various deals so probably won't need to wait for filings to have an idea. This will help drive SP.
Best of luck here. Will be a solid investment for OTC.
No need. Pretty sure everyone already does...
What is the point in stating the obvious?
We all know there is a select group of arm chair warriors that don't have the capital, ability or both to trade so they make. Meager earnings posting BS much like yourself.
L2 is thin. So many waiting for filings anyone who wants in has to pay the price.
I understand your point but I also do not guess with my money. If I am here there is a reason.
But yes, in looking at easily available information the OTC is a big crap shoot.
Apparently nobody is listening to your predictions...
60k share is big time? Laughable. Oh well, a little drama never hurts...
Edgar is where they will be posted.
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001084507&owner=exclude&count=40&hidefilings=0
Many saw no hype in this relay of information.
Perception is the key here. Experience allows me to read without building a bias. If you are looking for something when reading PR you will likely find it regardless of what it is.
I don't need inside information because I have already been here before, I know what is transpiring. In addition, I know who to ask what so that the questions can be answered.
You don't have to believe me or trust that I am right or wrong. I bought huge at lows here so I have all the proof I care about at this pps.
Ridiculous. ARYC relayed information that they could using the least expensive avenues because investors complaining about news.
Now your complaining it was to much?
Really just sit back watch, listen and learn you will be much happier.
Everything I posted is not a "maybe", it is fact and exactly what is happening. I know this from decades as executive management in public and private companies, both others and my own.
I searched this company out not the other way around and if I am here it is because I am making a considerable gain.
The SEC will set dates for communication but they deal with complex accounting on a daily basis so the SEC has a realistic view of time and effort involved.
Unfortunately investors have little knowledge of the process and repercussions. Mostly because much of this is not publicly available until after the fact, so they only get to see the ultimate results.
Almost all companies receiving sanctions from the SEC either were operating illegally or simply failed to keep communication with the SEC.
RRBB will be in contact with the SEC regarding the audit progression and expected completion dates. This information will not be made publicly available for obvious reasons.
Agreed. Current is the primary catalyst here. Past quarters will merely decide how impressive the catalyst is.
I too expect earlier quarters to be less than optimum. As long as there is a trend reversal we should see some fireworks.
I don't know about others but when investigating I often find it is much easier to confirm growth by contacting a public companies private customers. They are not bound by the restrictions and occasionally you get a talkative individual that can help paint a bigger picture.
ARYC is very close now, would hate to try and catch this fast moving train if the filings are stellar.
Transparency is the purpose behind the audit obviouly. Again, DD will aid you in asking questions such as this in the future.
Public companies are only required to divulge certain information. If you do not trust ARYC I suggest another investment possibly. At this juncture, ARYC executive management would have already been informed by legal counsel to remain guarded about information release.
Investment constitutes ownership based on percentage. If you really want to know every move the company makes I suggest you increase your holdings dramatically.
This is inaccurate information. There is plenty of good DD here if to help with some.
ARYC and RRBB has been in contact with the SEC regarding the audit and updated filings. As long as they continue to do so there is no danger of spontaneous mystery SEC actions.
This will make more sense if you research why ARYC is having a 3 year audit and circumstances regarding this.
This catalyst is the sole reason I am here. It is a rare situation that brought an establish company with many product sales to an all time low pps.
ARYC at the apex in the resolution of this and will see a further climb once the audit is complete and filed.
Just how much and how fast will depend on how positive.
SP is going to go up and down within a range. Calling out meaningless numbers is novice at best.
No need to pump a fact so yes sit back and watch.
Maybe more than one day at a time unless this is your hobby and not profession
One of my companies is a production company. Make a couple phone calls to the right people and you will not need to predict a catalyst.
I can say 2 things, I got in here at the extreme lows because of the plan and principals here. This plan has largely remained unchanged if you knew it from inception. We are merely witnessing the next phase.
Second, the catalyst that will push this to the next level is not "available" yet.
Wait, watch, listen and learn.
I don't know if you should be pointing fingers.
VDNM has jack to do with it.
And seasoned investors do not make predictions as you often end up looking foolish.
There are a couple catalysts here brewing and until fruition just buy lows.
Or exit obviously...
I thought this was common knowledge?
Not sure anyone debated it's ability to be utilized.
That is not the reason behind less "social media" activity but yes sometimes less is more.
When dealing with larger corporations you sign agreements to control transfer of information. Violation of these requirements can void the contractual agreements.
That is what happens when you have a product.
Strange to OTC world but dollars just keep coming in no matter what pps does.
Not saying it is not a wise use of social media on the part of the company.
Just saying not wise to use it as investing criteria.
It gives an administrative individual something to do and fills the news junkie gap. Only needs to be given similar credibility as this board.
I have not seen much news. Only tweets novice traders are trying to turn into news. News comes from Edgar, company released PR and the like.
Twitter is a social media outlet only good for one thing. Keeping news junkies happy.
Much like the investor base. Buy high, cry low and beg for news. I guess at least the people at ARYC have jobs.
That is an understatement. You'll get an ear full if you get him on that subject.
Yes, obviously, I am a professional. I don't even have Twitter and if you are watching stocks on Twitter it explains your investment troubles.
If you use a phone for it's intended purpose, you can call the company.
OTC news junkies want unreasonable daily catalyst so the companies solution is to put the someone in charge of tweeting every days events.
Don't want tweets, don't ask for catalyst every 5 minutes so you can make 100$ some tiny move.
You are not a professional then I must assume. There is no place in trading for "he doesn't like me".
Scam? Foolish, even limited DD proves that to be ridiculous OTC banter.
This is a false assumption based on zero facts or knowledge of the process, period.
Good work. If someone wanted to flip this would be an excellent spot. By weeks end you are sure to see gains.
I don't disagree because I know I am correct. There is no arguing facts, they are singular.
The audit is RRBB going over a previous firms work for 2014 and 2015. 2016 can be created once the previous years are audited. This is what the famous tweets refer and while good news does not mean it is ready.
Kind of like going for ice cream with a kid. Are we there yet 20 times in 3 minutes...
There is a way to fain knowledge from any company. A CEO likes to know they are dealing with a professional when talking business. It is not the questions that matter as much how they are ask.
I have had no problem getting information when I require it. This is true of any of my investments or I would not be invested.
