I’ve said this before but only a few seem to get it: I want accountability from this CEO. You don’t make wild claims/ promises and then do NOT follow through.

And these are not things he just announced - some of these he promised nearly two years ago..and the current pps shows that..down nearly 90 %. That should not be..

When this started tanking back in October, I decided to distance myself from the sugar coated pumps ( and pumpers) and started flipping just to protect my initial investment and get out of the “dream world” that others are in with this stock.

Since then, I have made over 25k in profits I transferred to my savings and I buy back in again when it drops. As a result, I still have the same amount of shares as when I first bought in!

So if by some miracle, this does take off, I’m loaded.

If people want to dream, that’s up to them. I prefer to play the game in the OTC world and make money.

So all the investors on this board who are Berman loyals are savvy traders who have it all figured out about Steve Berman...and Wall Street is just plain ignorant and needs to catch up..

No, actually it does. Your argument was that at this point of the company’s growth cycle, it’s revenues that are the KPIs in evaluating this stock at this stage and not profits, correct?

So if that’s the case, I simply replied with saying in effect: so then how can we know the revenues are real? No audit was ever done (yet).

I like what Carl said: it’s really more about the profits as a result of the revenues that provide value then the revenues themselves.

If he’s still diluting this stock as he has been, it’s either a scam due to greed or tremendous debt the company has.

I added as well when it hit .0018 a while back. I have no problem loading shares.. I just learned my lesson.. on OTC stocks. I will not hold this stock long term if the financials cannot be verified. But, that’s just my feelings about it.

If you choose to still have all this confidence in SB, Then go for it. You’re a nice person and I wish you the best as well on this investment.

All this DD that they have posted basically comes from Berman’s PRs.

Yes, and all of this “wonderful” DD done does not account for the pps regressing back to low double digits. Not everyone bought in the trips. Many lost alot of money due to Berman’s over promising and under delivering. And please, don’t tell me it’s due to things like MM manipulation like so many of you Longs are saying. It’s because of Berman.

There is no reason for for the pps to have regressed to where it currently is if the financials and contracts are what all of your DD says it is.

If ALL his investors started holding him accountable instead of just praising him and giving him high fives every time he tweets or sends out one of his fluff PRs, he might just step up to the plate.

W.C. Fields said it better: " never give a sucker an even break".

And that is exactly what Berman and his ONCI scam operation are doing with all of you blind followers who refuse to hold him accountable.
