I agree JODI.
I would, and I already have given them $. Cell encapsulation is the future. PharmaCyte possibly has the best encapsulation technology. We are close to filing our IND and starting a trial for an unmet medical need. We will have several suitors lining up to fund our trial after IND is Filed. I am glad I have my shares secured. Its gonna be a fun ride. Like Efood says, KABOOM!
Thats possible. Its also possible they announce we have accepted patents, or we have filed the IND, or that we have secured funding. My guess is you won't be here anymore when those 3 things happen.
Expecting PR's on Patents, IND, Funding.
Your right my friend, the tumor shrinking market is massive.
I am a fundamental investor. I own a small amount of Aphria. I do not pay attention to your charts but please keep posting them. No reason for investors to argue about there value. You either use them or you don't. I don't.
Trust me , I am no Lemming.
It did not happen. We were all hoping. They have to tell us something eventually.
Agree!
Welcome to the board Dave! Your idea would be best for the patients but these companies want to out compete each other. This competition breeds innovation. Good and Bad!
Agree!
Agree!
GREAT POST!, you convinced me.....of whatever you are trying to say. LOL
True, It was more an exercise of how I feel than it was a fact finding mission.
Here is my email to investor relations yesterday and their response:
"Regarding the IND.
Please take your time (not too much), and get it right. Thank You, OldMusky"
Response:
"Dear OldMusky,
We are doing just that together with Austrianova. We will not file the IND until everything is satisfactory to PharmaCyte.
Kindest regards,
Investor Relations
You got this one, you write well.
Thanks mind1. I do not believe this was written by Mr Crabtree or Mr Waggoner. They passed this off to someone else because they are busy. When I was in forth grade I had a problem with run on sentences like this one:
"As to when the IND will be ready for filing with the FDA, any timeframe or timeline we could give would only be an estimate at best and as anyone who is familiar in the least with R&D knows, such an estimate is subject to change beyond anyone’s control, so it would be foolhardy to provide any kind of an estimate."
This is a correctable problem with a little work. LOL
The IR response says nothing.
I might add this afternoon to lower cost basis
Pmcb is not always in quiet period, but they do fall silent before big news. Next PR could be an important one. I hope test are done and they are finalizing IND paperwork. Longs rewarded soon.
Not budging, here to stay!
They will, once the IND is excepted. I doubt its a problem. The upside is way to high not to take the risk. If your worried sell and wait and see.
As I understand it you are correct.
What evidence, the filing of the patents or all the testing. Maybe it was the Hidalgo interview, no , can’t be that. That was very positive. Do you really believe that if the FDA gives us the go ahead that we are going to have a problem finding money? I sure don’t. If I did believe they will have trouble with funding after IND I would sell immediately. After IND we will be in a strong negotiating position. I think after IND is filed the only worry will be does CiaB work.
You are right, they cannot fund the trial by selling shares. I believe that if they achieve an excepted IND then we will have multiple funding options.
Ignore the pointless noises, ignore the nervous longs(sorry longs).
Look at the press releases, the patents, the testing. What do you think is happening?
This is trading at 5 freakin cents...fair enough with no revenue to speak of and no FDA trials as of yet, But what if that changes? What is the value of a company that is executing a phase 2b trial with the FDA?
Well I don't exactly know but it is tied to the potential number of users of its product it is testing. Now, how many potential uses are there for CIAB besides solid tumors, ascites, and diabetes as if those three aren't enough to create a massively huge patient base.
Maybe this crashes and burns in trials, OK, always a possibility. But what is the upside if the trial is successful. It's obscenely large. Thats why I am here. At 5 cents the risk is small unless you invest beyond your means.
If you were not invested in this, and you never read this or any of the worse PMCB message boards, and you read the companies press releases, what do you honestly think is happening?
Lets hope we passed the final set of tests so we can find out for sure what we have here. Hoping for a cyber cheers here soon!
Did my DD, realize a lot.
Most longs on this board have hefty share totals because we got in on the bottom floor and have been accumulating for years. If the therapy is successful in trial we will do incredibly well. No need to panic buy or sell, we are longs, level headed, not over reactionary.
Good post!
In at 41, sold at 112. Now back in at 78, playing with house money now.
I have no Idea what the share price reaction will be when the IND is filed and then hopefully accepted. I do think we will have a sudden boost when these events occur. The thing we have not discussed much is funding. I personally have not worried about this too much.
I believe that once the IND is accepted we will have choices in who funds the trial. If the FDA is gives us the go ahead, we will have many suitors.
I will be relieved when these lasts tests are completed and hopefully all is well.
HOLDING STRONG!
I am thankful to be here.
Dr. Manuel Hidalgo: “The data from the TWO EARLIER TRIALS is very interesting and showed great promise many years ago when compared to the standard of care at the time – gemcitabine alone. Mechanistically the therapy makes a lot of sense. Patients with locally advanced, inoperable pancreatic cancer have a grim prognosis, and PharmaCyte’s therapy is worth exploring in this setting.
“I am excited about this new approach that has the potential to change the way solid tumors are treated far beyond tumors in the pancreas.”
I am taking Dr Hidalgo's opinion over those on a message board. He is one of the worlds top oncologists, your not!
Marketing for our upcoming clinical trial. You can go to the PharmaCyte website and you can have the Press Releases sent directly to your email so you can keep up.
Dr. Manuel Hidalgo: “As investigators we are always interested in and excited about new approaches to treating pancreatic cancer—the third most deadly cancer and soon to become the second most deadly. With the strong rationale and the preliminary data from the two earlier trials, PharmaCyte’s therapy has the potential to make a significant difference.
Dr Manuel Hidalgo on PharmaCyte's upcoming Trial for Pancreatic Cancer:
“If the results are very positive, these results may pave the way for an accelerated approval process through one or more avenues afforded by the FDA.”
Kaboom
Your right, Marketing cost money, its not free. Welcome to capitalism.
Hidalgo was mentored by Von Hoff and he is pumped up about PharmaCyte's Therapy in the upcoming trial. Very interesting read!

This internet weirdo is in. Patient?, not always. Things are about to happen. They can't keep pulling the finish line further and further away. Holding strong here.
