For facts look at the posts of Lasers and Nasdaq. They have provided nice links that support facts. How much more factual can you get than NH announcing he has made three more hires. How much more fact do you need than Pfizer announcing they are stopping development of Remoxy. The only facts missing are the ones that have not yet been PRs. NH will announce these very soon. A very smart and intelligent investor does not wait around for the facts to be announced but is smart enough to add the facts together and make assumptions which allows him to buy before the facts are announced. Yes, buying before the facts are announced. After that it is just chasing the SP. Too late. NH has been telegraphing the facts as best he can without breaking any SEC laws. There is only a very limited and short time before the facts are announced to make a significant investment in ELTP. There is a very limited time you can play this game of denial.
Snup- We have been in this together with other longs for a long time. I bought my first shares at .09 and have like everyone else averaged up and now sit at .13. I have enjoyed reading your posts over the years.
Snup-Obviously, Pfizers intent to drop its relationship to develop Remoxy is very interesting especially the timing correlating with ELTPs meeting with the FDA. I think the FDA has given ELTP a positive report and support. When combining the recent "cross over hires" of past
Pfiizer employees evidence is mounting. I think NH must address Pfizers exposure to major narcotic lawsuits coming up. It becomes a race. If Pfizer enters the picture with ELTP, can the team get ART products to market fast enough to shield Pfizer from the major brunt of these big lawsuits and place Pfizer in favorable light to the public. I think the FDA may have hinted that ELTP should team up and the sooner the better and the faster the industry can get ART onthe market the better for everyone including the FDA.
The biggest factor as to what NH will do as far as buyout, buyin, or partnership will really depend on the lawsuits coming up for the "narcotic industry" that includes major players like Purdue, etc. The question he has to answer is does he want to become entangled with those lawsuits by picking the wrong partner, etc or does he want to become the solution. I think he has already made his choice to go it alone by his recent hires or at least put off a decision until more information is available about the extent and direction of these lawsuits which as I have mentioned before will most likely use the tobacco industry lawsuits as the template for legal attack. It is just plain prudent and smart not to get entangled in these lawsuits with the wrong partner unless there is a total buyout at a premium price which I can see Purdue coming up with a far superior offer out of desparation. NH has got the industry over a barrel and he knows it and he will get the best price or best offer or do the best for this company. I think the FDA really needs ELTP to bail them out of hot water and is really on ELTPs side as evidenced also by NHs recent hires. All is well in ELTP land. Patience my fellow longs.
Volume at 1.285 million shares. Good sign. Even better the power hour is coming up. If FDA meeting was recently held we will hear news next week.Nh must have greased the skids and knew ahead of time that the FDA meeting would go well to have hired three new people so quickly after the FDA meeting was held, if held. NH always preparing the next move well in advance.
skydog- Everyone is ignoring it because Nh is not stupid and knows he already has the money to pay their salaries and a lot more. These talented people are going to make more money for ELTP. Their salaries will be worth it. If they get drugs to market even a week sooner their salaries are paid for.
Yeah, Dr. Ryan-Why would all these talented people want to associate themselves with ELTP. HA, HA. They know and believe in NH.
nokoolaid- We really miss your thoughtful and insightful posts.
nokoolaid- I know that. You are a very experienced and wise OTC investor.I just did not want a noobie coming along and taking your post for granted. I know you know the MMs have blatantly beat ELTP into the ground without facts and that the SP is BS. Great news this morning. Lets see what the MMs come "up" with today. Have a great day.
Toofun- You are exactly right. These hires are not made on a gamble that things might work out. NH already knows they have and will work and that it is" in the bag" for us bagholders. The bag is getting so heavy I cant lift it any more.
nokoolaid- I would agree with some of that and disagree with other points. As PRs are issued then the public will learn. NH will have speaking engagements. etc, etc. Nobody really knows about ELTP. No effort has been made to advertise so to speak. ELTP is grossly undervalued.
Tenor- Blatant isnt it! Been going on for months and months. But the pressure just keeps building. Massive short squeeze ahead. There will be repercussions---an explosion upwards.
Not only has NH told us there will be a buyout, buyin, or partnership with a large pharm but I believe the building lawsuits against Purdue will force Purdue into action sooner than later. Other hints of this occurring include former Purdue employees now on ELTP staff that can make a quick transition for ELTP in some form into Purdue. I think the lawsuits against the tobacco companies provide a blueprint for future legal maneuvers. The big question is whether ELTP wants to be a part of that or the solution. I am sure this weighs heavily on NH.
MMs having a very difficult time holding this down. Looking at all the supposedly selling (red volume lines) you would think this stock should be trading at near zero. Again just naked shorting. As soon as real shares are bought ELTP bounces right back up to green. Posted a couple of days ago that shorting was 45-50%. Massive short squeeze is coming .
The FDA has been under such scrutiny and I believe the FDA really wants ELTP ART to work. They just want to have all the i's dotted and t's crossed as they have been under such criticism. ELTP can really help them alot. They just do not want any doubts at all about the research and proof in the pudding so to speak. This is why this meeting is so important to the FDA and NH will do everything possible to deal with every detail even the tiniest of details to make sure the FDA is covered. They cannot afford another Embeda fiasco. It just makes the FDA look incompetent. ELTP will really help the FDA out of this mess.
This is a very routine ordinary part of getting a patent finally passed. I have seen patents rejected 5 or 6 times and finally passed. Usually based on wording. Absolutely, positively guarantee this patent will pass through and get a final patent.
MMs have worked extremely hard for months trying to bring down ELTP without real success. As far as I am concerned when you are down to saying that it is red by .0001 you are pretty desperate. Anytime NH feels like it he can make it close green by buying shares on the open market or making a key announcement of which there are many coming up.
Richme- No announcement yet.
Because there has been such a long consolidation period and because of the shorting and naked shorting ELTP is going to explode off the launching pad when good news such as good results for ART or a partner is announced.
Richme- At least you have admitted manipulation by MMs of ELTP stock.
Fallfillionaire-Good to see you posting. Thought you were sidelined for a while.
NAS-NH willbe buying shares everyweek towards the end of the week for a short period until his announcement is made. He will buy until he signs on the dotted line. This is the best kind of news you can get on the OTC prior to a big PR.
NAS-Must be getting desperate. Thanks for updating and reposting.
Fallfillonire-Thanks for the post. You are missed. We understand. Hang in there.
Another interesting finish to the day. NH is literally going to carry ELTP across the finish line. I am sure he bought more shares today. He might be personally buying all the LPC shares. Who knows. But this type of activity whoever is responsible means that a big PR is coming soon and it is this PR that will then carry ELTP back up and try as they may and the MMs tried hard to bring the price down today but were foiled again by NH. MMs spent a lot of naked shares to drag this down only to be crushed by NH. NH is literally taking on the MMs and their whole game plan. I think he has enough assets to win because he only needs to carry ELTP to the next PR which could be only days away. It would not surprise me at all to see the same pattern again tomorrow and most likely to the rest of the week. But that should do it.
Folks- This is it. NH buying on the open market at this exact moment in time is his only way of telling you legally that everything is a go. It does not get any easier on the OTC. If you cannot see this you are just plain stupid. Do not have regrets. Even the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup are actually spelling out the word--BUY. So BUY, HOLD, ACCUMULATE.
Eltp -based on your current investing philosophy with many years of investing to go you will more than just save money for your kids for their educations. You will enjoy a wonderful life of your own.
ELTP- Precisely!
ELTP closed up one today. This means accumulation has continued and someone is doing this at the end of the day so as to go unnoticed as well as take advantage of the depressed SP all day long. This accumulation is being done in anticipation of the many positive announcemenrs due between now and the end of the year. Expect this pattern to continue as a gradual increase slowly overtime until a major announcement at which time this stock will take off. No return to the 20's. Congrats to those that did manage to pick up some shares in the 20's.
As soon as we have a partner the dogs will be called off and we will flourish big time.
Lasers-Nice find. This is a well known problem. In Europe shorting is illegal. I have tried to pointout these inconsistencies when I have time as it relates to ELTP. For all the experienced "pros" on this board this is no news at all but for the noobies and inexperienced this is important information that confirms what all of us old pros have been talking about including myself. Hopefully the SEC will outlaw shorting. I think the important point of the article is how many lives are lost and how many small companies are destroyed and their research lost. It is truly destroying American innovation and destroying the econony of this country just so shorts can make money at the expense of peoples lives. ELTP is also caught in this net as well. But it will survive the onslaught of the shorts. ELTP will be one of those few companies to survive. BUY , HOLD , ACCUMULATE. Thanks, Lasers.
Yes, the tape was painted at the end of the day to bring the SP back down at the close. Very typical manipulation. And yes, accumulators will accumulate. Many have a monthly budget and can afford a certain number of shares each month depending on the SP. But the point is they buy what they can when they can at whatever the SP is - usually EOM. Not everyone watches the tape every second of every day to get the low price of the day. Smart people bought at .97, .40, .20- in other wards when they could afford but of very most importance they did not get BS'd into sellling- but averaged down. This type of shareholder is the true winner.
What you are seeing has nothing to do with the quality of the stock or Nas or that anything is going wrong or that the world is coming to an end. What you see is everyday plain SOP ordinary MMs doing their job on the OTC. This is how MMs make money. Period!!!!!. MMs by their very job description have and must and always will be short!!!, They must be. There job is always to drive the SP down, short, etc., collect shares and then when an announcement comes along they sell shares, making a profit. This is how they make a market. Unfortunately without MMS there would be no market and we would have no chance of making money. There is no real meaning to the SP in that it does not reflect on the actual real value of the stock, especially in OTCland. The more MMs drive this down the bigger profits they make when an announcement comes along. The real problem is shareholder lack of understanding and patience and always complaining that it is always going down. Who cares. Just buy the stock and hold. Buy at .97. Buy at.40. Buy at .20 In the end it makes no difference. You will do well no matter where you have bought in. Forget the SP it is artifical and manipulated and has no real meaning. However it is a great weapon to use against the uninformed on the OTC.
Slyder-Great post! Shareholders often lose sight of this when bogged down with second to second analysis of the sp.
Jjoe-The ultimate buyout price is going to depend on the amount of greed and the ego of Nasrat. Nasrat is doing these studies to increase the buyout price, not necessarily to inc the sp. I do not know how many times I have to emphasize that the sp means nothing. The sp is simply a weapon to be used by MMs and bashers. The sp at the time Nasrat makes a deal really wont matter. Even if the shares reach 1 or 2 billion that is nothing compared to say MS and big pharma. It is a great weapon however for bashers. Nasrats ultimate goal is to try to create a bidding war. This is an easier and quicker way to inc the sp. You can reasonably expect some kind of legal attempt by big pharma to stop orslow down ELTP. It is standard routine SOP by big companies against little companies. It happens in every industry to every small company with valuable patents. The legal action will be a dead end for big pharma. They know that but it buys time and sometimes out of luck is mud that sticks to the wall. Worth a try. Bashers love this. They will scream bloody murder. It goes like this: idea, USPTO and patent, legally defend patent, marketing, buyout, buyin, or go it alone. This process can take many years. I am not telling you anything you do not already know. Yes, you arecorrect. $5 is nothing. But then just buy shares of the company that buys out ELTP.
aELMtPA- Sorry, You are right about the trial redo date. But still Nasrat is more focused about buyout than worried about SP.
aELMtPa- In July, Nasrat was having to redo a trial that he did not count on having to redo. Now that is done and with great results I think he is more inclined to advocate more. Just look at how nice he presented at RR. Remember his goal is raising the buyout price and talking to the whales about that than he is worried about the SP. The whales know Nasrat and that is where his emphasis will be.
JL- Wrong, Dumping fake shares.
Money Tree- The Hal studies represent an expense on the balance sheet. Not only that one trial had to be repeated but with great results. Read the message below if not deleted. Everything about this stock has already been factored in except for the role out of ART. Once ART is out and money flowing nothing will stop this stock. Remember this stock will be bought out. Nasrat is no fool!!!!Every little positive step adds value to the buyout price, NOT the actual SP. For Nasrat it is a matter of what will the next step forward to add value to the buyout price vrs. the amount of money he has to spend to make the buyout price go up more. There comes a point where to increase the value of the buyout price it is not worth spending the money to get there. With the number of shares Nasrat has I think we are looking at least at $7-8.00/share.
Snup- The big leagues know what is coming. They know Nasrat. They have been in his office. They have made offers. It will all work out.
