bananas.
Thanks, missed that.
With the problems almost every MJ company has been having this last quarter and the number that have missed their targets seems reasonable.
The stupid, ridiculous penny market rule of selling the news always makes 10q's a crap shoot with every company.
I thought he was going to forego the last tranche. I believe I heard that on the 10q conference call.
Because I want a lower pps. Hard to imagine?
1. Both are publicly held penny stocks that use those shares to grow their business which causes dilution.
2. Both have had problems this year with bogus law suits and shorting from them.
3. Both are not the top dog in their respective states.
4. Most importantly both have a low valuation due to depressed stock prices which makes both more likely to have a better run up than the debt laden leaders in their states.
I think Liberty and Terra Tech have excellent chances of seeing a run up. I am already in Liberty but holding out for a lower pps for TRTC after the next round of dilution.
There are other MJ stocks but most have ridiculously high valuations - many with billion dollar market caps but revenues and debt that do not support those values. I'm not here for those. I'm here for a moon shot. US federal legalization of MJ is the fuel for that rocket so I like undervalues stocks that stand a better chance to fly high.
99% is on the US winning the Stanley Cup - a sure bet.
Next thing the Canadians lose is the MJ industry. You know the one financed by Wall Street?
No, most are in the same boat. All of the charts look pretty much the same. Most are at lows. Most have lost share price this year. Most have had disappointing quarters.
Supposed to be the last dilutive loan according to the latest talk which is available. Depends on what you believe. I intend to buy when the dilution stops and see what happens with the plan.
I think it's the last of the tranche's is being opened. If Derek sticks to his words to make this the last trip to the trough then we will be having our last opportunity to buy shares lower than .60 coming up as the shares are being sold - 4 million dollars will be a little shy of 7 million shares being sold - that will be dilutive.
OK then - let's have a great day. You take care.
Yes. It's going to take some movement on legalization for the US industry to move forward.
For folks who are supposedly investors you seem blissfully unaware of the economy's signals. Before every recession the yield curve inverts. It's inverting. The lowest half of the economic ladder has been standing still and there are several economic indicators that are slowing. The tariffs will accelerate the drop.
It took Bush 7 years to 'F' the economy. I give Trump another year and it's going to be a great time to be liquid. No easier money on the planet than buying new homes for pennies on the dollar.
I'm ready to buy foreclosed homes again from dummies who vote against their interests.
What a laugh. You still don't get how the penny's work.
You apparently don't understand the post. I'm invested in Liberty since August 2018. Disappointing stock due to dilution but not a bad bet if they can raise the revenues, raise margins and cut the dilution. Only problems are dilution and a bad choice with Aphria Inc.
TRTC and LHSIF are stocks with the same issues. Bad press, no angels, share price at lows and they must grow or die on the vine
But here is a great article just out - check out #6

Cannabis Stocks: Top 20 Biggest Gainers in the 1st Half of 2019
Liberty is no different from all publicly traded start ups. They use dilution to pay for growth. Same with every MJ stock. The trick is to pick one where the dilution is paying for growth that will eventually rise the PPS beyond what dilutive losses. This market is the lotto and if you pick the best number you will win much more than you invested. But like the lotto it's risky and not many win so invest what you don't give a flip about losing.
So either buy a ticket or go away.
Maybe 2020 for MJ reform. I think we will be better for it if it gives time to accomplish stated goals for TRTC
The MJ industry is one of the few industries hiring these days.
Tariffs, AI and Automation will give his voters a pause when jobs are lost while the safety net is shrinking. The folks reaping the rewards for AI and automation should be the one's footing the bill for helping the workers they let go - not tax payers at the middle and lower classes.
Looks like those folks who lose out will either be driving or flipping.
My take is that any and all Marijuana bills will not pass the Senate with it's current leadership and the House leaders know that. The senate majority wants to try to grab the youth vote by being the side to pass MJ reform to save their asses but only at the last minute. The House should debate and forward all MJ bills to the Senate and let them show their true colors now.
Some folks are saying CGC may have used sue crazy Heidi through best bud Snoop who's affiliated with CGC to slow TRTC's ability to buy in California and stop the pending merger.
This is actually something that may work.
Timing and presentation may be off a bit. In a perfect world, I would rather see TRTC execute their plan and make some M&A in California and/or New Jersey while it's cheap before legalization.
Once legalization starts federally, prices for land and buildings will soar, IMO.
But I'll take imperfect.
Cool. Good way to blur the subject but I got it. Started and ended the same job for me. Aviation WO RA AH-1,UH-1,AH-64. Except for a a little over a year in schools and a couple of years as an aviation assignments officer.
BTW- when did you serve in the Army. 1970-1996 here. Aviation branch.

Sorry 15 to 1 was such a complex idea for you. If the plant was legalized that year we would have been golden. Who knew? I sure as heck did not and anyone who said they did is full of BS.
If Marijuana is legalized then the IRS will not tax it based on the abhorrent 280E rule but at normal business rates.
The problem with taxes is the burden has shifted down to the folks doing all the work. When JFK was president the top bracket was 70%. Today we have folks making less than 6 figures making up the principle voting block for the party representing the folk in the top 1% and the movement from the bottom rungs to the top rungs of the earnings ladder has eroded to the point birth is starting to dictate position like it did prior to the American Revolution under King George. Now with college cost soaring it will get to the point where only the wealthy will have kids in college with the exception of the small amount of kids given free rides for sports. The 1% have you folks completely snookered by using the fear of the future from emigration and technological advances to the point you have now chosen a billionaire to represent the working class.
If you want to live in a world tax free where you provide your own services, roads, and defense you need to move to a cave in Antarctica. If not, you will have to shoulder part of the costs.
I kinda like the civilization.
"All marijuana stocks are growth assets that carry related equity risks. They are all venture-stage growth businesses that mostly lose money in an attempt to capture a share of a new market that isn’t yet built out, and exists at the behest of regulators."

Using Authorized with the Preferred or the Common is just you folks being cute and deceptive. Both are pre-split numbers. Before the split and both before the managements decision to stop using 'B' shares.
There are no 'B' shares issued. Zero, Zip, Zilch.
And your buddy 'Wonders when they will be cashed in' Seems to me that means he/she/it believes 'B' shares are issued. That is not being deceptive - that is a lie. But I expect that from it.
As of April 30, 2019, there were 103,168,106 shares of common stock outstanding, 12 shares of Series A Preferred Stock, convertible at any time into 12 shares of common stock, 0 shares of Series B Preferred Stock, 1,052,615 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of all of our outstanding warrants and 2,560,555 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of all vested options.
TRTC has 'A' Shares for voting and common shares - that's it.
Those are the shares they have and there is no indication there will any other shares.
Same old crap, confuse and bewilder those unaware. Why not repeat all the required legalese from the 10Q like your buddy loves to do - it's just as nonsensical.
