mikar: "BAG IT! TAG IT! Sell it to the butcher in the store."...
This week's gonna be awesome!
Just lean back, close your eyes and enjoy the ride. ...
Actually, I was never able to keep my eyes shut. I love purple and green.
lns
Trade: Tweets like 10k's and Q's too. lns eom
SENTIMENT...GETTING MORE BULLISH! lns eom
ksbiggs: Wait till ya see their light. lns eom
Peddler: And don't forget about Kaiser, the largest managed care company, once they lead the way, similarly, the rest will follow.
MOOOOO!!!!!
lns
Boots: I read that as Viking still, very likely to be spin-off once matured and most likely after moving to The Naz as a whole, BVTK.
IMO, that division is exactly where a good portion of the soon-to-be-signed equity investment infusion will be flowing.
Time will tell...
lns
ksbigger: BVTK tells us themselves exactly why they are building the suspense...

Popt: Yes, and it's almost 3- months old. We all already know the truth. Just ask Ameritrade. Overlook the sticky above?
lns
shotsky: That we agree...covertable shares = shares not wanted = sold.
Equity investment/shares = shares wanted = NOT sold = HELD FOR HIGHER RETURNS!
My guess is Dr.C got the company debt free and paid for the new CPA's with the proceeds gained from all the dilution the past two months before seriously sitting down at the table with the equity investors. That way, the all of the new investment monies can go towards growth however best deemed fit.
Time will tell.
This is exciting.
lns
richer: We know why and good sign. lns eom
trading: Yes, they are private. lns eom
Supplicant: Fins not released yet. lns eom
BIGPAC: That I've suggested before continuing down a path Dr.C's own words pointed towards. But, a spin-off into its own, not to a private entity wanting to go public via an RM.
In a case like that, I'm curious whI the private entity na na has in mind to be the candidate?
lns
iseki: How HUGE is THAT!? lns eom
GOINGUP: That connection plus the rest of this morning's tweets signals next week...
BVTK's CFO, Debbie K. and her team are kicking butt in getting all financials completed..."Weekend" is just another set of workdays at BVTK
— Bravatek Solutions (@bravatek) June 3, 2017
na na: What PRIVATE company do you have in mind to go public via a RM? And, how do you see it working w/ BVTK (or, Viking)?
Please explain because I absolutely do NOT view anything about BVTK (or, Viking) being a REVERSE MERGER play.
NOTHING.
Curious...Do you understand the mechanics of a REVERSE merger?
lns
Peddler: Here, I got some math for us...
If they show $30MM in 2016 revs x 5ish = $150MMish market cap = ~.025-.03/share.
That's really conservative at only 5x valuation, only 2016, only Viking service revs and doesn't include the first two quaters of this year. All divisions' numbers and latest contracts garnered over the summer and patent granted...
Could maybe think it 10x's that by Labor Day after Q2'17 numbers are out by my rosy math. Looking like possible, realistic numbers to me though.
JMO,
lns
dugie...another one. Haha! lns eom
Dvan: One you aren't. lns eom
B.M.: 'Like two peas in a pod.' You are not alone. Not by any means. No need to be frightened about that one.
lns
STAR: ..."as per CEO." lns eom
cj: I would not be surprised in the least if find were dropped today, after close, giving shareholders ALL W/E to digest the meat he delivers. If not, I would expect next Friday at the latest. Same deal...there will be a lot there to process through. A ton of numbers. VALUATION NUMBERS AS WELL, PERHAPS???
GO BRAVA!!!
lns
guide: Yes, indeed. Reading between lines...DILUTION DONE!!!..
http://bravatek.com/bravatek-ceos-letter-fellow-shareholders/
Capn: Way to go! I gotta start doing some of that myself!
lns
na na: Wouldn't want to limit myself. lns eom

JMO,
lns
Love it, Capn!!! lns eom
na na: With your zipper down. lns eom
na na: Why? Because you're there w/ your zipper down? lns eom
Capn: ~120MM shares/week avg. diluted since last update three weeks ago, the diluting MM's absent from L2 for the most part and T-trades drying up tells me dilution all but, if not, done.
This is beautiful to see.
Wonder how many multiples the market cap will rise once the fins, including current quarter, are released?
lns
na na: I wouldn't delay them. I'm sure the S.K. govt would want to know the financial state of a company the U.S. govt recommends they employ across their entire govt. So, in that light, I'd say that's also why some of the urgency to get them done.
Also, any deal struck there would show on the Q1'17 (or, Q2, I forget the fiscal year. In any case, current Q) filing. Of course though, I'd think an 8K and PR on it.
JMO,
lns
chewy: Neither. Reading between lines is a skill/gift anyone can aquire. It takes time, patience and humility and date I say here, Faith. But, once attained, you'll be amazed at all the silver linings that are actually there which you've been blinded too your whole life by your own way of thinking.
Think of it as being akin to a sixth sense. Don't always trust your interpretation of the other five.
lns
OTC: I think it means, "idiot", not sure. lns eom
OTC: Best term in PR..."equity infusion". lns_eom
Dvan: Remember I asked you the other day, "You think?". Guess we got our answer. Try it instead of what you do now and see what can happen.
"Who is Viking?" Wow. How long have you known about Bravatek?
One track mind. Keeping it simple, right? That's it. Right.
lns
Look at that...a Golden Cross...
Adjust to 1 month, 60 min...50 & 200 MA's

Speaking of a Viking sale...
http://bravatek.com/bravatek-brings-top-tier-sales-executive/
na na: Now this concept ya got. Keep working on your charting though.
Now, ya see why shorts are healthy for the market? They enable just what you described. They also enable the subsequent 10-bagger.
That squeeze here is gonna be immense. I think we could start to see some of it start after the 4th of July. I suspect a controlled squeeze w/ lots of pressure behind it.
lns
na na: Seriously, a Viking spin-off would not be in the form of a RM. A RM takes a PRIVATE company PUBLIC using a publicly traded SHELL.
With Bravatek and Viking, there is no private company and there is no shell.
lns
Trade: The #1 point of yesterday's PR was the fact that they are planning to hire 100+ sales, etc. throughout this next year.
100 employees in a year.
That's a lot. Let's say lowball avg. salary at $65K, that's $6.5MM in just salaries.
How many sales could that equate to???
What's Jim Brown's track record???
Oh, yeah, some think it was a fake, pump PR, sullying the Lt. Gov. of CO in the process.
Yeah, right.
