dspetry...i have already emailed jf and cg suggesting they take 15 minutes and get an email to those customers that MIGHT be affected by the DC move. Put in the email one of their cs reps to handle service disruption issues for these people.
very SIMPLE gesture like that speaks volumes regarding a company...and they chose not to do it...
interesting to see how they will handle 10 or 20 times the # of subs in the next 6-18 months.

mr.b...were going to scranton and now to worcester. i have had 1-3 days to me from both and AT LEAST 7 days to them checked in.
I have emailed CS...one time it was like 10 days and they replied please give us another week...if its still in your queue please write us again! i almost fell off my chair...lol

les...i am not really bitching about the service because i am aware of the developments (DC move etc). Think about this though... if i was not a shareholder and just a sub and my service has been disrupted 2 times (move to PA and then to MA) i would be a bit unhappy.
Dont you think those that are affected by the DC move should be notified by email as to the possible disruption????
That is part of CUSTOMER SERVICE and JF especially doesnt get it...he really doesnt.
As far as what i saw with respect to the sub #s appearing in the address bar...that is fact and i alerted JF to it a few years back...i have the emails from him to prove it.

anyone remember when you could view the sub # in the address bar on the old site. yup, when you logged into the previous version you could view the (your) sub # in the address bar for a split second.
Les...at one time my sub # (i had about 7 subscriptions) was 15000 and the next Q posted a sub # of like 2500 or 3000 was reported by the co.
stock...when the dilution stops and the revs grow...it will move higher for good

i have not had the ability to track churn for the past 18 months.
my EDUCATED guess is 20-30% over this time period
